There were only 2 employees when I went, it wasn't too busy but busy enough to keep 2 people on their toes. Both worked at a constant place to keep up with the demand kudos to you 2

This DQ is the best! Thank you so much to the cake decorator (I forgot her name) she was super friendly when she received my request for a custom cake. She made the cake look AMAZING! Everyone was so surprised that it looked and tasted so good.

For a bit of context, the picture that I requested be put on the cake is of my brother's car (which he adores) so I thought it would be fun to make his party race car theme and put his car on his cake.

He loved it, he was amazed at how great the cake looked. Needless to say it was his favourite cake/birthday ever.

Thank you for making this possible, and for putting in so much effort! The cake was decorated better than I had hoped.

My husband and I stopped here around 330 for a late lunch, and I expected the typical disinterested fast food cashier, but Blaze (the name on the receipt - he said he was a new employee) was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. I wish I'd had cash to give him a tip, because he certainly deserved one. Thanks, man!

Atmosphere, meh, I would like to see an employee/server be excited to bring your order instead of looking like it's a chore. The food is good enough to keep me coming back. If the employees use their thank you for being here attitude, we would go much more often.

We went in on a busy sunday evening 6/11. The gentleman who helped us, the name on the receipt is Arthur, was attentive and even though he had to break the news that their misty slush machine was broken he was very kind and even opted for a small discount as I was bummed I couldn't get my slush. Everything else was delicious. I'll be back for my slush another time 😊

Super clean, great atmosphere, employees seemed to be having a good time. Actually came in because we had a good experience when we got food delivered and wanted to go back. We were not disappointed.

Came in during a dinner rush and they were very busy. Black gentleman on the counter was very nice and got right to me. The manager on duty I presume was flying around filling in everywhere making sure no one felt to over whelmed. Great over all job as a manager I know this can be very hard to be positive with Karens that live in 2022. Food was great too!

It’s really understaff and so many customers wanting so many things from these poor teenagers. Saw a lady being so rude to a worker for taking so long and she’s witnessing that they only have two employees no one seems to tip the give them any positive feed back. I would give a 1 star to these customers and a 5 stars to the crew members

We've been a Dairy Queen loving family for over a decade now and this one doesn't fall short. I have had 98% good experiences here. Order always correct and freshly made, Icecream never lacking. One issue with an employee denying they had cakes which the manager quickly corrected once made aware and sold me the cake I wanted with an apology and explanation why I was still waiting for another item. In hindsight I slightly overreacted and could have been more patient. He was still very cordial and understanding and I've never had another issue since. We've been coming here for over 9 months, first for pregnancy cravings, then birthdays, and simple family errands guilty pleasure. I recommend this one to anyone seeling a quick tasty treat or a fast meal and and tasty treat.

This Dairy Queen location has always been a pleasure to dine in at. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff is always a pleasure to work with. They’re willing to help you with a semi-complicated order that needs some adjustments due to dietary needs. Super friendly and the food tastes amazing! We will always be happy to return to this location!

The customer service here is way better than one may expect. The management seems to really value their employees and customers. I had an amazing experience here the other night with my family. The employees went above and beyond for us!

Straight up the best dairy queen I've ever been to. Corporate needs to give this particular staff working on 5/12/22 6pm a substantial raise. Good food even better customer service

I was really impressed by the customer service my daughter and I received. The employee Richard was friendly and very courteous. The food tasted great. We were really impressed by customer service as you don't see that now a days in fast food. Thanks our visit was pleasant.
