Joey and Craig are amazing! They helped me find the fastners that I needed to put the desk back together and even went so far as to assemble it to make sure they had the right ones! Highly recommend going to this Ace.

I could not remove a cap on a screw so I went to Ace to get a replacement for this part. I spoke with Mike, he tried several different caps but none fit. He then spent about 10 minutes working on removing the cap from the screw. I was thrilled that he would take the time to help me out and did so at no charge for his service. That's why I love Ace Hardware, you can always get personal help from their knowledgeable employees.

I have used this Ace Hardware several times for both personal and business needs. Everyone who has helped me in this store has always been so incredibly kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this Ace Hardware location!

This is the nicest Ace Hardware I've been in. The staff was extremely helpful and I was excited that they are offering the Colorado 30% discount on electric outdoor power equipment.

All staff did a great job on helping me with my shopping and making it easy. Better customer service then home depot and lowes.

Came in to find some winter weatherproof gloves. Though I ended up finding them myself, the associate helping me was very nice and took her time to check the inventory and even offered to order some gloves if I didn't find what I needed in store. Helpful and friendly service is always appreciated.

As you can read below I did not have a good experience with this store that's why I gave it 1 start to begin with. I felt it necessary to give it five stars because the manager Justin felt so bad about my journey that he made everything right. He personally took care of my key He also gave me a wonderful gift certificate. This says a lot for that location not only the manager but the establishment. I would encourage anyone in the area to choose this Ace hardware over the others.. thank you Justin and Mile High Ace Hardware. By the way did I mention they have the most delicious popcorn.

I needed an extra ignition key for my 2015 Chevrolet City Express. It was $200 and I had to prepay. I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks. At the end of two weeks I called the key department they told me the order just went out that day, he said to give it another one or two weeks. After five weeks I called because I didn't hear anything and the person at the key counter put me on hold for about 20 minutes. He came back and told me he called the company and told me he would call me the following week and keep me. He refunded me 20%. I did not hear from him for two weeks. I called again and asked for the name of the district manager and the phone number and was told that the manager happened to be in that day his name was Justin. He took my number and said he would call me right back. Apparently the key was hanging back there for a week and nobody bothered to call me. The moral of the story is it took almost 2 months. When the young man that I had an appointment with to program the key showed me the key it had all the bells and whistles on it and I told them when I went in and paid for the key that Mikey was playing it didn't do anyting. I'm sure I got charged a lot more and what he told me was well that's all they have yet nobody mentioned that when I ordered the key. What a horrible experience. I could not make this stuff up so be your own judge if you go there.

I first called and spoke with Virginia who got me the answers that I needed. Then Liam helped with the sharpening as well as directing me to the other items that I needed.

Always a positive experience when shopping at Mile High Ace Hardware and Garden. Expect a warm welcome as you walk in and help in every department. They have a bit of everything, and are consistently changing out stock to meet the incoming seasons. Crazy to think... but I believe they are best known for their barbecue selection, they have EVERYTHING you can think of-whether your a Traeger, Weber or Big Green Egg fan. Their spice rack is endless, aa their support for Colorado based businesses. Last but not least, they offer a discount to veterans, and I really appreciate that!

I needed keys for my car the dealership wanted $850! For a key! I walked out and went to ACE not only did I get a new key they fixed the old one that no longer worked they did the programming and everything it was so quick it took 9 mins and was under $100 probably the best experience I've had in a store for a long time

Just wanted to commend Kevin for the excellent service I received, I told him I felt like it was Christmas morning with all the help he provided. Ace is the place to get knowledgable advice, and when you get the added courtesy it sure makes the shopping experience memorable. I would also like to thank Janie for her friendly help at the register. I am visiting from Texas and must admit our Ace stores back home could learn a lesson in customer service from the workers at Ace Hardware Mile High.

Great store, lots of good sales ( check the back of your King Soopers receipt) Overall it's the staff that goes above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for, that keeps me coming back to this location! When asked they've repeatedly made suggestions that have saved me and money. (Thank you again Robert)

I took a screen in to be rescreened and after about 3 weeks I called back to see if it was done. I got Joey on the phone he said he could check it out, turns out he's a manager and my screen hadn't ever gone out for repair he got it fixed the same day and didn't charge me anything. Now that's customer service!!!! Thank you so much ❤ Joey. You're quite a treasure. Appreciate it very much.

Paint machine was giving them troubles with a certain color I wanted. Kept working on it until it was right and the store manager went above and beyond to compensate me for the troubles.

Went to get a new key fob & very happy with my experience. They guy doing my key was very knowledgeable & helpful. Saved me over 200$ verses going to the car dealer. My go to Ace.

Chris Heinz is one of the most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered in any industry. I came in asking a bunch of inconvenient questions about filling my propane tanks and he ended up educating me on the entire process. He also helped me purchase a couple of other products to ease my grilling and garden pains as well. Extremely impressive person and I’ll continue coming back because of him from now on.

Chris was so helpful and kind. I bought a new car for my little brother and we could not find license plate screws to fit and had came in a second time with no luck. He stopped us and asked us if we needed help and he went back and forth in the store to our car until we found the right fit. He took his time and was so patient. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Best spot for propane refills. Also manager refunded me for a key that never got made. Then took care of it personally. Love this place!

So happy to see this Ace now carries the big (17lb) bags of FOGO Premium Lump Charcoal. Same price as Amazon! I do a lot of BBQ in my Big Green Egg and appreciate that they carry a variety of Charcoals to fit your needs depending on if I am grilling or smoking. Love this Ace.
