Anderson Mini RV & Boat Storage

The place is very clean and the management is very observant about who comes in and who goes out. You can totally trust your belongings being stored safe and secure. All for an incredibly low price. I've been there twice now and will definitely be using them again in the future. Kudo's to the staff!

Can’t speak highly enough of Anderson Mini RV storage and it’s owner Jerry. Great communication. Facilities are very clean, fenced in, live cameras everywhere. We left our airstream with him while backpacking. The indoor storage is 15 to 20 degrees cooler during the very hot time of the year. Will definitely be back.

I rented from Anderson Mini RV and boat storage for a couple of months. The gentleman in the office was super nice. I found the rates to be very good. And right now it's hard to find a storage unit. With the cameras and the security gates and And people living on site. I felt safe leaving my stuff there. I will recommend this to everyone.

Simply the best. Clean and safe storage for your needs. I rented a unit from May 2020 to May 2023. The area is clean and safe, but what made it so special was Jerry, and his precious doggie kids. Jerry is SO caring and even comes by with water to make sure you are hydrated. Once, i suffered heat stroke there, shame on me for not properly caring for myself. I made it to the office, and Jerry allowed me to take refuge and made sure I was okay. What a guy. I'll miss him!!

This management here is great, they always know immediately what is going on, so if you are looking for a place with really good security, this is it. The units are well maintained and easy to access, I have been here for 10 months and have zero issues with anything.

Jerry is awesome! Had a little unit there for about 5 months. When I decided to get everything out last minute on the last day of the month he was very helpful and my last load was after business hours and he let me finish up. Even said I could come back the next day if I had to and wouldn't charge me. Highly recommend.

We have been so pleased with Anderson Mini Storage, we had two units. They have a very nice well maintained facility. Jerry is so wonderful to work with. He is super helpful and knows his customers well. The units are super clean when you move in and plenty of room around them for getting in and out. This is a quality business with amazing owners.

We left the RV in Anderson to save on gas for this year's trips. We know it's safe. We've been up twice this year to bike and have service on the RV. So much more cost effective than driving the RV up from LA.

These people are Very nice people. They were helpful, pleasant, and always had a smile. I've rented many storage units, but this is the best by far. The units are clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a clean and well maintained place to store your things

Have been storing our very large 30ft patio boat with upper deck 14ft indoors bi-annually for over 10 years. Jerry is super nice and very helpful especial the days I have to move my boat. I have never had any issues and will continue to use their storage as long as I have something to store. They are the best!

Jerry the manager is super nice and understanding. We went to his facility because we were having to evacuate for the Fawn fire and the level of compassion we saw was amazing. He gave us a unit and because of the evacuation did not charge us the prorated for the month just started us at the next month and it really helped as we were having troubles. Super nice company and was very clear and amazing on price and policy. Thank you!

I had rented a 10X10 storage unit for the past 8 years before moving. Jerry and Ed were great managers over the years and the rent rate was best by far in the area. The yard was always clean, secure, and easily accessible. I would recommend this storage facility to anybody needing a unit. :)

I have used Anderson Mini Storage for almost 10 years with no problems at all. Jerry has always been friendly and more than helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. I went to finally clear out my unit and was thrilled to find not one indication of rodents. My friend’s unit in Redding was infested in less than a year to the point she had to throw most things away so I was expecting the worst. Thanks to Jerry, other than dust and a few spiderwebs my stuff is in great shape! Many thanks for 10 years of great service!
