I have had my pf membership for almost a year and the morning crew are really polite and respectful to me and anyone around. Very professional as well. Kaitlyn is super clean along with the other morning crew. I really enjoy the environment the morning crew bring to the table. One of the highlights of my day 😃👍, plus Kaitlyn has been super helpful since my time being here 😃👍👍

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for over 4 years now. I have visited almost all of the Planet Fitness locations around the Denver area, and the one on 104th has been my favorite by far. My experience here has been absolutely amazing. Okay, so let's be real people.. so the locker rooms may not be up to our expectations at all times, and we might get a tanning bed that might need wiped down. So what? We are all adults here, so let's act like it. And the front desk crew? Yeah there's been a few sketchy workers over the past few years. But it was all worth it for the crew they have now. At least the overnight crew. Not to mention any names, but Jesse I believe his name is, has to be one of their best employees that they have. He is always on top of his duties. From helping people out on the floor working out, to customer complaints from restrooms being dirty tanning beds being dirty, he will fix your problem right away. He always has a smile, and is very welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable every time you arrive, and even when you leave he makes sure to say goodbye and have a nice day. I come to Planet Fitness almost every night, and I have to say that if I drive up, and I don't see Jesse working, I will not go in. Jesse is very attentive to everyone in the gym, and is more than willing to help with anything that you may need, or if you may have a problem. He takes his job seriously, and I know that I speak for several people when I say that if it wasn't for him, I would not be coming to this location. Hands down five star review for not only the gym, but Jesse too! Way to go Jesse, thank you for all your hard work, keep doing what you do! 🙌 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🙌

Staff is friendly. Jesse is always available to help with anything including getting set up on the Spa equipment.

The Black Card Spa is always clean and presentable. So are the restrooms.

10/10 will keep coming back.

I went the other day to this planet fitness because I wanted to see what this gym was about. Kaitlyn welcomed me in and explained to me the ways of planet fitness and how they do it there, she even talked me into getting the black card membership. While working out I also come to notice that the early morning day crew keeps keep the cleaning stations stalked.

I've been coming here pretty regularly now for about a month.
The equipment is clean, I've only ever seen one machine out of service, and it's usually not too busy (I go Weekday mornings).

Honestly, for the price - it's a great option

This is one of my favorite locations and the gym always looks clean in the mornings when I'm there. Danita and Kaitlyn always do a great job of interacting with members and they're always on the move to keep the gym and locker rooms clean for us!

Hello, Iam a former member at the planet fitness on a 104th in Thornton. Iam showing my support to the two young ladies on the morning shift as well as my disappointments in others. First off, allow me to express the joy in entering the bathroom and locker room and having a fresh clean smell. Very well kept as well as the main floor. Paper towel dispensers are always kept full as well as the disinfectant bottles. I used to attend the fitness center in the late afternoon and night times. Let me tell you, bathrooms are not kept up dispensers are empty most of the time and the greeting at the front desk is very disappointing. The young guy and girl (girl with burgundy hair) are not talkative, very antisocial and seem to only communicate with each other. Very poor communication and people skills. I will never appear at this location in the late afternoon or evening again. Very very much thanks to the morning crew however. Denita and Katlyn thank you very much you both rock

This branch is awesome. The girl that works in there is professional and helpful. The members of the gym seem decent and reputable people. No profanity, no awkwardness and pretty quite people.
Decent exercise machines and rest rooms.
Much classier than the one in northern Denver, that's across the street from Wal-Mart.

I love planet fitness. Total body enhancement and other black card perks are key to recovering from my night shift labor job at Amazon and weight training helps me perform a little better at work every night. I can’t recommend it enough, especially for fellow Amazonians.

I love this planet fitness. I come in early mornings and its always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful I am super happy this is my home gym.

It's always clean and never overcrowded no matter what time of day I go. The staff is very friendly and every person who goes to workout keeps to themselves. I really love my gym!

Love this location my favorite and ive been to almost every location from brighton, wesminster, downtown denver, lakewood, longmont, and littleton. , the equipment is updated, Smith machine is smoother as well and is diagonal. Nice for deadlifts and hip thrusts the bar goes all the way down right above floor. It doesn't bottom a foot high. Most days open 24hrs. Clean. Great gym best out of all the location. Only thing missing is Oblique machine

This gym is a great place to start your fitness journey. I personally was shy starting out around 300lbs and losing weight while building muscle (currently 240lbs). Devon has a wealth of knowledge and sets a standard for customer relations. It’s clean, quiet (I use the crowd meter), and machines get a lot of use so any equipment issues gets serviced quickly. I appreciate that this gym is very approachable as I HATED the feeling of not being “fit” already or being judged by staff and club members. I tried CrossFit and the owners would laugh at me while I tried to workout. Everyone pretty much minds their own business and keeps it moving. Thanks PF for the environment and I recommend this gym to anyone looking to join.

Like to say how nice the overnite person Jesse is ... He's always very welcoming and he's always greets me with a smile

The gym is excellent. In my opinion, I feel like gyms should set up rules for member. Like use one equipment at the time. I usually go on my break, lunch time and has been situations where guys leave personal items on different equipments while they exercise in couple of more machines, also, while they talk for 10 to 15 mins with other members. I believe that everyone deserve respect, and opportunity to use the equipment.

I am really impressed with this place. Good selection of equipment, very clean, and good staff. Amenities are not like one of the huge chains but they can keep their prices low by cutting that stuff you won't use anyway.

I just started “gyming” and this is a great place to start. Everyone minds their business and the work areas are clean. The staff I have encountered are very nice and go above and beyond to make your gym experience “all that”.

I'm in and out. Nobody bothers me. People are friendly but equipment is pretty worn. Perfect if you're serious about starting your fitness journey and not worried about making the place a spa or rec center.
