Found a car on car gurus and bought it the same day. It needed some repairs and Shawn was more than helpful in making sure we got what we needed. Bryttany was also very helpful in seeing us through the whole transaction. Would definitely buy from here again.

We have an extended warranty and as everyone knows those are a pain in the butt to use. They worked through all the issues with getting the work approved and did a great job. They even went the extra mile and gave us an alternator for free because of all the other work that we did.

I stopped in one day not long ago to take a look around, because a friend of mine had referred me here years ago. Josh, the sales manager was Honest, Friendly and Flexible. He did not try to hide any deficiencies or make any false promises in reference to my Jeep I purchased from him. One should keep in mind that these vehicles are not under warranty. You will want to be competent in evaluating the vehicle you are considering purchasing, and assessing any additional costs you may incur to fix any problems because after all, it is a used vehicle. Great Experience! I got what I paid for... 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Strong V8, Looks nearly new inside and out with minimal expenses as of 6 months. I will buy here again, I definitively recommend Harlan Automotive

David Stark has been taking care of me and my family for 20+ years. Recently my car was running a little hot, in freezing winter temperatures which indicated a worn-out thermostat. Dave got me in within a couple of days and took care of things. What a wonderful feeling, not having to worry about my car dying on the road. I came back 2 weeks later for my scheduled oil change and check up. Thanks!! Today, Dave my car guy has moved on and I followed him.

These guys at the shop do good work. Didn’t buy a car but had some work done by Dave, he had my Cadillac running perfect in a few days. Charged less than the chain stores and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff. Glad to have good work done. Only thing, it would be nice to have a status update on the work each day. Wish I could give 6 stars. David does quality work fast, is respectful, and most importantly trustworthy, everything you want in a mechanic. This place makes you feel like family and I will definitely be using him for all my future mechanic needs.

II had my car's 25000 mile service there today. I highly recommend this place. Dave is an excellent mechanic and will really treat you right. I have been getting my cars serviced there since the 1980s. I, obviously highly recommend them.

There was a misunderstanding, and long story short, I was in the wrong. Their wonderful employees we're incredibly understanding and patient, so even though I haven't been a customer I wanted to leave a good review simply for being such understanding and compassionate human beings!

Yes, this place is small. If you are looking for a large dealership filled with rows and rows of shiny cars all doctored up to hide their deficiencies, complete with many greasy used car salesmen looking to work you for all you are worth, then this is not the place for you. Me and my wife purchased our truck from here in Nov 2016. We found the truck on cargurus and came here to look at it. From start to finish our car buying experience was pleasant and easy. Josh was the salesman we worked with. Due to a previous divorce, my credit is less than stellar. Josh worked out a deal for us that allowed us to put money down and make a couple payments directly to the dealership over a two month period, without having to do any outside financing which would have cost a fortune in finance costs +interest+dealership fees etc. So this way we could go from down payment to title in hand in three months. The deal we got on the vehicle was below the blue book value and the vehicle was in impeccable condition for its year. We discovered a minor issue with the blinkers while test driving, but Josh made sure the problem was fixed at the dealership's expense before we picked up the vehicle. Due to the fact that the vehicle was a little older than 10 years, it was sold as is with no warranty. The dealership also agreed to help us with any repairs that may come up at a discounted rate if we brought it back to them to fix. The carfax was provided to us when we test drove the vehicle. It has had only one previous owner with perfect maintenance records and it shows. All of the automatic features are functioning, the interior flawless and all leather, tires almost new, and great exterior as well. We have since had the vehicle looked over elsewhere when it came time to perform maintenance and they also agreed that the truck was well maintained and in excellent condition. Other than standard repairs that would come up at appropriate intervals for a vehicle with that number of miles, it has no major impending problems or mechanical issues. Josh even worked out a trade in for our previous vehicle that had many problems which would have made it hard for us to sell. It had been the product of a used car buying experience with a major dealership that left us with a typical lemon that needed to be replaced in total within one year of purchase (the total opposite of our experience at Harlan).We have been to many dealerships and have never had such a pleasant experience and we know for a fact it would have been difficult to find a place that would have worked with us on so many different issues. The lot itself is not fancy. It is small and does not have the standard variety if a larger place. However, the cars that they do have are bought with discretion and while they may not be as spiffy and polished, they also have not had anything done to them to deceive you on the condition of the vehicle. They also have the ability to do repairs in house and can easily get any minor issue repaired before sending it home with you. Their cars range from relatively new to older, the prices are good, and the lengths they will go to to work with you to get you in the car you want are priceless. Josh, as a salesman, didn't come off as a skeezy used car guy. He was friendly and no bulls$#t. Whoever left the review before this one, criticizing the place for being small and implying it was run by foreigners with no standards, clearly did not know what they were talking about and just made a snap judgement. As someone who actually went through the process and purchased a vehicle here, I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a quality used vehicle fast. I ,of course, will come back and edit this review if the vehicle I bought takes a sudden turn or something else goes wrong. Thanks Harlan!

Best place in town to get your car fix, Dave has been around forever helping the community. The customer care and respect is off the wall. They really care about customers and their community. A small business with family values. 100%

I was in there to by a Jeep Cherokee. I took the Cherokee, with the dealers okay to do so, to get it checked out by a private shop and it came back needed one thing. A battery! That was all it needed and the dealer replaced it, noting else was wrong. This was a very easy place to work with and obviously they sell quality vehicles... I highly recommend this place.

I knew what I wanted and Josh was able to help me make it happen. I got a great deal on a nice vehicle. He was honest about the car being mechanically sound as my mechanic confirmed. I will refer friends and family.

Most honest garage I have found lately! David is a super nice guy and knows what he is doing! Especially on Jeeps he is an expert on them.

My vehicle was stolen and they picked it up from the police and towed it safely back to their yard. They were super nice and helped me get it started cause it had died.
