Ace Hardware Cherry Hills Marketplace

Wonderful staff!! I hired movers to transport the only expensive piece of furniture I own, and they lost the bolts that hold it together in the process. The bed frame isn’t functional/usable without these parts, and they were atypical parts at that. A friend suggested I bring the two pieces I did have to Ace hardware - so glad I did! Galen immediately helped me figure out the size and when he realized they didn’t have the part I needed, he found a rod of similar size and tread and created the pieces I needed. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I don’t really know anyone here yet, and in a moment where I felt frustrated and alone, Ace helped me out big time. Thank you Ace (and Galen)!! Appreciate you.

This store feels like a small country town where everyone knows everyone. Every time, and I mean every time I go into this store, I get the best and friendliest customer service. Always greated with smiles and "how can we help you?" I mostly use their post office services. I visit this store multiple times a week, sometimes daily to drop off packages. They. Are. Amazing. Walter, has gone out of his way to assist me with all my small business packages that I'm dropping off, sometimes 10 to 15 packages at a time. Just Amazing people. The caring woman who works in the post office is amazing too. She is so kind to my two kids. 10 STARS 🌟 for this place.

The little pin and nut broke off of my water bottle. The awesome David fixed it in a couple of minutes for less than $2. Chris and Sam we're also incredible to help me. Definitely come to this store for top of the line first class help!!!

These guys are great. I've been living here for about a year and these guys especially Chris have been incredibly helpful every single time I've come in. They say ace is the friendly place and I definitely agree when it comes to this shop. They may not be the fastest service in the world but they'll treat you right while you're there and they will absolutely take care of you. It makes me very grateful to have this hardware shop in our neighborhood.

I went to a Home Depot before this store to find some bolts, and they were super unhelpful and rude. Was a huge relief to come to ace and have wonderful customer service from start to finish. The floor associates and the cashier were all wonderful, helpful and great to me and my dog. Will be back!

Needed a wing nut for crutches. I asked the first employee I saw, David, for assistance and he took me back to the aisle, picked out the exact one I needed. Also had interactions with 2 other employees who were friendly. Appreciated the customer service and not having to walk around a huge store with no employees in sight to help!

I have shopped at Ace Littleton Cherry Hills for decades and have always had a more than great experience. They have everything that the big retailers have and more.
Today I brought my cantilever umbrella crank shaft to see if they would fix it. I brought the parts in from having restrung. Dave worked on it for quite a while until it was fixed! He was delightful so say the least.

I have been here a few times for all my home improvement needs. Awhile back I needed to replace my toilet and had to cut some tile and put in a mount. David was very helpful and talked me through the whole process. This place and its employees are great.

I was in the market for a new Big Green Egg and had done a lot of research but I still had some questions. I went to another Ace location and they literally were no help at all. I was greeted immediately and was then introduced to the owner. The owner was incredible and very humble to work with. Let’s just say they earned a customer for life

I love supporting locally owned businesses. I came in looking for help with a school project. Not only was every individual that I encountered friendly and helpful, they were grateful to help support a local school. When there are many choices out there; this is my go-to from now on! Walked in unsure exactly what I needed to finish a plumbing project. The staff was incredibly helpful, helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and I got the job done perfectly for $15 worth of fancy nuts/bolts. Will absolutely visit there for similar needs again!

Such a great place. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always treat me with respect and kindness and everyone always has a smile on their face. Whether I'm dropping off a package or getting some home supplies, I'm always treated right by all employees. My favorite ace to shop at. Also my girl haley is the bomb!

Very helpful friendly people, very wide range of selection on everything I saw. Clean and organized, and everyone offered help. They don't just have hardware here, there's a huge selection of anything and everything for the home.Very beautiful calm peaceful atmosphere. Free popcorn! Even compared to online, I was able to find some better prices here too.

This is a great little place for basic hardware and post office needs. The staff is very helpful when you need to find something. I find Ace to be a little more expensive than Home Depot, but they are convenient for quick trips, and they have some unique items that you may not find at other hardware stores. The Post Office here has been a life saver. The lady I usually bring stuff to has patiently helped me figure out the best way to mail things, and there's usually not much of a wait.

The best customer service consistently since they opened! Ann the owner is very accommodating and has gone out of her the times I needed items ordered etc... Her employees are gracious knowledgeable & quite helpful!! I’m so glad there here - makes my errands & life so much easier!!

This store is what every local hardware store should be: well-stocked, extremely helpful staff, good prices. Here is just one example: last weekend I went to the store looking to replace my backyard water spigot. I brought in the old one, and David showed me that all I needed was a new washer, which cost a grand total of fifty-nine cents plus tax. On top of that, he spent a good ten minutes replacing the washer for me. He didn't have to do any of that, but he did. Not only was he a terrific representative for Ace, but it's obvious that the store management encourages that kind of customer attention and care. That is the epitome of outstanding customer service, and it's why I'll make a point of going back to this Ace Hardware any time I need anything. (In writing this review I have probably spent only a quarter of the time that David spent on me.)

I've been a regular shopper there for years. Although part of a chain, it feels like an old time mom and pop shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; much better than the "big box" stores. The owner Ann, is almost always there and greets her customers by name. And don't forget the free popcorn!

The store is clean and well organized. The staff are focused on helping you and provide a good level of customer service. This is a great resource in the area as an alternative to a much longer drive to other retail businesses. Convenient location with many other stores in the shopping center.

Recently purchased a grill online and it was an easy going experience with curbside pickup. Anne assisted me by phone multiple times, she is very kind and helpful.
