These people really care about your pets. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place. Loved them for years

I love the atmosphere & assistance that comes from a local pet shop. They'll even help get your big bags of food to your car. Wide selection of treats, toys, and high quality food for your pet needs. They also carry pet friendly CBD products. I'm sure the friendly staff will all be helping move the store a couple doors down into the new space & I look forward to shopping there as well!

Having just moved to a new home I wanted to find a pet store that has a self wash for my queen hound Piper. Pet Palace is very close and is family owned. I do buy from the big box stores but supporting smaller businesses makes me even happier.

At $10 the self-wash is a great value and there are two self washes available. You get 30 minutes and they provide everything. From a room that you can fully close the door (or leave part or fully open) to ramp for easy entry into tub, towel with cookie (nice touch Pet Palace), shampoo/conditioner, brush and scrubber you are able to wash without issue. Pet Palace sells a wide variety of dog, cat, fish, etc. food and products.

The staff is very friendly and they have cats and dogs hanging out in the store.

Absolutely love this place - not too expensive and good products. I got a grab bag of dog chews and that is exactly what I was looking for. Good price for healthy snacks. I love the fancy jeweled and studded collars in the case at the front and our Jack Russel will be in one soon!

There is a resident cat and dog keeping you company while you browse.. so cuuuute! I also was happy to see Dr. Marty's freeze dried food there! I love that stuff.. when I can afford it. I tried a different brand instead that was a little cheaper and they seem to love it (ofc). The texture is breakable and easy to use. *wash your hands* Be back soon... and might look into using that vet with basic pet insurance to help instead of my current monthly payments through a corp pet store.

Always friendly, very knowledgeable, and have quality products for a lower cost than the big chain stores. I have the box stores located right next to my house and I will go out of my way to do all of my pet purchases here. Will never go any where else again.

This place was absolutely awesome!!! Had a good time there looking for things for my cats and man did they have alot of variety of things. I especially loved how friendly everyone was! This is a great place to explore and we will be coming back here for more things and for the Vet clinic in the back of the store!

They have an amazing variety of treats for the dogs and items for small animals. I also greatly appreciate the vet staff there who helped by dog last week!!

Dr G is the most trustworthy and wonderful vet we have experienced in all the years of being a pet parent.

He is conservative in his care plans and kind, honest, realistic, and does what's right for the animal.

Amber, his admin queen, is brilliant and kind.

We travel from Lakewood to have Dr G care for our animals and would travel even farther if we needed to. (Some of his clients travel from out of the country, he's THAT good!)

Dr G is a once in a life time kind of human. We're so glad we found him in this one.

They are so helpful here! They give you fantastic tips for uncommon pets, such as my hedgehog. They were so friendly, and so are the free roaming cats! Everyone and everything will make you feel warm inside. BEST PET STORE EVER. I got this green wheel for my hedgehog here, and she loves it. I had no idea what to get, but they sure knew what I needed to get for her!!!

Came here after I got my daughter a guinea pig, we needed treats and toys...and the Pet Palace had that and more. Tasha was very friendly and helpful showing us all the stuff for a guinea pig, very reasonably priced and is a clean store. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Pet Palace is fabulous. Always fully stocked with great healthy food for pets. They sell adorable pet clothes and have a great selection of leashes and leads of all sizes.
They are knowledgeable about everything pet related exotics too. They have turtles!! The owners and employees are amazing dedicated, hard working experts. We can't Thank them enough for all the help and advice throughout the last 30 years! I 💯 recommend Pet Palace to anybody needing anything for their pet.

Love Pet Palace. The staff is always very friendly. They have a great selection of grain free dog food. I get my fish from here, as well. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of pet supplies for their furry family members!

Best selection of Oxbow rodent toys! I'm always delighted to see new and different toys that other pet stores don't have. Keeps my chinchilla happy with a good variety of safe chews!

Dr. Haas is the Vet there. He's a decent man, but I couldn't tell him anything personal, b/c my ex and I would take the dogs and he was very judgy and asked us why we didn't do this or that. I would have told him because we only have so much money and Vet care is ridiculously expensive.
Anyhow, I think he would have been less judgy had he known my situation. Other than that Pet Palace is great! They have lots of food choices for dogs and cats and they have fish and equipment and other stuff for small animals

Dr Haas, from all your responses here I'm assuming you own the pet supply store and vet clinic. I am giving you five stars for YOUR service but have a complaint about a woman who works there. The way she acted she sure seemed like she owned the place. First of all, I love you Dr.Haas, you went above and beyond for me when my dog was passing away and she had the best end of life care thanks to you. I have never had a more caring Vet in my life.
Now for my complaint... I went in to purchase dog food for my dogs ( the brand I was recommended by your staff) . You guys were out of the brand and I made a comment thinking nothing of it saying to my husband "well we better order it on Amazon A.S.A.P. " as my dogs were almost completely out. (Keep in mind, I shop here very frequently, all my dogs go to your vet clinic and I purchase all of my dog's food at your shop) This short haired older lady was very upset and told me "Please don't say that in here!" Excuse me? If I were a business owner and did not have the product my customers needed I would not be so easily offended. Especially considering my dogs are out of food! This was out of line and rude and if you don't want to be off putting and keep your customers and business profitable you probably shouldn't be telling your customers what to say. I STILL purchased different food from your store even after her bad attitude and asking why I used that brand, to which I replied the vet tech had said it was one of the least recalled and she rolled her eyes and said it was the MOST recalled. I wanted to just walk out and never return after her trying to tell me what I can and cannot say in the store...but I support small businesses and I love this place, just hope I never have to deal with this woman again. She needs training in customer service and being respectful to other staff even if she disagrees with recommendations of your staff. I don't know who this woman is, but I will ask for a different associate if I am approached by her ever again.
