The Living Water Studio - Yoga Studio

My first experience at this yoga studio was wonderful. I felt the sweet calmness of the atmosphere right when I walked in. I filled my bottle from the filtered water machine, and found my spot. I tried Buti yoga and Breathe & Flow yoga. I loved them both. The instructors are on point for letting you know where you are going all the time. They seemed very mindful of the participants and the levels they were at in their yoga journey. I must say I am hooked!!!

Love this beautiful studio and the friendly people there. Nikki, Hailee, and Hilary are all amazing instructors, classes feel very inclusive, and there's something for every level from beginner to advanced. I always leave their classes feeling so much better than when I walked in. Definitely give them a try!

This yoga studio amazing! Both peaceful and inviting. The instructors were wonderful and guided me through the movements, which was especially great during buti as I had never taken it before. I appreciated that there was cold water available for me to refill my water. The energy of this studio was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning soon!

This yoga studio is by far the one to go to! I took my friend (who doesn’t like yoga) and it got her hooked! Nikki has really created something incredible that Redding has never seen! It’s clean, the staff are so welcoming and the instructors are knowledgeable! I will for sure be a regular!

Monday was the soft opening of the studio and both classes were incredible! The Reeves did an excellent job designing the studio for a peaceful and inviting environment. I didn't want to leave! They offer a variety of classes and are giving away a free class to new clients! Don't miss out!

Excellent yoga studio. Beautifully remodeled facility. The instructors are friendly and make class fun. They have a variety of classes for different levels of experience. I highly recommend living waters studio.

My daughters and I love taking classes at The Living Water Studio. There are a variety of classes for all levels. The instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable and the space is beautiful.
