AT&T Store

Great customer service. First time in an AT&T store and we'll be sticking around for a while. Friendly and informative service. Levi hooked me up and ensured I was making the best choice by asking the right questions.

This AT&T store has been great for me the past year and a half but especially today with a new manager Levi. He was very efficient and helpful and understood everything we needed to do.

Matthew is awesome! Matthew at this AT&T store is fabulous, he’s knowledgeable and patient and extremely helpful. Although he was alone in the store, he worked efficiently and got to me quickly. He also solve my major problem and gave me great advice as well. Thank you, Matthew.

Kain the new store manager is superb. He gave me the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. He definitely should be a district manager or regional manager😀

hi, my son and I stopped in to see about moving back to AT&T..it was later in the day, and the store was not busy. it was just us.

We were greeted by Matt, who sat down with me to discuss the potential scope of my needs. I quickly found myself quite pleased. Matt explained the current offers, and I was frankly amazed. we chatted for almost an hour..I'm chatty. I planned to return a few days later to port-in my four existing lines, and also to add two new lines(for my now ecstatic 12&9 yos).

Matt, along with his manager and his area manager pitching in, performed the porting and new line establishment, which included multiple device trade-ins with large data transfers, remarkably quickly and without any hiccups.

I was able to add Direct TV Stream at this time, and the offer I received allowed me to add the TV service at my father-in-law's house, essentially for free. This amounted to a huge benefit for my wife's dad since he's never had a cable-type TV service.

Rather than go on and on, I'd like to invite you to visit this AT&T branch at University & Orchard and see what they can do for your family and/or business. They helped my family take a big step up. we're very happy to have switched to AT&T.

I visited the att store in cherry hills marketplace and cannot say enough great things about Ruth and her customer service. She made an ordinary visit that I dread so pleasant and educational. Keep her as she is a true asset.

Matt was SO kind and helpful in helping me fix some confusing things with my phone//phone plan. He is very knowledgeable and kind! Would recommend visiting this store for all phone needs!

Highly recommend, best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time! Omar is the BEST. He was so patient. I had an urgent issue that was pretty complex and required a lot of troubleshooting, and he was helpful and kind the entire time. Best part, he resolved the issue and I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely be back here for future support.

Josh was absolutely amazing. I came in with my mom and we both were requesting new phones. He was quick, efficient, and assisted us with all our questions and needs. He helped maximize our purchase and got us the best deals and answered all of our questions. I was dreading going in since there always seems to be something that goes wrong or I end up spending hours to get nothing done. Highly recommend and will return for any phone needs.

Justin helped me when the corporate store at park meadows made my transaction a nightmare. Something that should have taken 25 minutes at park meadows took 3 days and a chunk of my sanity. It took Justin 20 minutes to set things straight, transfer my number from VZW and hand me my completely functional iPhone. The man is a Wizard. If you are in the area and need services from ATT wireless, this location will get you going quickly, professionally and leave you with a positive experience.

The store manager, Matt Brenner did an outstanding job! He helped me port my phone number over from Sprint, and get me up and running. He was patient and extremely helpful. I am very grateful that I walk into the store he manages!

Christian delivered excellent customer service by staying late just before closing in order to help me purchase a new phone after mine was stolen! He made sure I was well informed about all of my replacement options until I could make the decision that was best for me!

My mom and I went to the Cherry Hills store to trade in her phone. We fortunately were paired up with Amber. She gave us information on phone deals, lower our phone bill, and was incredibly patient. Great customer service all around. Thank you Amber.

Our family just had a very positive experience at the AT&T store in Cherry Hills Village on S University. Josh was super knowledgeable and helpful upgrading 3 iphones to the new iphone 12's and accessories showing us tips using our new phones. He even noticed that new iwatch digital hadn't been added to our plan at the Apple Store, so he happily added it on for us. Great service! We'll be back. Thanks for being awesome Josh! 👍
