Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery Denver

We've had a great experience with Naturepedic-Denver. From their very first email reply to hosting our whole family in person at the gallery, their customer service exceeded our expectations. LJ and Doreen cared about us all along the way and we were grateful to be able to buy locally through them. We are so excited to receive our new mattress!

Staff is super nice and knowledgeable. LJ answered all of my questions and made the entire process enjoyable. The mattress is incredible, best I have ever slept on. I definitely recommend these guys.

The Naturepedic Organic Chorus Mattress is phenomenal, and so are the folks at the Denver Gallery who sell it. We have noticed significant decreases in our use of allergy and asthma medication since sleeping on these beds. At no time was there ever any odor or smell we "had to get used to." So we feel confident we won't have long-term impacts from VOC off-gassing either. In addition, the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. One staff member is even able to sleep on her back for literally the first time in her life. The beds are shipped very well, in packages it's possible for people who aren't very strong to handle, and the Chorus mattresses and Naturepedic foundations are easy to unpack and set up. Just as important for us, the Naturepedic Gallery store in Denver where we bought these beds is absolutely fantastic. LJ and Doreen, the manager and assistant manager, are so personable! They answered all our questions by both phone and email, as we live in a very rural area more than 5 hours away from their store. They helped us figure out shipping to this rural area and how we'd handle the return if we had to (which we did NOT want to do, once we tried the beds!). On top of that, they were just a joy to work with. We had actually talked to two other stores in the CO Front Range that sell Naturepedic mattresses before finding The Denver Gallery with its dynamic duo of LJ and Doreen, but the managers of those other stores didn't seem to care about customers too far away to visit their store in person. We could not get their attention or cooperation -- not even a call-back after leaving repeated email and phone messages! LJ and Doreen, in contrast, CARE -- and it's obvious. We wound up being so happy with the first two beds we got from them that 3 months later we ordered three more Chorus mattress beds for the guests who come to our facility for learning programs. Obviously, different people prioritize different things in a mattress and frame, but it seems pretty meaningful to us that our comfort, health, and sleep are so much better simply because of changing over to these mattresses (and, more recently, the Naturepedic pillows as well!). We are SO glad Naturepedic makes these beds, and we are doubly glad that LJ and Doreen are at the Gallery in Denver selling them. If you have allergies or other kinds of chemical sensitivity, or if you worry about the long-term effects of the off-gassing VOCs you're breathing from inches away, every single night, you really owe it to yourself to try one of these mattresses. The same thing is true if you just wake up sore and tired every morning because your mattress emphasizes gimmicks instead of simple, basic, comfortable support. And while we aren't sure how things work, we are fairly sure that no matter *where* you live, J and Doreen can get one of these mattresses to you with a no-risk refund and return policy -- even though you probably won't take them up on it anyway once you try the bed. So if, like us, you want to get away from mattresses with VOC off-gassing but don't know what manufacturer to believe in or where to get one without getting ripped off, you should drop LJ and Doreen an email or give them a call and at least talk to them about possible options and solutions. We found out the hard way how confusing it is to sort through all the claims out there, so that's why we wrote this long review. It was other peoples' reviews that helped us find our way to this good solution, and now we want to do the same for others.

I stopped in with more questions than answers and LJ was great to work with! She is very knowledgeable of what Naturepedic offers in respect to other major brands in the same segment and why Naturepedic is the brand to go with! LJ knows how to guide you to the right Naturepedic product that best suits your needs, regardless of price. She also helped me load my new mattress into my car, how cool is that? Talk about standing behind your product! I will be back when it comes time for the guest bedroom! Thanks LJ!

I recently visited the Denver Naturepedic location (on Fillmore), as I had been researching healthy mattress options. Immediately, I was met with a warm greeting from LJ. She asked questions, intently listened, and kindly explained Naturepedic’s products while I tested them. She guided me toward what I had been looking for- a quality, non-toxic mattress with pillows and sheets.

I had incredible experiences at Naturepedic in Denver! I was not very well versed in organic mattresses or what mattress type I should be looking for. LJ was EXTREMELY helpful and very patient with my (and my parent’s) many questions regarding mattress comfort levels, spinal alignment, materials, etc. She helped us find mattresses and was very flexible with our needs for shipping. She was probably the best customer service representative I have ever experienced. I’m now awaiting my mattress to be delivered and am excited to try it out.

I can't say enough good about this store. The salesperson, Doreen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The quality and craftsmanship of the Naturepedic mattress was really impressive. I regret to say, due to my many joint and structural problems the mattress turned out to be not a good fit for me. The store manager LJ was very kind, understanding, and creative.
She helped me try different configurations to customize the mattress to my needs. When it became clear this mattress was not going to work for me, LJ very graciously set up the pick up and return process. I am truly sorry this mattress did not work for me because the quality of the mattress, the customer service, and company integrity are in my opinion unsurpassed.

When I called to find out what Naturepedic Organic mattresses we're about, I was impressed right off with speaking with Jody. She was able to understand my need to find a product that was safe ( without fire retardant) and comfortable for each of my parents. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the "Mattress World" was apparent. She conveyed how she could assist both of my parents needs (one being a back sleeper and one being a side sleeper and who both had injuries and illness from their memory foam temperpedic new mattress). I was relieved knowing she understood and would be able to guide them to get the perfect fit in mattress AND pillow for each of them.

