Tech did a thorough and competent job on my furnance checkup.
I am very pleased with his service.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit so we contacted them to help. They were responsive by coming out the same day we called them. They talked to us about several solutions and explained thoroughly how they could fix it in layman’s terms! Jami, the Service Consultant, provided us with many options and price points and helped us choose the best model for us! The service staff came several days later and were prompt and efficient with the installation! Our new Carrier air conditioner and heater work like a charm!!! Thanks Hooper Corporation!!

Travis from Hooper was great. He arrived promptly and was very polite despite inclement weather. He did a thorough inspection and provided reassurance about my furnace function. The service provided was excellent and I will continue to use Hooper Service for furnace/ AC maintenance

Chris the plumber was exceptional! Fun and easy to talk to/with. Got the job done in 90 minutes. He had interesting installation/maintenance tips. What a nice guy!

Disconnection plumber was also prompt and took great care with our new floors as he carried out the old cast iron sink by himself! Great job!

We called and were able to make an appointment the following week for annual furnace inspection. We were given a 2-hour window with the promise of call from technician to give us an ETA; technician called ahead, arrived, and irk was completed within 2-hour window. Technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We will continue as customers and can highly recommend.

We contacted Hooper when our conditioner started making a humming sound we hadn’t heard before. Jeremy came over and was quickly able to find the source of our problem (a gap in the tape they used when it was installed last summer). He retaped the area and the humming stopped. He also replaced the filter and showed me how to reset my ecobee thermostat so I could see the display. His visit only took about 20 minutes. Hooper’s service is second to none. Thank you Jeremy.

I was planning a furnace replacement for fall after being away from Madison for the winter. When I came home and turned up the thermostat, the furnace failed. Ken came out the same day. The short term repair was several thousand dollars, and would still require replacement. The men who removed old and replaced a new furnace were kind and professional. I highly regard their service

Hooper's technician had to work in a hot (over 100 degrees) confined attic to fix our AC problem. He never complained and was
pleasant and polite about the whole business.

Jami came out and was able to diagnose in a short time our issues we've been struggling to get diagnosed over months by the hvac company to installed it on our new build. The bedrooms were so cold at night that our 1 year old could never sleep, couldnt close his door because it got so cold. Maybe he'll be able to sleep decent now. Thanks Jami!!!

We had an emergency pipe leak in our basement on a Saturday. Called at least five “24 hour /365 a year” companies just to be told that they couldn’t make it out that day. One even said we were stuck filling buckets until the next Tuesday. Seriously???? Called Hooper and they were there in a few hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour!
We will never bother calling any other company for our needs! 100% loyal customers from now on!

They installed my tankless water heater, coming in between $500-$1000 lower than other estimates for the same/similar higher end model. Installation was quick and easy. They did a good job with the quote, service, customer service, and instructions/education on unit operation.

Don't know about value since I didn't do any comparison research.

I needed to replace a tank water heater so I was debating between sticking with a tank or going tankless. I probably would have stuck with a tank but Hooper in Madison sent a person out to look at my current setup and discuss options. After speaking with him, I chose the tankless. Hooper was $1,000 lower than the other 2 estimates I received and in a price range that I was willing to make the jump to tankless. We have been using it for 6 months now and have been very happy with the performance. Hooper will be back out this week to replace our water softener.
