These guys are so kind and helpful. Today I had a large items ofvAmazon things to return. They were so patient helping me sort it out. I especially want to thank V for his patience and help. I highly recommend this business and had a great experience with their customer service today.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I definitely would. I love coming to this UPS store. Their staff are extremely friendly, positive and are willing to go above and beyond to help fulfill my needs. Whoever is considering going here I would highly recommend this location.

This place is so great. The store manager was incredibly helpful in taking care of a package that had already been sent, and saved my family a lot of heartache! Good people work here, definitely recommend this branch

Such great help! When my Amazon return process was complicated (on Amazon’s part), the guy working here not only caught Amazon’s mistake, but was patient and kind throughout the process. It probably ended up saving us hundreds of dollars.

I've been going to the location at 10343 Federal Blvd, Unit J, Westminster, CO 80260-7469 for years and the associates that I've interfaced with have all been very kind and helpful. They knew exactly what to do, offered advice when needed and did it all in a timely manner. Recently, the associate, with employee number 220283, helped me suggest an ideal packaging solution for an item I wanted to ship. They knew exactly what to do and I was in and out within five minutes. The only problem I have is finding more things to ship so I can experience more outstanding customer service! Haha, I'll be returning at some point, guaranteed. I want to thank everyone that helps makes store #4336 run smoothly and efficiently. I'm truly grateful to have access to help when I need it there.

I had a problem with a package not being delivered. Tracking Information indicated it was sitting in a UPS facility in the state where the delivery was to be made. I contacted the manager here who made calls and gathered information. And it was delivered after his intervention very rapidly. I was happy with the outcome and his personal interest in solving the problem.

I have been using the mailbox service and shipping service at this particular store for several months, and I have been given great service by the owner and fellow staff. I am always greeted with a very warm welcome, and the staff will always assist me with my packages when transporting them to my car, due to my disabilities.

I go to this UPS location often and have always had a great experience. However, this review is about the situation I experienced today. When I walked in, the gentleman and woman behind the counter were trying to convince an elderly lady to not send a package because they could tell she was trying to send a lump sum of cash disguised as something else. The elderly woman was clearly being scammed and you could tell that she was very distraught trying to decide what to do. The scammer was even calling her on the phone multiple times while we were in the store. Thanks to the store employees, we were finally able to convince the elderly woman to not send the money and to share what had happened with someone she trusted. Had these store employees/owners not intervened, she would have lost most of her life savings. Not only did the employees/owners at the store save her from losing her savings, they told her she could come back any time she felt she was being scammed and that they would help her. Watching this elderly woman almost lose so much money was heartbreaking but the worse part was how scared she seemed about the situation she was in. I work in the cybersecurity/identity security industry and these scams are SO common and they target the elderly all the time. The UPS owners said that they see this happen WEEKLY!!! Had the elderly lady gone to a different UPS location, she probably would have lost her money. Today's interaction reminded me of how we all need to help and watch out for one another. The owners are the TRUE HEROES here, as they deal with this CONSTANTLY. Instead of looking the other way, they are adamant about helping their customers and making sure their community is protected and safe. These are the people I want to give my business to! If that were my grandmother or mother today, I would want someone to look out for her just like they did. So THANK YOU!

Gentle reminder to anyone reading this that NO ONE will EVER ask you to send a high amount of cash and tell you that you cannot tell anyone or there will be consequences. The tactic they use to scare you works...the scammers find your information online and use it to make you think the threat is realistic. The scams are also getting more sophisticated. Scammers can now spoof phone numbers so it will look like they are calling from a legitimate authority when you look it up online. They will also threaten that they have information about you, that you may be in trouble with the law, or that your loved one is in trouble and needs money. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! If you are not sure if it's a scam or not, and you are scared to talk to anyone about it, use google search to google the situation and add "scam" at the end of your search to see if anything comes up. You will quickly see the same scenario that this elderly lady was in and how numerous, legitimate websites are warning about scams like this. If you are afraid to talk to a trusted person, call the police and ask them anonymously about the situation. They will quickly tell you it is a scam. Nowadays, even if you simply pick up the phone or respond to a text, the scammer will know that your phone number is active and share it across their networks. DO NOT pick up calls from unknown numbers! DO NOT reply to text messages that are sent from people you don't know! Please don't loose your hard earned savings. If you don't believe me, google it. These scammers are relentless and will say anything to scare you. It's so sad and unfortunate. My heart hurts when these situations happen but today's situation, and the store owners, reminded me that there are good people in the world. I will give this UPS location my business over and over again.

Moved to the area two years ago. USPS kept losing letters and packages. Now, I use this UPS store for all my logistics needs. No issues since the switch. I've received great customer service at this location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Made my most recent Mother's day shipping needs a breeze. Plus, I'm in their system with my phone number, so easy to reship. Especially handy during the holidays.

Vee was extremely polite and very efficient. Did a great job printing and laminating my papers!

We recently moved from Dallas, TX and are adjusting to the area. Kacey was extremely helpful, and made my first shipping experience in my new community a very pleasant one. From helping me carry-in several Amazon packages to finding the proper packaging for other items and printing labels, she did it all. And with a smile and the friendliest attitude. We even shared a laugh about my accent. I’m grateful for her willingness to help. I will use this location for all of my shipping needs, and hopefully Kacey is there to help every time.

I have been a customer there since 2018. I am very pleased with the new owners that have taken over the ups store. The owner and young lady is very respectful, very attentive and communication is great. Every time I enter the store to check my mailbox I get greeted with respect and a smile. I have had no problems at all since the new owners have taken over I'm very pleased and will be continuing to keep receiving mail at this UPS store in Westminster. If anyone is looking for a UPS mailbox I recommend the UPS store in Westminster, this UPS store to be exzact.

Every time I go in and I go in a lot due to Amazon returns they greet me with enthusiasm. I’m in and out quickly. The service is great and they take care of you! Love this place.
