Icould never thank Cottonwood Small Animal Clinic enough for saving my boys life 🥺❤ They were compassionate from the very start, kept me updated the entire time, so so kind. It was honestly such a great experience despite the circumstances of our visit. I will forever recommend them. I'm so thankful to my mom for being there with me and calling because I was a wreck, and so thankful to my sister for helping me with costs to save him, and everyone who prayed with me for him. I'm crying in happiness that you're still here with us Dobby, I love you😭🥹❤🫶🏻 I missed you so so much, I'm so thankful

Thank you for all that you guys do! I didn't feel rushed or like a number even though it was a situation that we didn't have an appointment for. You guys made time for us and took time for our dog. The vet we saw was so caring and knowledgeable

Thanks to the amazing crew at cottonwood that took amazing care of our dog Doby! They performed great emergency services and amazing dental surgery the next day. He is doing well after one week from the accident. Thanks again!

My Sweet male Frenchie inhaled a foxtail and was sneezing and wheezing and gasping for air. My vet clinic said they had no emergency time for us! What?
After several calls, I was referred to this clinic…a few hours later the foxtail was removed and I will be changing vets now! I am thrilled to have a clinic that takes emergencies!

Cottonwood Small animal clinic is great! If you are looking for a good vet and don't want to bankrupt your pocketbook, you should check them out. I have taken my small Yorkie there and they have treated her exceptionally well. I had been to another Vet with her and the costs were just about double. There is no lack of expertise with this facility and I had all the confidence in them.

They went above and beyond for the care of my very nervous cat. My cat on the way down to Cottonwood had quite an accident in the car. He was covered in it and smelled awful. The staff at the clinic we're more than happy to move forward with his procedure and to clean him up. I was worried I'd have to drive all the way back home and try again another day, but they took him in and were so kind and understanding about the whole experience. They made a customer for life, I will take all my pets here for now on. I will also like to add that the staff was amazing and at no time did I feel pressured or up-selled on medications or procedures. What a breath of fresh air the Cottonwood Animal Clinic is, two thumbs up!

Our 8 yr old baby Oreo fell off a chair and broke his jaw. Took him to a vet that originally said they could do the X-Rays and perform the surgery just to be told they didn't have anyone to do any of that for a couple weeks and be sent to a different vet in Sacramento which is a 2 hr drive from us and spent about $1,000 just getting him looked at. Started calling around the area everyone was booked out for weeks or months but every vet kept recommending Cottonwood. Finally gave them a call said bring him by so made the hour drive the next day had him checked out by Dr Zufall who was very understanding and informing about our situation, Buddy has a heart murmur so she did her research and read up on everything needed to do it safely and then she gave us a very reasonable quote for the surgery and everything needed to be done and even had him scheduled for the surgery to be done the following morning. Dropped him off the following morning was told count on them keeping him overnight so I Did, later throughout the day I got a call from Zufall explaining everything very thoroughly about what she found how he’s doing etc. was able to pick him up the following morning which was today and was assisted by a different lady who was also very informative and took me step by step over the surgery and medication. At the end the cost had ended up actually being a good bit cheaper than we were originally quoted. Thank you to the team and especially Dr Zufall for helping our baby out and I would highly recommend them.

On 5/17/24 our Baby oreo has finally left us, Cottonwood was extremely help-full throughout his previous surgery and throughout the process of putting him down and the cremation arrangements, they made us feel comfortable, made him feel comfortable and made him go easy and peacefully, I cant say enough good things about them, thankyou guys.

Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Gina are the best! They cared for my Barbie all the way until the very end 🌈.

They care so much about our pets, and it shows in the way the listen and develop specific treatment plans for your pet's needs. They also care to get to know you and your pet, which is a lovely personal touch, especially when vet visits may be difficult given the animal's condition.

They are also friendly at the front desk. And it's nice that you can get on the waiting list and not have to worry about making an appointment in advance, or being forced to wait days for time-sensitive issues. It's a good place to go.

They were very accommodating when they realized I might be having our cat euthanized due to possible hit by car and Dabba seemed paralyzed. Front office staff was friendly and understanding. I wouldn't have been able to afford surgery at this time. We decided to observe him overnight, ourselves, instead. Glad we did! 2 days later he was back to eating after reducing diet to baby food and then richer soft soup cat food. Made his stools easier to flow. Although, we had to assist with litter box time, it didn't cost me an arm and leg to take to vet. Pays to have enough a vet tech so many eats when I was younger.

My guy was neutered on Tuesday. Friday night he was crying and growling. His "sack", very red and swollen. I knew he probably had a hematoma but thought he might have an infection as well because he had an elevated temp. I took him in first thing Sat. morning.... of course there was a wait, it's a walk in clinic, there will always be a wait! He was put on antibiotics and pain pills. All I had to pay for is the meds. Thank you CSAC for helping my boy feel better.

Best animal clinic I've been to in years!!! I recommend them for everyone! They are personable, patient, kind and caring. And so gentle with the animals. I love it here!

I am extremely grateful for all the staff there and impressed with how smooth and at ease they made our first visit (which was an emergency visit)! We were able to walk in without an appointment, access paperwork and fill out online. I was able to keep tabs on my wait time and where I was at in the line (to see how fast the line was moving was super awesome! Bc this allowed me to juggle and plan accordingly the rest of my very busy day!), and being able to communicate with the office staff via text and online with any and all questions or concerns - and to be greeted and treated with such sweet, superbly skilled, caring, knowledgeable, patient, understanding staff! - WOW! AND THAN THE VET AND HER TECHNICIANS WERE EQUALLY FREAKING AMAZING!! I JUST CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! I LEFT THERE FEELING WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND WELL INFORMED AND HAD CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOLLOW UP! The cost of the visit was money well spent for the level of respect and professionalism i received and witnessed others receive as well! SIMPLY PUT THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL IN MY BOOK , HANDS DOWN! I WILL BE HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS WELL AS BEING A RETURN PATRON WITH OUR LIL FUR BABY! SO GREAT JOB TO ALL THERE AND KEEP SHINING! ;) YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

The staff is professional and kind. The prices were cheaper than any place I found and they are great. I really cannot say enough about the staff and Dr. Ward. I will 100% come back for all my veterinary needs and recommend them to everyone.

My dog was attacked by a pit last night and we took him to this animal clinic. I have never been here before but the dog was seen promptly and was treated well. I would not hesitate to use this vet again. Thank you for your services to this area!

We have been going to Cottonwood Small Animal Clinic for a few years. They are phenomenal! Now, they have an online wait list. I suggest getting to their website to get on it first thing in the morning.
I was able to stay at work until they messaged/called me to say to come in. Although, if you choose to go in while on the wait list still, check in when you get there.
My dog wasn't emergent, but had me concerned; so we went in to have it checked out. My dog Lucky had a lump on his neck. The vet, Dr Kross drained it, and we were on our way. She was very nice and informative.
Their prices are affordable and they are very efficient.
