Registers went down before I could place order. Young man was so polite why we waited for it to reboot. Christina the manager was making sure everything was okay with registers and me. Even though it took awhile, I received exceptional customer service. Thank you for being so caring.

10/10 the crew is fantastic and always happy, they go above and beyond an customer service! I have never had a bad experience here!

Excellent food and service, chain supports first responders

Walked in at about 2 pm today and there were three associates behind the counter. As I approached the register to order, two associates walked away to empty a garbage can out and left me waiting.

The one associate behind the counter said someone would be with me. After watching the two associates converse over emptying the garbage one of them looked over at me waiting along with another customer in line and had no sense of urgency to help.

Usually stop by once a week and enjoy your sandwiches but was on my lunch break with limited time and couldn't wait for your team to take out garbage rather than wait on customers.

Will try back another time, getting lunch somewhere else today.

Came back in for a late lunch today (8/24) and was greeted promptly as well as every other customer and thanked for coming in.

Sandwich was made to perfection and seating area was very clean. Great visit...will be back again as everyone can have an off day (previous visit). Thanks!!

Service here didn't just stand out, but went above and beyond! They're not just friendly but employees interact with customers on a personal level. They sincerely care about your experience. Best subs I've had in a while

We LOVE Firehouse Subs! Our kids suggested Subway, then we remembered we hadn't yet tried Firehouse. We LOVE the hot sandwich choices. The meatball sub had delicious meatballs and sauce, tons of cheese. I had the brisket and cheddar - tasty, smoky flavor! My youngest had a grilled cheese kids meal - generous size, grilled nicely, cheesy. We loved it so much after eating there yesterday, we ordered to go today for lunch again! Today I had the cheese steak, and it was better than one I had at a cheese steak place! In all, we've tried the meatball, brisket, Hero, Italian, Turkey Bacon Ranch, cheese steak and Siracha Beef, and there are more choices we want to try. We had no problems with service. Sure, we had to wait a few minutes...because they were making 5 hot sandwiches for us, but it wasn't unreasonably slow or anything. We are sold - we'll definitely be going back.

I went to Firehouse subs last Weds. for lunch, ( in Thornton). I must say, very friendly staff. They greeted me made conversation, and worked fast. You could tell there was a good vibe there, restaurant was clean, details were attended to, food was fresh and yummy. I will go back, relaxed and pleasant.

I just love firehouse subs. Always get the BBQ brisket, that is just an amazing sandwich. It is the most expensive sandwich, well worth the price. The other sandwiches are really good too! Subs range from $7-10, but again i think they are worth the price.

The GM was very friendly and our food was delicious! One of my favorite sandwiches by far! The restaurant is spotless and takes every precaution to provide social distancing.

First time at this Firehouse and the employees were all very friendly & more outgoing than our regular Firehose. Sandwiches were perfect as always!

These subs are amazing. We also had a big company order that was fulfilled quickly and pretty accurate! I would recommend this place if you haven't been yet! Take the jump, you won't be disappointed!

My go-to place for a large steamer with hot peppers 🌶 been coming in to this location for about a year now for lunch never had a single complaint love the hot sauce selection and the pickles are to die for

The restaurant area is clean fully stocked with supplies they have a Coca Cola freestyle machine that comes with a wide selection choices

The restaurant layout is cute and cozy the bathrooms are clean stocked with supplies

The staff has Excellent customer service and comes around and checks on you always makes you feel Like home always fun conversations love ❤ how they always remember my Order Down to the extra pickles

This place is fast accurate and fresh even when they are busy. I went in there on lunch rush with my boss to get lunch for the shop. Even though the place was packed and we order a decent amount of food they remained friendly the food was fresh and the order was correct.

Food was great and the staff friendly! No wait walked in grabbed my meal and was right out. Store is clean!
