Dependable Cleaners University Hills

I rarely need to have dry cleaning done, so I'm no expert on this subject. I was impressed with the service, the manager was very friendly, my jacket got cleaned beautifully, and quicker than was scheduled. All in all I'm happy with Dependable Cleaners.

I have always used dependable cleaners for dry cleaning. Are they more expensive? Yes. But they offer crazy great services as well. Same day turnaround? Wash and fold? Free delivery? VIP express? 24 hour drop off and pick up? All of these services have been super helpful to me over the years. I have not always used this location (University Hills), but I have used them plenty of times to know, they are fantastic. They always have great customer service as well.

Corinne and Naomi and Yen are the absolute best. Personalized service and they go the extra mile. Highly recommend, worth every penny

I don't dry clean a lot of clothes, but I've been going here for 5 years and they have never once been late, the customer service is always great, and I've never had a quality concern. As I recall from my previous dry cleaner, they might be slightly above market cost, but I'm willing to pay a small premium for consistency though I recognize that cost may be the most important consideration.

I would recommend going to a different location. A weekend employee and the store manager made it needlessly difficult for me to apply a 20% off coupon. Both employees indicated that I should have presented the coupon when I dropped off my dry cleaning despite the fact that nowhere on the coupon does it say that drop off presentation of the coupon is required. Both employees were unreasonable and the manager was rude. The only reason why I am giving more than one star is because customer service made it right.

If you've got a job, it's difficult to pick up finished cleaning from them. They close way too early on weekday afternoons, they close even earlier on Saturday afternoons and they don't open at all on Sunday.

Prices are very high.

First time using this business and never going back. Dropped 5 items off on a Saturday to a teenage boy who didn't even glance when I pointed out spots on a pair of pants I needed cleaned. When I came back on Monday to pick up, only 4 of my items were returned, and the spots I pointed out to the boy were still there. The employee present was able to track down the 5th item at another facility. 2 Stars because at least I was able to get my favorite pants back.

Service is not friendly. Went to pick up my shirts and was told they were not back yet even though they were to be ready the day before. The employee said they had a van issue. No apology or even a thank you. You can find better elsewhere.

Good cleaning and speed (although I was not in a hurry to get them back). The price is exorbitant- $50 for. Sweater and a set of pants $30, and 3 shirts $19. No clear receipt. I had to ask for a breakdown of prices and it was very dodgy. I kept a photo the "bundled" receipts.

I brought five shirts to this location for laundry. I received a receipt for five shirts for laundry from dependable cleaners. When I came to pick up my shirts I found out that they all had been dry cleaned, not laundered. When I objected to the price and the dry cleaning the staff person working refused to give me my clothes unless I paid their exorbitant dry cleaning prices. I was told I had to come back in the morning and speak with the owner. I returned in the morning and I was told there’s nothing she could do. The charge and the computer was correct. This is fraud. Do not patronize this business.

Dropped 10 shirts off with no mention of cost at all. Went to pick them up and to my disgust, $5 a shirt!! Never in my life have I paid over $3 and most of the time its $1.99 at a green dry cleaner! I was shocked they can even get away with this. Expected no more than $25 and walked away paying over $50. What a racket theae guys have going. Asked them to honor any coupons or discounts for repeat business and they refused. Go elsewhere! They left creases in 4 of my shirts to top it all off. What a terrible business!!!!! They could have had a good customer as I live down the street. I will be taking my clothes elsewhere.

This place is just a cleaners, I am new to the area and thought I'd give them a try, I explained to the lady behind the counter that "I am a a new customer". she proceeded to take my information, not ONCE telling me of the pricing structure, nor was there a list visible and I was not smart enough to ask. Long story short, my bill for 6 shirts of cleaning was almost $30??? $5.00 per shirt, where the most I've paid in the past was $1.75. Yes that included sustainable cleaning. This place is a total Rip - one I will not even be visiting again or give positive feedback too.
