Great place to stop by and try out while at Stanley. Everything appears authentic so had to try the red pozole. (Pozole- hominy with a red chile sauce and pork with cabbage, raddish and torillas) Great flavors! With the pork and toppings everything was spot on. Would definitely recommend.

This is my favorite place in the Stanley market. Everything they serve is amazing. The cubano is out of this world. I usually get the al pastor hummus bowl and it is spectacular. All of their take home food is amazing as well (try the tuna salad). So much flavor and the presentation is always on point. Love this place!

This was our first time eating here. We had La Mexicana Flatbread and cheese Flatbread. These were the best we have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly!! Thank you for being at this location. We will be repeat customers!!

This place is so good! The employees are super nice and they are fast. Everything is made so fresh. We got the Peruvian steak sandwich, it was spicy and tangy. Everything you want in a full meal.

This is a must-have at the Stanley! The alpastor hummus is genius, la mexicana is delicious... Barbacoa tacos are so refined and beautiful. This is one of the best Latin fusion places in Colorado. We tried out the chorizo nachos and they’re an absolute knock out. You can tell this food has thought and culture behind it it’s balanced and underrated!

Hands down, best tacos I’ve had in a long time. The colors and flavors were amazing and beautiful. Salsa was the perfect amount of spice and seasoning. I can’t put into words how much I loved my meal!

Best Cuban sandwich in Denver, hands down. Pickles and pickled red onion add just enough acid to balance all the meats. Pulled pork was moist - all the meats were great. Plenty of yellow mustard. All the right notes for a Cuban

Incredibly fresh food with authentic flavors. I had the Mediterranean salad with Chicken Shawarma and the flavors were poppin’! The shawarma seasoning was like a combination of my abuelita’s home cooking that left a warm tingle in my mouth, and some middle eastern dazzle… so good! Highly recommend.

This is the best place in Stanley Market. The food is fresh and delicious. Stop by for some hot food and you will find something to bring home for dinner too! They have everything from pozole to pasta. Check them out!

Yo my dudes. This is the place. The food was amazing and I had the best meal of life. The pozole was the best I ever had. It tasted so fresh and beat anything my family has ever made. Great stuff.

The salads are out of this world. They give them fun names. The ingredients are placed separately in the to-go containers so the flavours compliment but do not mix as you eat.

Cuban was very flavorful and a good ratio of pickles, pork and mustard. Some bits of pork were a bit dry, but the addition of red onions and the perfectly toasted bread make for an excellent lunch! The spiced pickled veg on the side was also unique and packed with flavor. Will definitely be going back to try some more of this fusion food. :)

Definitely a great place to visit when at the Stanley marketplace. Food was great especially the hummus with Al pastor.

I love this place. From the chipotle chopped salad to the Peruvian steak sandwich, I think this is my favorite lunch spot in the area or tied with Mason's. Give these people your money for their food.

You can shop or dine! Awesome! It's easy to get lost in the multitude of wildly unrelated items for sale (middle eastern food to Spanish food to typical American, etc.) and you won't have a bad time if you do but you will be missing out if you don't also order something fresh.

The place doesn't strike you as the "fancy" experience you get used to at the Stanley (they're two doors down from a very fancy chocolatier and three from a rotating art exhibit) but the food is absolutely at that level. The menu seems simple but they throw in ingredients that make you take a second glance and wow, they pull it off. I cannot say enough about their nachos. Go! You will enjoy it!

Elita’s is amazing! We have tried their al pastor hummus bowl and their gyro sausages. The hummus bowl was so good! Freshly made with amazing flavors - great heat. I’d recommend you call ahead if you’re in a rush as freshly made can take a few minutes :) The gyro sausages were fresh and juicy - few minutes on the grill and they were ready! They had just enough spices to be super flavorful while not being so overpowering you remember what you eat for hours later...

I bought my Thanksgiving turkey here. They will do the brining for a $20 up charge and it is worth every penny. This was the best turkey I’ve ever made or eaten. Great flavor and very moist. I rubbed the Elita market compound butter under and on top of the skin. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Yummmmm!! Had the Al Pastor hummus bowl and it was delicious!! Not only was the food delicious, they were able to accommodate my picky kids and make something for their tastes as well. Definitely a place worth returning too!
