Great place for date night dinner, meeting up with friends or cocktails before dinner atThe Pearl next door. These are sister restaraunts and you can have the full menu in either area as they’re connected. Waitress was super friendly and the food was on point. I had the pork chop with mustard sauce, I was going out on a limb and was pleasantly surprised at the combo, the veggies were perfect, tricky when cooking potatoes and Brussels sprouts together, can’t wait to go back to try more of the menu. Crème brûlée was delish!

I had a great steak and cocktail here! Not many places in Eureka are open Tuesday nights. If I were local I’d have wanted to come back to try more of the cocktail menu.

My husband and I have come here a couple times because we love the food and have had great service every time. The menu does change some items seasonally which is great because you can try something new every time and we haven't been disappointed. The music can be louder at some tables so you can always ask to switch tables. My photos may show old menus but just wanted to give you an idea of the variety of food they offer. I always get the mussels and clams when available and my husband always gets the polenta to start. Yes expensive, but when the food makes you do a little happy dance in your chair it's worth it.

Update 3/2024: they changed their mushroom polenta crostini to Polenta Crostini with Ragu. While I get the chef is an Italian chef, this isn’t an Italian restaurant. While it was good, won’t be re-ordering something I used to always order. Won’t remove a star for it as everything else was still on point. Please bring back the original polenta. Speghetti sauce & not formed polenta ruins it.

12/2023:
511 has always been my fave restaurant here. Went there tonight and had the best food ever. It’s always been great but this was so so good. It was on point, delicious and what I kept referring to as a “foodgasm”. Food was so good that I only remembered to take pics of the main course. Forgot the appetizer & deserts. Their drinks are perfect although there’s usually a long wait to get a drink there for some reason. The Chocolate & Espresso pot de créme desert needs to stay on the menu. It was heavenly. The Bananas Fosters” Cake– Brûléed had a bit of crispiness on the top which took it up a few notches above any others I’ve ever tried. Nice touch.

WOODFIRED FILET MIGNON (8oz) – Black truffle compound butter, crispy phyllo potatoes, broccolini & butter braised leeks, demi-glace

GRILLED STEELHEAD – Lobster risotto, grilled asparagus, beurre blanc 38

Deserts:
Chocolate & Espresso pot de créme– Cinnamon whipped cream

“Bananas Fosters” Cake– Brûléed, vanilla ice cream, spiced rum caramel

Well, we're pullin anchor and heading to Noyo Harbor bout 4am, but tonight we've got steak fever! We asked around a bit about who puts out the best steak..got a lot of.. these and thems and a couple of..but if's, but the Five Eleven Restaurant popped up more than any other, so I grabbed Ol Cornwallis by the yanker because he wasn't too hip on lettin loose of the little fluff button he was tryin to shake shack with. Well, we finally made it to the Five Eleven, all be damned if those people weren't right...the steaks were Amazing as was everything else! 5 stars all day long! ☆☆☆☆☆

Had the mushroom polenta, butter lettuce salad with poppyseed vinegarrette was amazing. Fried cauliflower in buffalo sauce/cheese, and agnolotti pasta was awesome!

Wow! Absolutely perfect evening. First time here and wish we had this restaurant at home so we could visit for date night couple of weeks. Service is top notch, and the food is amazing. Well done 511, you have created something special. Special shout out for having the perfect kids menu. There is truly something for everyone at 511.

Love this place. The Bar is to die for. Love the 🍸 Martinis. The food is excellent so full of flavor. I got a chaser salad which the dressing was spot on my hubby got the fish which is baked in a brick oven which was delish and we got a few appetizers which I truly enjoyed💯👍🍸

This place was excellent. In addition to delicious food, they have a very solid whiskey menu with some great prices. We got the Buffalo cauliflower for an app and the fried chicken and the filet for entrees. All were great. The Buffalo cauliflower was especially amazing and a must try.

Really, really impressed with the quality, presentation, and flavor of the dishes and drinks! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great chefs. Everything we had was wonderful, will be coming back next time I'm in town.

Its a great restaurant, the service was very good, although it was peak time and lots of people to serve, they did their best. The modern ambient was cool, maybe a kind of too modern IMO, was more like a bistro style. Nevertheless, people and ourselves enjoyed it.

Everything was delicious! From the burger to the rib eye to the shrimp scampi! Service was great and attentive. We had a reservation for 5pm but probably would have been ok without. Great drink selection. Highly recommend!

I started off the evening with a pineapple mezcal cocktail which for me was just too smokey, but the presentation was great. My wife started with a hummingbird that was pretty good. We both got steak for our entre, I got the filet mignon and she got the surf n turf. Both steaks had good flavor, both slightly overcooked but all in all a pretty good upscale meal.

Come here when ever we can. The menu changes but yet to be disappointed. Had the polenta with marsala sauce appetizer, to die for, and duck the last time we came (sadly been a while). Modern music, friendly staff and a meal you won't forget.

I actually ate in the connected lounge, which had the same menu. I recommend making a reservation for dinner. The food was spectacular, and I'm thinking about going there for dinner the next 2 nights to try other dishes. So many dishes made my mouth water! Too many food choices and not enough meals during my visit!

First off, Five Eleven had some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but they were just absolutely perfectly balanced and delicious. Enough alcohol to give it a punch, but not overpower the taste.

For dinner, I had the Mac and Cheese, which was supposed to be a Duck Confit version but unfortunately they were out of it. Not a bad thing! They were upfront and very apologetic about being out of the main star of the dish but it's only because they have been unexpectedly busy. Which of course, after Covid, it's good to hear them doing so well again!

But regardless, even though it's "just" Mac and cheese it was absolutely delicious and perfectly made with the key ingredient being White Cheddar which is simply the best.

On top of everything the server was extremely friendly and helpful, and the manager came after the meal to personally thank me for supporting them by coming out and dining back in. A very nice touch!

The new menu is great. We had the Butterfish, Gnocchi, Carpaccio and oysters for apps. I had the Filet for dinner - It was amazing !!!

The food and drinks can also be deemed art for the eyes and the pallet.
Welcoming and friendly local vibe.

Our new favorite date night restaurant! Really good happy hour specials and the lasagna is sooo tasty!
