Swedish Family Medicine

I've been going to this clinic since May, and have never had any issues. From scheduling to the staff to having my medication refilled has always gone very smoothly. I am currently seeing Dr. Edwards and have never once felt judged and finally feel like someone listens to my concerns and my issues I'm having.

I saw Dr. Gokey for my annual physical. She was attentive, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss my medical history and specific questions I had. I also saw Dr. Griffin at a different appt, and she was also friendly and made sure to check in on any questions I might have and explain things. While the doctors you see are residents, I felt comfortable with both visits, and they have doctors who supervise the residents as needed.

Had my third stroke, and was taken to Swedish family medical, shortly afterwards I was taken to rehab to work with rehab therapist, speech, occupational, physical therapy.thanks Glen and the nurses and gang. Sincerely Timothy Thomas

Absolutely love this practice! I have been taking my daughter here for 11 years and my son for almost 5. All the doctors we've had here are amazing Dr.Vandal is our favorite. They are very attentive and patient. Front desk staff is amazing as well! Thank you a million times over! This will forever be our go to place

Loved Swedish Family Medicine, it is bright & has a joyous atmosphere. The staff at the front are friendly & my doctor was excellent. Dr. Griffin is a good listener, friendly,& curious. This is a very well run practice!

The desk staff are always nice and attentive. The place is in an aging building, but very nice. Making appointments takes a few minutes, but not more than 10. My Dr. who is leaving soon, is very attentive to my needs and concerns, and is willing to listen and change our plan of care. It's really very wonderful. I see him about twice a month.

Mu experience at Swedish Family Medicine was very positive. They make sure that your wait time is a matter of a few minutes, everybody is courteous and friendly. My doctor takes her time to be thorough and if she is not sure about something, she gets advice from a peer. I would rate Dr. Eves as the best physician that I have had take care of me, ever.

Reception area well marked for COVID safety, clean, and staffed well so there wasn't a lot of waiting around.
Got taken back a couple minutes before Appointment time, and very short time between Med Assistant and Doctor coming into the room.
Doctor asked first if there were issues I needed to talk about then went into test results. Spent enough time to answer all my questions and explain follow-up care needs.

I've been coming here for primary care for around 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The receptionists have been friendly and efficient and have been good about getting me in reasonably quickly when needed. The physicians and nursing personnel have also been friendly and willing to take the time needed to talk and listen. I think this is an excellent place to have as your primary care home.

Although it is true; I have had a few problems getting someone to call me back, I will say, I have not had any problems making an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Every time I’ve gone in, the front office staff has been very accommodating and polite. A friend of mine recommended this place because she liked it and knew I lived close by; as I was driving over 40 minutes to another place that had its own set of issues. I am very glad I found this place and feel very lucky to have Dr. Phenning caring for my medical needs. The medical assistant was friendly and super helpful as well!
Edit: This post was made before my most recent visit with Dr. Thorne and she was excellent as well. I’m happy to have this place nearby that seems to go out of their way to accommodate my needs and concerns.

I was referred to Dr. Rosenfeld when my original G.P. retired and I couldn't be more satisfied. I have had both in person and telehealth visits. And we use my patient portal to communicate frequently as well. She is prompt but makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to spend with me. I struggle with an unusual chronic pain and she addresses both the physical and mental aspects. She is caring and respectful and I would gladly give her my highest recommendation.

I have used Swedish Family Medicine (Dr Gordon Ehlers and staff) for my primary care for the past 13 years. The staff is friendly and efficient. Check in is easy and quick and all my visits have always been on time. Dr Ehlers always does a complete exam and never orders unnecessary testing. Results are immediately shared with me as well as a plan for continued wellness and health maintenance. Unlike other facilities which I have used I have never had any problems with billing issues. I highly recommend Swedish Family Medicine for primary care medicine.

I live in Denver and really wanted to take my daughter to this location, because I loved the doctors at the hospital, love them here! I really do appreciate how nice they are. even the social workers there, I even spent hours there and they were not in a rush to get us out of there just to get to the next person, they took the time to make sure we had some resources so thank you!

January 2020, my husband and I were in need of new medical care. Swedish Family Medicine accepts our senior insurance plan along with Medicare. Dr Trey VanMaanen, Erica at front desk, and RN Katrina are fantastic! Office scheduling was punctual, doctor was thorough & knowledgeable, and nurse was caring and informative. So happy we chose them! Highly recommend for your medical care.

Appointment at 1:20, I was called back at exactly 1:20; PA took vitals, Dr. came in within 5 minutes. Exam thorough, Dr. Rosenfeld asked questions about my activities, how I was feeling about my health, appt. was not hurried. Very thorough, so grateful she is my Doctor!!!

I really appreciate that ALL the doctors go out of their way to help me as much as possible. This appointment is a great example - the WiFi signal was lost mid-appoinment but Dr. Thorn called me on my phone to finish. Really appreciate that she made the effort whereas other places would have just given up and went to the next patient.

The team at Swedish Family Medicine is amazing. They have been there when I've needed them and continue to care when my needs are at a minimum. Because there is a large staff if I have an emergency I'm able to get with someone quickly and I would highly recommend them. I couldn't ask for a better medical support team to be with.

My goodness where do I start. My family has been going to dr Erlandson since before I was born. I saw him a couple times too as a kid and he's wonderful. I now see Dr Thorne who is the most understanding and compassionate physician I have ever had. Highly recommend this practice to all families!!!

Everyone at the Swedish Hospital doctors and nurses and techs were so wonderful, calm, caring, professional, willing to help, kept me safe. They followed thru to make sure i was healthy and even set up future visits to make sure everything will be good. As well as the primary care doctor, and staff are very caring, polite, and patient.

I'm a new patient to this wonderful group! Everyone is friendly and willing to be of service. The receptionists are awesome and I really appreciate Doctor Kula. He is willing to spend a little extra time with me when needed. My health has improved under his guidance and expertise!
