Well the care and kindness and even more is the communication, there very grounded and listen to your needs. I'm very happy, excited to continue physical therapy and feel very blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people who care. Thank you all for your support your effort to continue moving forward. The rehab staff at Vibra is absolutely amazing! Cassi and Juan are incredible people who really know what they are doing. They have a great sense of when to push and ask a for a little more as well as when to back off and let me go at my own pace.
The amount of empathy they have for their patients is endless. I know I wouldn't of made the progress I have if it wasn't for them giving me the support and confidence to go from being bedridden to getting in my wheelchair on my own and now, I'm standing up and taking steps! They are highly creative in their approach to therapy, keeping it fun and interesting. I really appreciate that because therapy can be painful and monotonous, that has not been the case with them.
Beyond Cassi and Juan, who I work with daily, I also get Brandon who has been so positive and helpful from day one. He has been there with advice, observations, and a lot of cheers for everything I have accomplished. Then there is Tony, the head of the therapy department, he is incredibly supportive of his staff and always has time to check in to see how my therapy is going.
I can't imagine a better place for me to be doing my rehab! This staff isn't just collecting checks, they feel deeply about the people in their care, give amazing support, and they know how to get the most out of of me and my rehab.
I can't thank Cassi, Juan and all the therapy people enough. You have me on my way to getting my life back!

I was a patient at Vibra in 2021. My care was excellent and the medical staff were exceptional. The food was delicious and everyone was professional and courteous.
I entered the hospital with multiple injuries. Thanks to the outstanding care of the physical therapy staff I was able to return home on a walker in 14 days.
In the past 18 months my husband has been a patient there twice and he also received excellent care.

I’m so grateful To the entire staff when I came in, I couldn’t even sit up let alone walk and they’ve got me walking without any assistance now. And they’ve done all of this with a really positive attitude and I think that makes the most difference in my recovery. Again, I can’t say enough about how great They’ve been from my physical therapy to the occupational therapy. The nurses and CNA‘s really go above and beyond..

I've been here 4 days now. The rehab I'm receiving has been great. Allen and (will insert later)who handles my rehab has been a joy to work with. Theyboth have great personalities and they are always motivating me to do better which I need .

Vibra isthe place to be for top care and rehab..Therapist mr toni and mr allen are easy but firm on the rehab..all new machine to exercise on and very clean and the doctors are awesome too..I would tell family and friends, if they had a choice go with the best Vibra. ..

My name is Aracely and my son came here for his rehabilitation after an accident they helped him get back on his feet. The entire staff is amazing from the doctors, the nurses and the therapy team, they are very empathetic and really listen to the needs of every patient. I've been here at vibra for about nine months.when I first a here I was pretty messed up,I couldn't move my arms,or legs and it goes with out say very depressed,I fractured my neck.but in five to six months started to get better,the physical therapy team,which I highly recommend worked with me every day to get me stronger, especially my therapist Alan,cast and others with positive attitude

I would like to give my therapy department, Carla and Cassie a thumps up!! We have fun and work hard at the same time. They are both awesome people.

Would like to say about Juan and Cassie that they have been real good with me and put it out to me the therapy for me is better accident I would recommend them to anybody and I just totally awesome they are one on one hands on with you

I've been at Vibra a few days after knee surgery at a different hospital. They recommended I come here for rehabilitation care. They staff from E. V. S. To kitchen staff nurses and doctors seem to all want to help me get better. I appreciate their care, kindness, and encouraging words to help me get through this painful time. Very positive experience so far

In the middle of July this year, the mitral valve in my heart failed and I had to have open heart surgery to have it repaired. This was followed by a hospital stay and then my first visit to Vibra. Because I’d been away from home for over a week, I really wanted to get back home, but what I didn’t realize was the problems I was having with my heart were not yet over.

I was away from Vibra for only 3 days when my heart began to beat at a dangerously rapid rate. This was followed by another week long stay at the hospital where doctors worked to get my heart rate back under control. Recovering from atrial fibrillation was even more physically demanding for me than from the initial heart surgery I underwent to have my mitral valve fixed.

I spent another week and a half at Vibra for my second visit, but this time, I realized I needed their help now more than ever. For the first five days I was there, I was completely exhausted and slept most of the day because of all the heart medications I was on to slow my heart rate. However, all the people working at Vibra were there to help me recover. The nurses kept a careful watch on my heart rate during that time, which dipped as low as 36 beats per minute. Then, on the sixth day, the dosages I was taking for those medications were cut in half, and I quickly began to regain my energy level and my strength. For the remainder of my stay, I felt better every day until the day I was discharged, and things have continued to improve for me ever since.

