Love that you can customize everything. So many fabrics and finishes to choose from. And we had a designer come out for free and measure everything and help us choose our size and style that best fit the space. The person we worked with was very friendly and helpful & was great even though I had 2 small children with me both times.

EXCELLENT customer service...a rarity in this day and age. Bob and Rob from the Redding store went above and beyond to repair a problem with our new sofa, one that we had purchased from another Ethan Allen location. They made 3 round trips after the initial delivery from Redding to Trinidad. They were both very professional and friendly and the repair work was top-notch. I highly recommend them and will make my next EA purchase from the Redding store. Thank you!

Have been here prior occasions, nice store, have a fair amount of inventory and staff seem pretty friendly. Have actually ordered custom cabinets through Michelle and they were very nice.

Have to be honest, we walked in and had a pretty good idea of exactly what we wanted and were ready to buy, just had a couple of questions. Salesperson plunked us down to look at a browser on a computer and didn't talk to us the rest of the time we were there. We ended up leaving awkwardly.
