My favorite locksmith and I’ve used a many! I frequently have to cut keys and have locks re-keyed for work and have been doing so for several years. The techs are reliable, accurate and efficient. The accounting department is even friendly and efficient.
The staff is consistent, responsive and clearly enjoy their job. I see very little turnover so I always get to see my faves Steve and David!

I've rekeyed all my own locks for over 25 years. Mathias has been my sole source for keys and, occasional, advice. I've never had an incorrectly cut key. They are a great resource when one needs security that exceeds standard, consumer-grade locks. Consistently responsive & professional.

I went in last week to get a couple keys made that another company couldn't seem to do. A guy by the name of Steve Atencio helped me out and was super knowledgable and very nice. He answered every one of my dumb questions with a smile. Very good customer service and they even have snacks and beverages for customers. They have been in business since 1901, so they clearly know what they are doing. Highly recommend. Oh yeah, and the keys worked perfectly;)

Yesterday I bought a combination lockbox, the one you hold keys in. After slicing open the plastic packaging I realized it doesn't fit my car key, which was the main reason I bought it. I went back to try to exchange it today. I was a little concerned they wouldn't be able to take it back because there's no way for them to re-seal the package. They not only accepted it back with no fuss, they gave me a bigger lockbox that was $15 more expensive and didn't charge me anything for the difference. Needless to say whenever someone asks for anything pertaining to locks and keys, this is the first place that's going to spring to mind. Very happy with the service and the way they treat their customers :)

I live in Northern Colorado and I called Mathias for help finding a reputable locksmith as all the phone numbers I found in Northern Colorado seemed to be 800 numbers to national firms with subcontractors.

I spoke with Will at Mathias and he not only gave me a referral, but conferenced the company into our call and stayed on the line until we determined that they could help and set an appointment.

These guys get it done. Our company utilizes them in all of our towers downtown.

Needed a locksmith for a boat key. Couldn't find one close to me in Aurora. One couldn't, one was closed (when the sign said they were opened!)
Went to Mathias and though they did not have the key on hand, they went downtown and got the blanks. I had by keys done within three hours which was no problem as I work three blocks away.
Very nice people, very helpful, highly recommend them.
Down Speer and exit Delaware. Go through the stop sign and look for the building on the immediate left. Main door is in middle of building.
They also have gun shelving and locks on display....neat stuff!
