I love being waited on by David, he's always so Friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable where things are specifically in the store and always makes me smile and laugh. Tim the manager?? Is always so nice and friendly. The 2 of them interacting with each other is always fun and funny.

I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Came to fill my prescription and the pharmacist told me I can get the exact same drug over the counter for 1/3 the price, just a different brand name. While I was standing in line he helped another customer save some money by using his insurance at another pharmacy that would be on network. Great experience.

My propane tank didn’t work when I hooked it up to our firepit, but when I brought it back, a staff member and a manager were so helpful and kind about getting me a replacement. The new one works!

Pharmacy services and the consistency of pharmacy staffing has greatly improved over the past 4 months. RX order consistency and wait times were dismal post-COVID; as the rest of the reviews read. It's nice to see the Pharmacy operations here finally improving along with proper staffing. The rest of the employees at this Walgreens (outside the Pharmacy) have always been friendly and helpful.

I read all of the reviews about this place and I almost didn’t go. I needed a Covid booster before a trip and this place was close so I took the risk. I had perfect service. Friendly smiling staff. Clean facility. They took me in for my appointment on schedule and I left in time. Perhaps this place has turned the corner?

I had an order of pictures transfered to this location, they got it done within a few hours, however I had to call and check if it was done, I did not receive an email that it was finished. All the pictures were there but three of the five large/poster size pictures had scratches and folds in them. They said they will reprint and I can get them the following morning, as their photo person was gone for the day. I received an email in the morning that the order was ready but when I got there they couldn't find it. They ended up reprinting AGAIN while I waited. They did take 50% off, so that was very nice.

Severely Understaffed Pharmacy— I know there are staffing shortages everywhere, but if you don’t have anyone to answer the phone, perhaps don’t put customers on hold for 25+ minutes (I would have waited longer but the system hung up on me). Now that I gave up and came down here in person, I can see that the poor pharmacist is all alone behind the counter, and after standing in line for almost half an hour, my prescription isn’t ready despite the robot system claiming it was.
Walgreens, I think you can do more to support your employees — there should be a “no one is available to take your call” option, and perhaps you should update the promises that your robot calling system makes to give pharmacists the time they need to fill prescriptions.

To clarify store hours, this Walgreens pharmacy is open until midnight but this Walgreens pharmacy closes at 8.

Website states they close at midnight. I called from 10 - 1030 and no one answered. I drove all the way here - arrived at 1106 and they said they were closed and they close at 11 now

Doesn’t matter what Walgreens you go to, you will still feel awkward and anxious around the employees rude service 🙃

It's shocking to me that Walgreens is still in business. Other than people needing an emergency tube of deodorant or toilet paper, I have no idea why anyone actually shops here. Customer service is non-existent and you will be redirected on the phone when calling this store umpteen different ways. There is very little customer service and their "same day pickup" for photos is 100% false advertising. Try t+2 days instead.

On hold for 20+ minutes trying to track down a photo order and it seems no one actually works the photo counter. Also learned the photo center at this store doesn't work. They just told me "the computer is broken".

Listen to all these reviews! I didn’t and paid the price. This location is terrible. They only has 1 pharmacist working the whole pharmacy. He was rude and snappy. He was literally filling prescriptions while the line of people just waited. They had my prescription for 6 hours, when he told me it wasn’t ready. He then told me it would be another 1-2 hours. I had my prescription called into a CVS (where it was filled within an hour) and had excellent customer service. I told the techs at CVS about my
experience and they told me they used to work at Walgreens and quit. Take my advice- go elsewhere for your prescriptions.

if i could give a zero i would. i ordered photos for a camp and it took them TWO ADDITIONAL hours ON TOP OF the already hour of waiting to pick them up. no one works the photo counter and will act like they don’t know what you are talking about. AND THEN they forgot photos. the customer service is the worst thing you will ever experience. do not come here.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location is a great industry example of what staff burnout and compassion fatigue looks like. Go here if you like being talked down to by rude counter folks.

One would think that if a doctor calls in a script that they don't have in stock, they could be proactive and perhaps call the doc inform them what is out. Nope. Don't expect them to do anything above or beyond the minimum.

This is the closest pharmacy to my house by far. Now I will drive a very long distance in order to utilize a family run pharmacy where customer service and professionalism is a priority.

I went inside of this location with my backpack-purse, my work uniform and my dog food close to the close as I had just let out from my job. I was waiting for my Uber driver and considering making a purchase. My husband convinced me not to purchase the wine I was going to and my Uber driver had a arrived. As I walked out. David started accusing me of stealing. I told him that I had Karen with these items and that I had not done anything wrong. He let me know that he was calling the police. I told him to go ahead that I had not stolen anything other employees gathered and I asked them if they saw me walking with the dog food. They looked confused however, tried to jog their memory. This new black kid kind of remarked I think. So just then I told Dave that I was leaving. I didn't want to miss my ride and he walked outside and yelled to my Uber driver that I was at thief. I frequent this Walgreens. It is the convenient store that I am closest to. Since most of the time I'm at work. I will not stop going to the store but I refuse to have to deal with things like this. People like this are the reason why people like trayvon Martin are not with us today. It's sad to show how much we have not grown when we're still accusing people wrongfully because of their skin

Tasha i think her name is, heavy set girl im not sure if She is an assistant manager or what but she is super rude. No customer service skills what so ever. The store is a sauna! You cant shop in peace.. go somewhere else if you can. This store and the workers are TRASH.
