Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds and nice vanities in the large bathroom and the bedroom. Would have liked a microwave, and a larger fridge in a perfect world. Food quality(in room dining) was excellent (although the “heavy on the tomato sauce” pizza was a miss for us, the “Brussels” were SPECTACULAR as well as the asparagus and the carpaccio!!) Safe area with ample grounds good for pets, large easily accessed parking lot, with space for all sized vehicles.

This hotel is well maintained, clean and employees are friendly and helpful and it is super dog friendly! It was a perfect stay for our needs. The only recommendation I would have is for them to place amenities in more convenient locations, I.e. distance to ice machines is the opposite end of the building.

This Sheraton property is probably the nicest hotel in Redding! They have everything! Exceptional location, amazing restaurant, access to Turtle Bay and the Sundial Bridge.

The rooms are great...and the staff is too. Karly, the front desk manager was an incredible help while checking in. Her pleasant smile and kindness really made the stay special.

The house cleaning service was horrible. It was never consistent from day to day..some days they made my bed some days they did not. Some days I had clean towels some days I did not. Etc etc. I travel for work & spend 75% of my life in Hotels coming in at night to a clean room matters to me.

This is the BEST Sheraton I have stayed at. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location couldn't be more perfect for a stay in Redding. Turtle Bay Exploration Park next door is a great nearby activity, too!

One of the most pet friendly hotels that we've ever stayed at! The hotel was clean and the service was top notch. The concierge lounge has a patio that we enjoyed with our pup. A pet relief area out front. The TV welcome screen had someone else's name on it and the remote didn't work but that wasn't a big deal for us. Bonvoy members need to double check their bills, we had an extra charge called a "redemption fee" of $65 that was removed by the front desk. Lifetime platinum level here and had never come across that charge before when staying on points.

Only stayed for one night, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and quickly checked us in. The room was spotless! I love that each bed had multiple pillows, and the air conditioning was working great! Breakfast is not included. However, you can purchase breakfast from the restaurant next door. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is one of my favorites! The staff and their service are exceptional and the facilities are very clean and well kept!

Love staying there when there is a show at the civic center. Fantastic restaurant. Love the Brussel sprouts!

First visited the hotel for business trip. Ate at the attached restaurant Mosaic. Was fortunate to get service from Alyssa and Justin who are great at their jobs. I now live here, and their welcoming personalities, efficiency, and attention to detail makes my experience at Mosaic top notch every time. The food is really good too 🙂

The Hotel is super and location great but the staff of this hotel is amazing! We step out of our car and we’re greeted by Ken the bellman with gracious hospitality welcoming us into the hotel and taking care of our luggage with many extra helpful hints of the hotel along with the area. Our Club Lounge experience made us feel right at home with fabulous hosts of Angie and Aimee. They made sure we knew everything offered in the lounge area and also gave us wonderful information about the surrounding area of Redding. We had dinner at Mosaic and Angela our waitress made our evening so special with her attention to our table and special requests. We would visit this hotel again due to the staff and all their kindness making our stay wonderful!!

I have never actually stayed at this property... I DID, however, accidentally book for the wrong weekend and didn't realize it until after the dates had past. I was so upset, and there were no rooms for the weekend I actually needed.
THEY REFUNDED EVERY PENNY OF MY MONEY! Customer loyalty bought and paid for right here. So impressed.

A sisters and Mom weekend for mom’s 98rh birthday. The hotel has been completely redone and it’s gorgeous. Super comfortable beds, pillows, bathrooms, amenities, and a great staff. We arrived a gaggle of women with not enough glasses and all kinds of special requests and had a team at our door in minutes to take care of everything. You’re right on the sunset bridge and the beautiful walking paths at Turtle Bay - location could not be better! Great restaurant. I stay at a lot of hotels in the marriott family and this one is a gem!

I'm so glad I selected this hotel to stop at on our way from seattle to san diego! First off .... Samuel provided the most amazing service professionalism and started off our stay with a smile! The room was spectacular. Room service hours until 9pm worked perfectly for us. Overall 10 outta 10 will recommend.

As indicated by other reviewers, the lounge was poorly stocked (like not at all) and the coffee machine was out of order. It should be a priority to provide some basic services to the lounge. If your plan is to just offer filtered water to fill up your water bottle, then just say that.

Overall, clean, comfortable, luxurious rooms. Lovely staff. Surprisingly nice location with walking trail.

Busy location. Clean, friendly staff. The only downside was the size of the parking lot. Would definitely visit again!

On Valentines Day, I wanted to do something special for my boyfriend while he was on the west coast for business and staying at the Sheraton. I called the Mosaic restaurant in the hotel to ask for help with my special request. Nicholas and Phillarie were so amazing! They worked with me to put my plan into action and I couldn't be more thankful to those two employees for going above and beyond for one of their customers. They were personable and caring and creative. The Mosaic is lucky to have both of these humans as employees! Also, the food sent to his room was phenomenal. Thank you again!

Stayed here with my mom and cat during our moving process and had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was clean and a nice size. This would also be a great place to take younger children as it had lots of space around the hotel to run and play and had a great pool. Room service was also delicious and delivery was fast. Definitely would stay here again!

This is the only place I’d consider in Redding, CA. It is our home for the night as we travel from WA to CA. Clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. The adjoining but independent restaurant is called Mosaic and has the best hand crafted cocktails. We are usually very tired and make it in time for their happy hour; the food is equally good and so much better than the typical hotel run bistros found in many hotels. Try the pizza!
