What a great experience! Comfortable space with demo items of most toys for you to feel and play with. The girl working there helped us (Shannon maybe?) was so helpful and nice.

The best shopping 🛍 experience EVER! Went shopping for stripper shoes and their selection is amazing. Abby was wonderful and wa so professional and pleasant. We will TOTALLY be back!

I bought a toy from here that is impressive when turned on but when I get it home and actually use it, it fails miserably. When I went to repackage it and saw the receipt it had a paper stapled that says no swap or replacement. I was not verbally advised of this when paying.
So there is no option of swapping for a sleeveless toy that might actually work?
Phone number goes to a full mailbox and chat option fails to deliver.

Tiffany and her staff are super awesome. They will make you feel super comfortable and go out of their way for excellent customer service. If you are a first timer they will ease any nerves you may have. I highly recommend for a great staff.

The girls are very friendly and make it comfortable to buy to buy fun things. They have a wide variety of toys for men and women. There's also a pretty decent amount of appeal for men and women but also for the Itty bitties and the big n beautiful.

This company, and people care about their customers. I made a purchase I wasn't happy with. After corresponding with Tiffany via the phone, she had me come in and made things better for me. I am extremely grateful and happy with the level of customer service that was given , and the follow up.

My friend and I went in to Cristal's to buy a friend of ours a gift for his birthday about 2 weeks ago. I had not been in that store in a few years. Not only was everything easy to find, but the staff was amazing! A gentleman named Brandon helped us with everything. Even suggested a few items we also purchased. He was extremely friendly, bubbly, and helpful. Displays on point and fun atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Absolute 5 star experience! Julia and the other girl that were there were fantastic, they made it super easy! I was worried it was going to be awkward but they made us feel so comfortable and they were knowledgable and super helpful. Will absolutely be going back. Just earned some lifelong customers!

Went in the other night and had a wonderful time. I tend to be a little on the introvert side and my wife is the people person. However, Brandon, the wonderful sales associate that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, SUPER funny, and really took his time with us. He never rushed us or forced anything on us with cheesy up-sales or pressure sales tactics. I was very comfortable. No he actually took the time to get to know us and offer some suggestions that turned out to be SPOT on. Great selection in the store and competitive prices. We were very happy with our experience and will be back to see Brandon in the near future.

First experience purchasing in this store and I must say it was wonderful! I believe the clerk who helped me was Brandon (I am terrible with names) anyway, Brandon was incredible and so excited to talk about their favorite products, I was able to keep in my budget without feeling too pressured to buy more... did I still leave with more than what I originally intended to buy? Yes, but that’s just what a good salesmen does! Brandon also showed me other products I may be interested in in the future and after using the product they recommended I start with... I will DEFINITELY be returning to buy some other things that were recommended! My eyes have been opened and I’m ready to try more!

Tiffany is as awesome a manager as this chain could possibly hope for, and Alyssa was also absolutely lovely to work with in my search for new means of pleasure for my lady love. Kind, welcoming, friendly, and none of that sketchy feel you find in many such stores. Absolutely recommend, will be back.

The staff is amazing!! They make you feel as if you’ve just entered into the best place in the world by creating an energetic welcoming to your arrival! My husband and I felt comfortable right away and we had so much fun while the staff educated us with the variety of awesome products!
