I recently became a member with sooper credit union and it has been an amazing experience. I could have done it so easy or fast if I didn’t have the help from one of there employees, Amanda Calderone. She made it very easy, was available to help with any questions or concerns, friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend sooper credit union to everyone! After 10+ years of being a Soopers Member, I recently experienced my first auto/personal loan with them. Amanda Calderone made the process easy and stress free. Leandra has been a tremendous help. She is very knowledgeable and has made all of my transactions painless. She has informed me of benefits and options that have significantly reduced multiple loan interest and earned me money on some of my accounts. She reaches out to me occasionally to ensure my banking experience is going well, and always replies quickly. I receive benefits and service that I’ve never experienced with any other bank.

We had several reasons we needed help from Sooper Credit Union and from our very first phone call to Leandra she was looking for the best solutions for our situation! She had many options for us to choose from to meet our needs. Leandra helped us with a Equity Line of credit and then also was able to provide us with a car refinance loan which saved us a lot of money in our monthly car payment and the overall price of the loan. She took time to explain all of the process we would take in order for things to go quickly and smoothly. Sooper CU had some very beneficial loan programs to choose from! They offered great incentives and the customer service we received was excellent! The entire process for our Equity Line and car loan refinancing was less than seven days. We would recommend taking time to contact her to see if she could save you money also.

Leandra is AMAZING! I inquired about refinancing my car and she not only refinanced mine, but my husbands as well! We both got our payments lowered, APR’s lowered, AND she did everything in a timely manner! Awesome customer service! Since Sooper is a credit union, they’re always running specials with really great incentives! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience using Leandra! She saved me a couple hundred dollars a month and a few thousand in interest over the life of the loans by refinancing my vehicles. I have been to many different banks and credit unions but this was the only place I have ever gotten a loan from and Iwas very nervous because I had no idea how to maintain my payments. Noreen was my banker there that helped me for months until It’s no longer necessary. I had been going through a lot of personal issues and was late on a few payments, but they were kind and helpful every time. They absolutely could have been rude and impatient with me - they had every right. But the kindness Noreen showed me while representing this bank made a massive difference in my life. This impacted me far beyond what I would ever expect from a bank. I Want to share this with you the reader because hopefully you could have a similar experience with a massive loan that makes you nervous. Or maybe you fall behind and have chaos and drama in your life - but you get to experience that little bit of sunshine I am trying to describe. I am forever grateful for my experience with this bank. As my loan is coming to a close I couldn’t help but tear up with gratitude as I expressed these things with her. With my freaking banker. I mean… wow. That’s all I can say. Thank you.

We had such a great experience with Danielle McKinney! She was able to get all 3 of our auto loans refinanced, it dropped our interest rates, our payments and now we don’t have payments for 90 days which will help so much! She also got a personal checking and savings account set up for us! Since we had such a smooth and great experience with the refi we decided to start moving all of our finances over to Soopers.

Leandra Smith and Selena Aarness are the 2 who I worked with out of the Aurora location and they helped me with a refinance and debt consolidation loan that has lifted a huge weight of my shoulders.
