Loved this place. I had the birria once and it brought me back. Every disk I had was amazing. The service was great. Super nice folks.

The birria sauce had such great flavor. The beef was cooked well, and oh damn! The homemade tortillas were tops.

Highly I recommend trying everything.

We enjoy Los Cachorros often. The Wet burrito, Carne Asada Nachos and their burritos are always our go to. The staff here is extremely friendly and always make us feel welcome. I appreciate having them in our community!

The Birria tacos are 5 star, as are their homemade tortillas. I love the tacos with grandpa special meat as well. I tried the Birria ramen today and was blown away as I’ve tried it at quite a few places and this was by far the best. Lots of flavor and meat. I haven’t had a bad meal there yet and I think this place deserves more hype than it gets. Quick and friendly service as well.

Came in last night after seeing a picture of Birria tacos online. Unfortunately, they do not serve them everyday so I had to settle for a Chile relleno plate. It was fantastic. The rice and beans were also very good. I absolutely stuffed myself. The medium hot sauce is closer to hot than medium. Very good flavor. I did not try the mild sauce. So...I came back today to get some Birria tacos. Also very good. Now...I'm getting an enchilada order to take back to the Bay area for lunch tomorrow! Great food. You need to try it!

After reading all the great reviews we hit Los Cachorros for dinner. We were not disappointed!

Both were excellent! Their handmade Tortillas were hot and delicious as well.

If you like Taqueria style dining they are open for sit down dining.

Just moved back into town and I got a buche wet burrito for lunch. It was amazing! I got some extra cilantro to because it was so fresh. This is definitely my go to spot now. Never had buche and now I can't get enough.

Amazing authentic food from Mexico. Family owned and operated. My wife and I live close and we always eat here. Food is great tasting with good portions, we give it 5/5, their customer service is a 5+/5 and they offer a Veteran discount 5/5. We eat here regularly. Come on the weekends for special dishes or come try it on Tuesday when they have their taco Tuesday promotion. You should come check it out! You wont be sorry!!!

Great food, homemade tortillas, and helpful staff with great recommendations. This is the kind of place you want to go to as a tourist, but I have to imagine locals love it too!

The best authentic Mexican food in Redding. I have been waiting for a place like this for years. Family owned and ran. You must Tru the Barria Tacos on Thursday Fridays and Saturday,it will bring happiness to your day. I go there every week for a lunch date with my wife. Also home made Horchata YES!

Excellent Birria tacos with broth, and the Camarones al MOJO de Ajo! The rice was good and the refried beans were much better than the usual Mexican restaurant fare. We are from out of state, love Mexican food and make it ourselves. Our standards are high! We will be back!

We stopped in on Friday evening and had the Birria Special Plate. The meat was great, but what really put it over the top were the hot, hand-made flour tortillas. 10/10 will be stopping in next time we're in town for sure!

Best taquaria in town. You have to try their birria tacos on the homemade corn totillas.

The Carnitas Mexicanas Plate was outstanding. And the handmade tortilla shells were a pleasant surprise. The hot sauce has both great flavor and kick.
The server was friendly and the granite table tops are a beautiful addition to the ambiance.

Birria tacos on Fri, Sat are the best Mexican food in Redding. Simply delicious! The salsas both green and red are ridiculously packed with flavor. My mouth is watering just writing the review!

One of my favorite local places to eat. Great food, always very clean, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Whenever I take someone there they ask to go back next time we go out to eat, so that says something...