I knew I wanted to come to the store with my parents when Jody would be working.

Our experience was just what I imagined. My mother even exclaimed, ". . such a pleasure meeting Jody -- both personable and knowledgeable -- and the store was so pleasant and soothing!"

When we made our order and she handed us the folder, it said a Healthy Sleep.

A big sigh of relief! We were going to have just that from the integrity of their product.

Naturepedic Organic was a whole different experience than the usual mattress buying of blaring warehouse lights, no help and sales pitch. I highly recommend going in and learning what they have for a good night's healthy sleep. Ask for Jody!

Great product, great store, great sales manager. I was super happy to get the 4th of July summer 20% off sale discount, and LJ the manager was super sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions both on the phone and in the store and there was zero pressure to purchase. I called two other places and there was a lot of pressure just over the phone at those other stores. Organic materials for bedding are so incredibly nice — definitely worth a little extra money to not expose myself and my family to chemicals and also to help support a kinder more sustainable world for the environment and future generations. I am very happy that I called around looking for a bed with organic materials and found one for a reasonable price. Also to note— the bed was vacuumed sealed and rolled up at manufacturing making it very easy to transport. Not sure about a king but probably up to a queen can be transported in a hatchback car. Indefinitely recommend this place if you are in the market to buy a mattress!!

Shopping for a bed at this store was a fun no-pressure experience. The store manager LJ is amazing and provides outstanding customer service. I was new to adjustable bases and she was super helpful in getting me the right one for my needs. Naturepedic has so many comfort options to choose from it really makes having a bed that is healthy for you a easy choice.

We had the best experience at Naturepedic in Cherry Creek today. The sales manager was very knowledgeable
And we were able to safely try many combinations. When we went to a local retailer and asked about
GOTS and GOLS certifications and received a blank stare we knew we needed to shop somewhere that specializes in
“Clean” mattresses. Mattress shopping can be tiring and boring, but we were able to relax and really think about our
Purchase in a low stress, no pressure environment. I am hard to please and have very high expectations, which were
Exceeded today at Naturepedic in Cherry Creek! We will be back for sure to buy the kids new beds.

I recently purchased a mattress and an adjustable bed here and I LOVE them both! The whole process from start to finish was so easy and enjoyable. Holly, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We went back several times to make sure we made the right decision and Holly was there to answer every question we had along the way. The mattress and bed were delivered well within the quoted delivery time and they set everything up for us in no time! The mattress is so comfortable and the best part is, it is completely organic and does not have any of the hazardous chemicals that other mattresses are filled with. Also, the Cherry Creek North store has a couple of off-street reserved parking spots which makes shopping in store so much easier!

All sales people, mostly including Andy and Holly, were absolutely unbelievable to work with while sourcing mattresses. My clients, who rarely ever make a showroom appearance, went to the store to test the product and walked away and happily with their experience and were immediately ready to order. I placed the order and actually made a mistake on my end. The store was wonderful in helping troubleshoot. The end result was tremendous. They are also doing something great for wellness realm and the environment, not to mention, game changer in comfortability. I will send all clients here moving forward.

I cannot recommend this Naturepedic enough! LJ (the owner) was kind and so knowledgeable about organic bedding, Naturepedic, and other brands. I am switching my family over to organic and it has not been an easy process. LJ was so helpful and gave great advice about where to start on your organic journey.

Many years in high end retail and i have to tell you Jody is fantastic. So appreciate her customer first style. Love the store and the products. Love this place. LJ is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about getting you a better night's sleep! She walked us through step by step and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with our choices. I LOVE MY BED! I was on a purple mattress and was considering temperpedic but I am very happy with our Naturepedic! It's so comfortable and pressure point pain is gone! This was worth every penny and then some. My fiancé and I were searching for a local place that sells chemical free mattresses. We stumbled upon Naturepedic in cherry creek and are so happy we did. The store manager, LJ, helped to educate us on Naturepedic so that we could confidently configure the best mattress for us! I learned so much about mattresses…

The mattresses are certified non-toxic which means that they have undergone rigorous testing and ensure they do not contain harmful ingredients or release vapors, gases, or by-products that could impact our health.

The mattresses are also customizable which is great because I sleep on my side and my fiancé sleeps on his back. First you can select the type of mattress - they offer three types: all latex, all foam, and latex hybrid (which is the one they recommend). Then you pick out the bed design (EOS or Halcyon) and go from there! I tested out a softer layer because I am a side sleeper and my fiancé was able to test out the firmer layer due to the fact that he sleeps on his side. And IF you aren't pleased after your purchase you can swap out your EOS layer within 90 days for FREE! Or if you want to swap out your encasement layers you can at a future date.

We experienced world class customer service with LJ and are so thankful she took the time to walk us through the entire customization process to understand what mattress configuration was best for each of us.

You'll also have to ask about the side sleeper pillow (for you side sleepers out there it is a pillow specifically designed for you AND CHEMICAL FREE)!
