Honestly, its delicious. Best fries I've ever had. Best beer batter ever! It's busy and you will wait, but your find is hot, fresh and amazing. Worth every minute.

I got the nachos and they were absolutely amazing! So much better than I expected! I've also had great sandwiches there and the people are nice. They use local grass fed beef for their burgers, too. There are some picnic tables to enjoy on nice days, but it's mostly take out.

I can’t say this about many places, but the fries are good when cold! I got Philly Melt and my brother got the club. Everything was well sized and fresh! Food was cooked in a timely manner and served hot. I highly recommend eating here.

Let me be honest, I hadn't heard anything about Roman's Kitchen, but they've only recently opened up, so that's understandable. Some of my coworkers mentioned getting burgers from this new place in Arcata. I was both skeptical and content at same time and agreed. The burger was simple with a side of fries. I must say, the cooks did a solid for me that afternoon. The bun had good taste and texture; the burger which came with bacon, cheddar cheese, and Sriracha mayo with side of fries. Fries were crispy even after the 15 minute drive back to work. I enjoyed the simplicity that I wanted to give it a try, and I did, hence the Mushroom Provolone Burger and added bacon to it with side of Onion rings. The price is reasonable depending on your burger building desires. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection and so was the onion rings. I mean the batter used is what I'm getting at, for those of you who know. If not, totally fine as well, go check them out in Arcata, cross the street from Cal-Poly Humboldt and 14th St.

Philly Cheese, Philly Melt, Club, Chicken strips, Loaded Fries, regular fries... I'll keep going back and update this list with foods I try, lol.

Best burgers I had in the US! Especially the Inferno burger is outstanding. And don’t forget to try the beer buttered fries - so good! 😍

Extremely delicious food. There's a stamp card so get that!! burgers are amazing.

Most menu items are meat-centric but their veggie sandwich is no throw away. I had the Western burger. It was not over seasoned and the grilled onions were a nice touch. My wife had the veggie sandwich and was so flavorful it was a wonderful surprise. The fries were perfectly crisp and not greasy. Win-win-win!

Such Good food. They have great customer service and are pretty fast with orders. Definitely a must try if you haven't. Today I had the mushroom burger 🤤 Yummy.

I love their fries, and especially like dipping them in the Spicy Mayo Sauce. I would totally buy it if they bottled the stuff!

The Mexican Guey burger and fries are the absolute best things I’ve ever eaten

I genuinely think this is my favorite food in all of Humboldt. Delicious, affordable, quick and kind service. They have a huge, expansive menu and everything I've tried had been excellent. I wish I had time to eat my way through the whole menu because there are so many options I want to try.

Wow, this place can brew, smells wonderful, what I've had was amazing. In the neighborhood of the college, people come down to eat here. People are talking about the good food dishes they've had.

Love it here!! Everything is always excellent. My buddy who owns a restaurant out of the area said "Best Burger I have ever had!" when I took him there before a backpacking trip in the Trinity Alps.

Quaint, family-run business. All smiles and friendly customer service. Plenty of room for parking. Outdoor seating available. I got the Philly dip which was outstanding. I’d been out of the states for a while and haven’t had a good quality sandwich in close to two years. Let me tell you I could have cried while eating this.
