Denver Public Library: Ross-University Hills Branch Library

This is one of the best libraries I have been to. They have a good selection of books and wonderful displays. Their staff is friendly and approachable. Signing up for a library card was easy and they have a variety of card designs you can pick from. You can check out so many items and their self checkout stations are really cool. You put up to 4 items on the tray and it not only can tell how many there are but it knows which ones as well, no scanning needed! Can't wait to finish my selection and go back for more.

This library is such a hidden gem!!
There's a really great kid's area with a play kitchen, lots of toys, a puppet theatre, a Lego station, and more!!

This library is one of the best in Denver, CO. They have the best computer terminals for public usage, and the WiFi service is good too. Used this library many times over a 12 year period before moving to Minnesota in 2019.

This is a great library. Very helpful staff with good attitudes.
They also have excellent programs for kids and adults!

We have been going to this branch for over 15 years, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have watched my kids grow up but continue to have love of books. The place is always clean and well maintained. If there's something that they don't have, they are experts at researching to see if they can acquire it.

My daughter goes here for several activities, and her book addiction. The librarians are always super sweet they have a great kids section and they have a play area. They have a great selection of audio books for happiness library is so close to our home.

I've visited this library a few times now with my little kids and they've loved it! All the staff I've encountered has been extremely helpful and friendly. I am so glad to have this resource in the neighborhood.

The library is bigger than most of the other ones. It has 2 stories of books to look through.

It's definitely smaller than other libraries in the area but they still have a few study areas. Nice bathrooms. Nice/Helpful Staff. Not as great of a selection but you can order books from the other libraries and pick up here. There are nice community classes and programs for everyone. Overall, it's a great community library.

I had an excellent experience at this branch. The staff were incredibly helpful at checkout with setting up my new library card and the selection rivals (at least in science fiction/fantasy) bigger branch libraries I’ve been to in other places I’ve lived. The hours are tight if you work a full time job other than that 10/10 would library again.

I love the self check out. I place holds online and pick them up on the reserved shelves. While I do that, my kids pick out a few books and we use the self checkout. It's always clean, friendly staff.

Great place for community centered activities.

This Library, although smaller than the main library has a lot. And if there is something you want they don't have, you can put it on hold and it will come to you. How long you wait depends on where it's coming from and if someone else has it at the time, waiting for them to return it then it gets sent to this library and you get emailed that it has arrived. The staff is awesome and very friendly. You can never tell if they are having a bad day or not, always in a good mood. I have only been there for a short period of time and have already checked out probably 100 audio books and they get them to me no problem. This is an awesome place. If your hesitant on coming to this library, you can put yourself at ease, this is a nice place to come. Very safe and clean.

One of my favorite libraries. Vast selection of books and movies. Excellent children section as well. The most friendliest/helpful staff I've encountered at at library. If you're in a financial position to help fund some of the children programs. Please do!! 😁

Parking is a bit tight (especially if special snowflakes in their Lexus vehicles take up multiple spaces), but otherwise this library is great! wifi is fast and connects easily, a few spaces here and there to sit and work or stations of computers, lots of kids programming.

Such a wonderful place to take my son, he's 5 and always has such a great time. Everyone that works there is so helpful and polite.

Excellent neighborhood library! Good selection of books. Great staff!! Offers many community activities for Adults and Children. Has individual study rooms and 2 large community rooms available.

It's a good place to study

I like coming here to do homework. There is a good amount of light that comes in, dependable internet, and a friendly staff. But I do think they need a big group study room. Bathrooms are located upstairs and very clean.
