Having lived at the Redwoods for 30 years, I've seen many restorations and improvements. The park opened in the 1970's, and yet family, friends, and first-time visitors comment on what a nice and well-maintained park this is. The management and office staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and as helpful as possible. The maintenance staff have a variety of skills, plus an attitude to do their best. I am truly thankful for each of our staff members. One last comment, our residents, for the most part, are caring, supportive, and loving. Lucky us!

Redwoods is a very nice Mobil home park. I enjoyed my stay with my friend Ronnie very very much. I would love to visit Redwoods again.:):)

Clubhouse could use some acoustic installation and when warmer days are here, definitely need several large fans to accommodate large get togethers.😁

Very nice well kept mobile home park for the over 55 crowd. Pool and clubhouse. Great manager.

Good neighborhood to practice driving. There's more stop signs here than there are homes.

Peaceful park-like setting, great amenities, friendly neighbors. Like an oasis in the middle of Redding, I can't recommend it enough!
