V Revolution

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Denver area! The food is excellent every time, no matter what we order. I've tried most things on the menu and I'm continually impressed. As a vegan, it's really nice to go to a restaurant knowing there is a huge variety of delicious options to choose from on the menu (especially as I dread going to most OTHER restaurants in the area knowing the only vegan items they'll have are iceberg lettuce and french fries). Non-vegans love this place too! Not just great vegan food... but great food. Period.

Food deserves a 5 star today. I came in for one of the favorite sideoption. Tofu fries, delicious sauce, crispy on the outside hot and soft on the inside absolutely delicious.!!!

I was surprised how good these plant-based dishes were! Giving i’ve never really eaten vegetarian much, but this is special Asian Fusion non-meat restaurant. So many options to choose from just like meat-based restaurant. The buns are incredible and tasty. Pad Thai is recommended to try as well. This is a self serve restaurant just like Q-doba. Store is nice and clean.

Insanely amazing food!!!!! Best vegan restaurant by far! Excellent customer service, the place was spotless and everything was just so amazing! Bao buns 10/10, Brussels sprouts 10/10 rice bowls all of them 10/10!!!! Young guy at the counter provided the most excelled customer service with fantastic suggestions!

This is one of my favourite vegan restaurants in Denver, HANDS DOWN! It was my first time and I enjoyed everything about it. Their Asian fusion is amazing, the flavours are authentic and the portions are really generous. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant is really spacious.

Had a great experience stopping in for the first time! So many good things on the menu, it was so hard to pick! My husband who is not plant based loved it & said how much he couldn’t tell it apart from regular chicken katsu. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks V Revolution!

Great place to grab lunch or a light bite. We had katsu bao, the scallion pancake, sesame balls, and a matcha boba and everything was great. The menu catered largely to a vegan or vegetarian audience but even as a meat eater everything was tasty. The atmosphere was laid back and you order at the counter. Prices were reasonable for most items, but the bao were a bit pricy at $12.99 for 3. Overall I enjoyed the food and the ambiance. I definitely plan to go back for some snacks in the future.

Highly recommend for vegans 🌱 Very good orange chikn!🔥 I liked the bbq prk fried rice but I wouldn’t order them together again because they don’t mix well but it was still good! Very flavorful! Will definitely return soon! Great prices! Vegetarian 🥗

Really liked this place and you will too. Great plant based food, very flexible on tailoring to your needs and allergens. We definitely enjoyed the meals, the quiet indoor setting have us time to socialize while we ate. The meals are filling and there is a good variety to choose from. If you are in the area or desiring some vegan Asian dishes, this is your place to try!

Hands down the best cheese wontons I've ever had! The rice bowl that I got could have definitely fed to people. Great atmosphere as well! Definitely suggest checking it out!

My girlfriend is vegan and so I decided to bring her here since there are tons of options. Not only was the food great but the staff is friendly day as well. This is some of the best Asian fusion food in Denver vegan or not.

As a heavy meat eater I LOVE this place!!! When I am craving Asian food this is one of my favorite spots! My favorite thing to get is the Tofu Fries and the Lettuce Wrap! But honestly haven’t had anything bad from here!

S Tier vegan food! So many amazing options, its never easy to choose what i want and i end up ordering a lot. Only real gripe is that they also serve cheese (is it a revolution or not? Dairy is just as reprehensible as meat). Oh, and bring back the old salt and pepper wings, back before they were battered and fried. That was truly the beat fake meat ive ever had.

I just love this place. I am not a vegetarian or vegan -I just seriously prefer the food here. I usually get the pad Thai with tofu and I crave it at least once a month. They usually have buy one entree get one free in the Uber eats app and the servings are huge as is so I can feed 3 people for $20 and it’s beyond amazing.

This place had excellent food and soo many options to choose from it was hard to decide. However when we settled on the Beyond Dan Dan Noodles, the mushroom lover potstickers, and the spicy korean bowl we found ourselves very pleased.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic asian flavors crafted with vegan ingredients.

The food is incredible!! 99% of the food is vegan, there are some vegetarian items but their menu shows what is and isn’t and the staff will also help if you have questions on anything. We’re vegan and my favorites are the cheese wontons, the orange chicken bao, beef with broccoli and Dan Dan noodles. Plus they have Thai tea! The staff is so friendly too and the place is really clean :)

SHE MADE ME VEGAN HOT & SOUR SOUP!!!!! & it's such a cool spot. Definitely will keep coming back.

First timer here. Wow wow wow 🤩 The kale salad was cold, crisp and hit the spot. Tofu cooked perfectly, and the ginger soy dressing was balanced and served the salad well! I’m coming back for sure. 👍🏼

We were visiting Denver from out of town and looking for good vegan food for the kids. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and they even replaced an entree that one of my kids didn’t like! Highly recommend!

I'm so happy to find this treasure!! I only wished I lived closer so I could have it every week. Food is incredibly fresh, hot and tasty!
