Ok I've been seeing Dr Leonard for a month now. Once a week.
Really love his level of care. My husband is now seeing him also. So pleased to find a good
Doctor!

Dr.Charles is the most caring, knowledgeable beyond her speciality and friendly dr. I ever had. She is always replies to her pages even on holidays and weekends. she has innovative approach and swift to find RX substitute if something doesn't work. she is fearless to fight insurances for off formulary medications for her patients.I was lucky to become her patient and ended up following her to the new office despite that it is about 20 miles away.

I, my husband, and my in-laws all go to Dr. Leonard. We've been seeing him since he moved to Quail Creek from Thornton Family Practice. He listens, he cares, and he doesn't just shove pills at you and send you on your way like so many doctors do these days.

I'm new to the area and looking specifically for a Psychiatrist's office, and this place popped up on Google, so I gave them a call. I got in touch with Ashley and she informed me this office is only family practice, but she was nice enough to help me find a local psychiatrist office. I will most likely be visiting this office for all my other doctor's visits. Thanks again, Ashley! :)

She was great! Set up with her as my primary back in April. She was very thorough, concerned about my concerns, and has a great bedside manner. Very happy with my choice!

I used to see Dr Charles at her cherry creek location and followed her to Quail Creek. She is kind, caring, direct, and honest. She is an excellent primary care physician.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and Dr. Brian is very personal to give his patient all the time needed for their issues. He is very knowledgeable.

My wife is disabled. Her staff treated us like dirt. Have never met Dr. Charles. Waited almost 2 months for an initial appointment. I had medical records requested from my Doctor and my wife's physician. Her OFFICE never followed up on this, never returned my calls. When I called again Dr. Charles receptionist stated the Doctor refused to prescribe the maintenance prescriptions my wife must take. I tried to tell this person I was looking for a referral to better treatment of my wife's disability but was looking for a primary care doctor for the both of us. I don't believe my wife was getting the proper care she needs from her current physician. I placed my wife on my (better) insurance this year. This office person kept cutting me off mid-sentence and would not listen to what I had to say.
If Dr. Charles office staff is willing to treat patients this way how will Dr. Charles treat you? When I canceled my appointment the office staff canceled my wife's as well to punish us. I wrote Dr. Charles a letter explaining my wife's condition and hand delivered it. She NEVER responded.
I REFUSE TO GO THERE NOW.

If medication is your primary need, please look elsewhere. I have medication I need every day to survive. When I call in for refills, staff is rude and says you have to wait 48 more hours even if it's already been 48 hours. Very scary for a patient like me! Be aware of Dr Leonard and his staff. "Do no harm" is not in their vernacular.

The transition from Dr. Charles was done very poorly. I do not recommend Dr. Leonard and am now switching Doctor's offices. Avoid if you need anything more than a checkup once a year.
