I purchased a bag of Victor Professional dry dog food and was able to return it for a full refund. I have a large breed dog and noticed some joint issues with this food. Well Victor does not list the calcium percentage on the bag which is 1.7 from their site. That level is to high a big jump from 1.3 when you have a large breed dog. I was able to get a refund and buy a bag of Diamond Premium Adult with perfect percentages for a large breed dog. Happy customers..

Friendly staff always greets me and provides good help.

The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean for a farm and garden store. The staff are always available to help their customers, even on busy days with only two registers and one self check out the cashiers can definitely keep up. However, I have been in line a time or two and heard other customers talking about the line and witnessed some customers out right rude to the employees. Everywhere you go you have to wait in line, and that is why they taught ya'll that in Kindergarten. So, to the adults who want to go out of their way and be rude to these employees SHAME on you. They are there working to earn a paycheck not to be treated like a doormat. Anywho.... my overall experience has been great. And Kelli the Manager was very helpful and nice too.

I wanted to take a second to thank Charlie and Theresa so much for helping me today with my chicken drama! Some of my hens were bullying our new egg layer. Charlie pointed me in the correct direction of Theresa, who has specific knowledge of how to treat chicken injuries. The two of them gave me some great suggestions and I am thankful for their assistance. Every time I go to Tractor Supply Co. I am greeted and tended to. Thank you and I hope that you pay your employees well, they are a special group. :)

Assistant Manager Brittany's customer service was above and beyond. She helped us with a difficult return and managed to find a good exchange product for our needs despite it being very heavy and up high. Thank you Brittany so much for taking that extra step to find the right product. I would highly recommend coming here.

Such a fun store! They have something for everyone. While the selection is not extensive, it still has a good smattering of competitively priced items. I didn't even think about them for dog travel carriers or crates, but they have various sizes at good prices with outdoor kennel options. It will be a regularly visited store for us.

I went in today to get a puppy vaccine and some other items. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and informative. The lady in the back came out and unlocked the cabinet and took the time to give me step by step instructions on how to care for my pup and also what follow up shot would be needed. If I could give ten stars I would!

Went in to get some chicks with the family. Linda and Kaylee were SUPER helpful for a first time chick owner. Store was easy to locate what we needed. We'll definitely be back.

Clean and well organized. Staff is always very helpful. They run programs like animal vaccination days that are always well staffed and serve the community in a very practical way. Great stop for yard and garden supplies, but they also stock farm clothes, cute decor, and pet products.

I really love tractor supply they have a great selection of hardware and pet supplies. Prices seem fair and it makes me want to get my mini ranch running again. I always have good experiences there are the employees are nice and knowledgeable.

I admit there pricey but the 4 life dog food is a good deal and my babies love it. Plus we love the friendly gal who works up front ! (Unfortunately she seems to have left)

Great selection of animal supplies. Great selection of everything actually. I used to come here a few times a week just to blow money on cool items. Walk around for an hour and ONLY ONCE did they start following me and acting like I was fixing to steal stuff.

We went to tractor supply in need of a air compressor. A gentlemen by the name of Matt helped us with our purchase. I recommend the redding store to everyone. Take a look for yourself. Read the one negative review then balance that against the overwhelming positive reviews - these guys are the REAL DEAL. Friendly, professional & skilled at meeting YOUR farm & ranch needs. Part feed store, parts for fences, tractors, trailers, tools clothing, TOYS and whimsical contraptions. Not saying that the bad review wasn't true, just unfortunate. And exceptional in the extreme.

This place is a great combo store. Little home depot, a bit ace hardware, slap in farm supplies, feed, clothing, small animal food and you have one stop shopping. Friendly and sometimes overly helpful staff will make sure you get what you need or point you to where you need to go.

Older male employee today, wish I would have got his name helped us quickly find something things to buy for our garden problems and he took the time to interact with our toddler. We will be back for that kind human connection.

We will certainly drive the extra time to come here from now on. The customer service is great and they're signage for sales and clearance are not expired... I won't be shopping Anderson again due to this issue and the general lacking in keeping it well ran.
