Air Care Colorado Emissions

This is a thankless job and they deal with an angry public all the time. They are wonderful people here though and they do everything they can do to get your process taken care of as quickly as possible. Cut them some slack and be patient. They did a wonderful job for me while I was there.

I watched the website for wait times before even leaving. The 22 min estimate for wait was way over. I was in and out within 15 minutes total. Everyone was friendly and quick at their job. I understand my experience might be way different from others, but if you use the resources and don't wait for the last minute, it can be an easy process.

Had a lot of cars in line and thought I was going to be there for a long time. They really ran through the line fast. Great work! I was very impressed.

Like so many others I waited until a day before the deadline to get my emission test completed. I got in line with about 30+ cars ahead of me. I figured it would take an hour or more. I was in and out in under 40 minutes! The staff was friendly, worked efficiently as a team and treated the customer well. Because of that they had many happy customers, including me. Good job folks!

Fast, friendly, professional, efficient. I don't recall why my roommate suggested this place over a bit closer location (a difference of 5 minutes is all), but it was over seven years ago. I have gone to this emissions place with at least eight different vehicles, two of which I own(ed). Roommates, landlord, friends, folks just don't like to go get their vehicle emissions checked so since I'm willing, folks will pay me a few bucks to go for them. Never had a bad experience. I am surprised I've not left a review before now. There it is. Oh, they do have a notice on really busy times how long the wait will be before you go thru the gate, and the time before last, I saw that sign and it said 50 minute wait and so I turned around and left before going thru the gate because it's was nearly 100°F out and 330 pm. I was already late on getting this done, so I was so grateful for that sign

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I showed up at 5pm and was done be 5:08. Very nice group of people.

Al was AMAZING. He was nice and kind. He actually had a personality. Explained what was going on.We were in and out speedy quick.

Fairly fast for the ridiculous line. These need to be safety inspections too. Lots of sketch cars with bald tires and poor condition coming through this place.

Arrived about 11:45am. Departed at 12:00. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not a bad experience at all.

2 cars passed with zero issues. However, my truck (a 2006 full sized v8) failed, and so did 5 other trucks while I was there. The state has pickup trucks at a higher standard than cars now. Our tags cost more and and our emissions limits are less than comparable cars. There was a car in the next aisle getting tested at the same time my truck was the car was smoking and it passed.

Pretty quick process, overall good experience. Not super clean waiting room but I guess that’s to be expected.

The staff were direct and efficient, but the queuing system from the road to the bays makes no sense. Drivers waiting for the main two lines were getting mad because newly arriving driver were being directed to the no-queue lines. I know the staff pre-sort by vehicle type but that wasn't being followed. My wife and I arrived in our two vehicles at the same time. I got through in 1h 15mins. My wife's vehicle took 2h 10mins because the unfairness.

Wait time was good....customer service could use some work...Richard. We all have our bad days....To communicate with the customer: having good eye contact goes a long way so we are both not just sitting and waiting on each other. Didn't appreciate the attitude either.