I have never written a detailed thank you letter to a business, but in that letter, I thanked everyone from the doctors and nurses to the physical and occupational therapists who worked with me to help me regain my strength so I could go home. To anyone at Vibra reading this, you have my permission to use or quote from the letter I wrote praising everyone for their efforts and excellent service. If there’s anyone I know in the future who is in need of physical rehabilitation, I’ll be sure to recommend Vibra Healthcare as a place to go for help.

I just wanted to leave a few words about my experiences at Vibra. I've been here about a month rehabing from illness, and although the time drags, (as being in a hospital usually does) the staff, from the case management, down to the kitchen staff, do all they can to not only make your rehab better, but to make your stay as comfortable as they can. The medical staff are consummate professionals, who give their complete attention to the patients. The P.T. staff worked with me daily to get me back on my feet, and for that i am immensely appreciative! My nurses and CNAs were amazing in their attentiveness, i never did want for anything! Vibra has put together a great staff here, and i recommend it to anyone looking for amazing people who love taking care of people. Thank you Vibra!!! 💝💝💝💝

My husband was at Vibra for two weeks after having a fall. He had a spinal cord injury when he was younger and has dealt with the effects of it for years. Both of us thought the staff was excellent. Even though it was a hard couple of weeks he had excellent therapists and a case worker, Julie, who helped us the whole time and even after our stay. I can’t thank her enough. Also, Anne, a physical therapist was very helpful.

I can not say enough good things about Vibra. After my amputation I was told I needed a longer nursing facility 8-12 week program and was not accepted at the rehab facility that was associated with St Luke’s in Denver and was asked to choose a secondary place to look into. I looked at Vibra and read good things so we decided to try to get accepted. The case manager at PSL was really good and worked closely with the admissions office at Vibra who was excited to open the invitation for me to go there. It was decided to try the aggressive 2-3 week therapy with the option to go to long term care if I needed it. Upon arrival on a Friday night around 545 I was greeted by one of the most amazing Nurses (Savannah) and Dr. (Miguel) who got me settled in and answered all my questions. The night Nurse (Jennifer) and CNA Ryan were really good to me to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. The next morning I was greeted by CNA Spenser and Lauren who continued great care!! I met with PT/OT Amanda and Allie who took the time to evaluate me and explain what I would encounter during my stay! As days went by I continued to grow more confidence with rehab and really treated like my own family members were taking care of me. Nurse (Rachel) and CNA (Kailee) was another dynamic duo to work with not only with care but lots of laughs and encouragement. I was reminded by my father that I was born there (40 years) ago when it was Valley View hospital and when I originally said with my amputation I was being “re-born” with a 2nd chance to get healthy it was like my mom (in heaven) helped make it happen where I chose this amazing facility. PT/OT (Jen, Ben, Amanda, Allie, Christina, Ann) helped in so many wonderful ways. Shout out to Kimi and Jessica too. I did not have them as therapists but went out of the way to talk to me, make me smile and helped with encouragement. Nurses Savanah, Rachel, Jennifer, Lauren, Stevi, Kam, Christine, Rosi and CNA’s Spenser, Ryan, Kailee, Irene and the rest of the staff that helped me I just can’t stay enough. I had Nurses and CNA’s that would stop by during shift if I did not have them that day just to say hi and see how I was doing for the day. I was there a total of 2 weeks and was sad to leave the positive and caring atmosphere there. Case Worker Lisa was truly amazing in helping with my discharge and talking with me. The food was not the best and needs to work at looking more at what the patient needs are but not bad enough to bring the rating down in my book! THANK YOU ALL THAT HELPED ME GET STRONGER, MORE CONFIDENT AND OVERALL MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND NOT JUST A NAMELESS PATIENT. I will forever be grateful to you all!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰💪💪💪💪

My mom was here and we wanted to transfer her to Johnstown Facility and everyone was very nice to us the managers were super nice they helped us with everything! Lamar helped us with everything he could! When my mom was here, she was great, much better than before she got there! We couldn’t see her but she was getting better and better every day like much better! I appreciate everyone’s help ! I appreciate the people here, the nurses, everything THANK YOU! My mom is home now!:)

I am truly blessed that I wound up being cared for at Vibra! I nearly died in 2019 and after my coma and multiple brain surgeries I required some extra rehabilitation so I was transferred from Good Samaritan to Vibra, I wasn’t always an ideal patient and somedays my attitude got the best of me but my amazing nurses, doctors and the rest of the amazing people involved in my care made sure to let me know they understood and that they were there for whatever I needed. I will never ever be able to thank them all for the amazing care, compassion, and their encouragement because without them I wouldn’t be here 980 days later saying “I made it and I haven’t broken my pinky promises I made! I’m still sober!” The care I received there truly made the difference!!! Thank you Vibra!!!!!
