Bubby Goober's Baked Goods

We ordered 6 pies for my wife's birthday and they were AMAZING. Crust was light and fluffy, and the fillings and glazes were so delicious. Not too sweet and a great balance of flavors. Corrie & Jen were super flexible with timing and pickup as well. We will most certainly be back!

Jen was selling her pies outside the Botanic Gardens today. The are extraordinary. Shatteringly flaky, absolutely glorious crust. Innovative flavors—we loved the strawberry and the salted caramel apple the best. For someone who doesn’t even like pie that much, I thought these were first class. Can’t wait to try her other flavors.

If you are looking for a sweet treat to brighten up any day this is your place! Their hand pies can be shared between two people, but I recommend eating them all by yourself. Their flavor combos are creative and beyond delicious. I orders 30 to drop off with family and friends as we all celebrated Thanksgiving in our own households this year, and have received calls from everyone demanding an encore for every event from here on out. My personal favorite is the Verbena Berry, but every flavor is amazing. This has become my go to good day celebration treat, and my bad day pick me up treat.
And just incase that wasn’t enough reason to try these pies, let me tell you a bit about the owners! Bubby and Goober run this small business out of their apartment, it is a labor of love without question. You can taste the love in each and every pie. These women have so much joy and kindness in their hearts the world needs more people like then. So especially in a year where billionaires are getting richer make the choice to indulge your senses while you support this women owned, small, local business, they deserve it! Your taste buds will never be the same!

So happy to have found this place thru a 9 news story. Was looking to be a better Queer example and do a better job of actively supporting more local Queer small businesses in the area this month and thru out the year. Really impressed with the pies and the customer service. So far out of 3 pies tried, Peach definitely sticks out as favorite so yummy with delightfully deliciousness :) thought I might need to heat it a few seconds from walking it home but managed to inhale it immediately upon arrival. The salted caramel apple is divine in its own right with a perfect blend of sweet from the caramel and buttery crust with that balance of salt mmm sooo good.. hoping to convince apt manager to make bulk order soon and do a resident event. Either way repeat customer asap ha who doesn’t love a good pie? Check them out you won’t regret it :)

The pastry on these little bad boys are AMAZING. Awesome flavors made by even better people! I was able to meet Corrie/Bubby, who was absolutely loving and fantastic and so welcoming! My friend said the vegan flavors were insanely good, especially the rosemary apple! Will be back!

Oh my god, this was heaven on a cold day. Got three pies to share between three people and it was a perfect way to try multiple flavors and they are AMAZING. The Apple Carmel might be the best pie I have ever had in my life.

And then add on some of the best customer service we have ever had...dang. Get your pie.

Wow, huge thanks to Jen. They delivered 30 hand pies as a surprise for my brother's birthday at his office. The pies were still warm when they arrived and were "amazing" according to first-hand reports. Totally fun folks to work with, highly recommend!

OMG, the hand pies are delicious! What a flaky, buttery, deeply flavored treat. We shared a Chocolate and the Black and Bluebarb from the show at Tagawa Gardens. Interestingly, the other half was just as good on day two, which isn't always true for pie. And Bubby and Goober are so sweet and energetic. Best to you!
