Avalon Storage - Redding Storage Facility

I have rented from Avalon on and off for years and always come back when I need a place to store things, I highly recommend your storage facility to my friends and family and anyone in need of storage. The place is clean, safe and trustworthy and love all the security cameras and the gates.. My experience with Avalon and their employees , office staff has always been a pleasant experience l. Recently jus this last weekend , I called Avalon storage where I have a small unit still, I spoke with Teresa in the office and she went out of her way right before closing on the weekend to help me, she went above and beyond and rented me a RV storage space for my trailer as I was in a bind at the time and needed to move my RV ASAP. . Teresa has helped me on several occasions, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always professional. Thanks Avalon and thank you Teresa ....you rock! 😊

I live in Kansas and was needing help with storing a valuable item. Avalon came to the rescue. Very courteous and assisting for my dilemma. I would recommend them to anyone. A+ to Tina and Teresa for an awesome job. They were the TNT for us!!

Very friendly staff! I walked in and asked about availability and was moving into my unit with 20 minutes. Grounds and clean and secure cameras everywhere! Great place and great people.

Great experience storing my extra stuff here. Very clean facility! High level of security. Friendly staff. They let me borrow their moving truck to get my stuff into the storage unit. I was able to securely store my boat there for the Winter (and will do again next Winter). By far the nicest storage facility in Redding, California.

Only been here for a couple of months, but long enough to know a great place when I see and experience one. First off, everybody was super friendly, helpful, and just downright amazing to work with. They listened and answered my question, regardless how trivial they might have seemed. This place is Top Shelf! So clean, easy to get to, enter, and leave. Rest assured, Avalon has an amazing security system. Plus, the maintenence is awesome. Had difficulty get my lock on and they immediately addressed it and fixed it. Did I mention that it's clean? I looked around at others and nobody compares. So glad I came here!

This storage facility is awesome! Clean and well maintained with a good selection of units. Was able to rent same day an they even have a moving truck available! Tina, in the office, made the rental process smooth an painless. Would highly recommend Avalon Storage.

Absolutely love this place! Not only is the facility top notch, but the customer service is the best! They’re so kind and friendly and get you all that you need and answer all of your questions :) plus, I have year round access to my unit, which is great! AND they have a beautiful security system and camera wall right in the front office which makes me feel so secure! Thank you, Avalon!

This is my first experience renting a storage unit and the folks at Avalon have really been extremely patient and helpful. The entire facility is incredibly clean (looks brand new) and equally incredibly secure! I look forward to having my belongings in storage until I'm able to find a home in Redding.

One of my good friends recently got a storage unit here. They're the cleanest, organized, and safest storage units I've seen. Lo and behold, I needed one myself since I am moving back to Redding from out of state. Tina was the sweetest, understanding, and accommodating regarding my location and needing a space for my upcoming move. I already get great vibes from them and trust my stuff will be safe in the next couple weeks!

Ahhmazing staff, Kat is fantastic. Office was clean and professional. Incredible security measures. And can rent month to month easily. Whole process took minimal time and I was filling my space in the same day. Plus they hv great hours and perfect location on the outskirts of city away frm worst of society.

I Have rented from Avalon storage since 2009 and I feel my things are secure there due to their top notch security system and the facilities have always been very clean. The staff has always been very kind to me I would recommend Avalon storage to anybody needing to store their personal possessions.

Always friendly and Helpful. Its a well maintained and clean property too.
These folks went out of their way to inform us of a storm. They seen that our trailer skylight had broken off called us and since we live so far away from there offered to see if they could get someone to cover the opening with something to prevent water and weather damaging the inside of our jayco jayfeather travel trailer.
When We had a chance to get up there the inside was fine and everything was just as we left it as always.
Every person we have interacted with, be it in person or over the phone always are easy to deal with and talk to. They are knowledgable and take care of any issues you bring up to them right away. Worked with us whenever we had any difficulties from being a distance away usually.
Those kinda people are a breath of fresh air to us.

Thank you guys so much for taking care of us and our property. One less thing to worry about.

Katrina at the front desk was personable and very nice. I enjoyed talking to her and she was very accommodating. The security was great and I felt comfortable leaving my car there for weeks. When I got back, all was well. Thanks you guys for taking a lot of the stress off me this last trip! I highly recommend them for all storage needs.

Very friendly and they found us a spot we liked very quickly. Price was good and it's an easy in and out for our 30ft. travel trailer.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The unit was clean and the entire facility appeared to be well maintained. I like the ease of the entering through the security gate via my personal passcode. I was able to set up auto-pay and get into my unit in less than 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door.
