Jeremy is a hoot. Very knowledgeable and doesn't just sell you any part. He makes sure you find the right one. Even if it isn't at his store. Just above and beyond for customer service.

A1 service from Panda and Conner, very nice and friendly, helped me find the two things I needed, very polite, made my night a lot better, last time I came in the service was less than great, definitely not worthy of a good comment with the speed of service thanks to Branden and Shawn

Panda helped us when we went in, & her customer service was amazing! She went out of her way multiple times to help us find what we were looking for. Not to mention super funny !

It was new battery time for our cars. We bought two, and my son learned how to install a car battery. I like that the take the old batteries for recycle as well.

Quick battery install, no appt required, saved me a lot of time!
They did say some newer cars they are not able to do, so they have to look at the car before they can tell you if they can replace.

Michael knows what he's doing. This guy knows the side of customer service that no other store seems to know. Attentiveness and care for the customer in the store or on the phone, who might be trying to get his/her daily back on the road.
This guy needs recognition and a promotion.

Brandon is the BEST!!! Ask for him!! I will never go to another Auto Zone because of him!!

Brandon the manager was amazing! I came in late around 9 pm and needed my battery checked (I had to jump my car multiple times the last few days). He installed my new battery, was very informative, and also pleasant to talk to. He saved me money and he also knows the store inside and out! It took less then 3 minutes for him to install my battery safely. Great customer service. Thanks Brandon !!

I came in here later at night and was immeditaly greeted by two guys who were eager to help. Store was empty, and these guys took the time to show me exactly where what I needed was, give me tips on install, and get me out of there. Good experience. Thanks!

Went in after work for a flat tire. Panda and Isiah were absolutely amazing! They helped me fix my tire (I didn’t do much but hold the flashlight). So thankful these fantastic people were working tonight. Thank you so so much!!

Ruben was great, very helpful & even though it was a short store visit got my new key fob battery in so quickly. Was in & out of the store with a breeze. Great customer service.

Brandon was awesome! He helped me change out my busted headlight and also educated me on things about my car for future reference. Would definitely go back for any auto parts and help.

I have always had good service here! When I went in the other day I asked for help with my back window. I got the BEST service from HUNTER B! He was so nice and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything. He helped me and fixed what he could with my problem in a very courteous and professional way! I can't even express how grateful I am! He is definitely a great person and employee as far as customer satisfaction goes! Thanks so much Hunter B! AutoZone should be proud to have you as an employee!

Milton was awesome. Could tell he truly cares; started with a friendly greeting, followed by great advice. He simply just provided me with an all around genuine customer service experience, and close to closing time too. All of which is sadly rare these days.

Considering the aforementioned is sadly so rare these days, management take note this guy needs praise and a raise/promotion.

If ever in need and in the area I will definitely be coming here.
