These guys do great work and are super timely about it. I take all my slacks there to be hemmed and they are just so nice and professional.

I had such a great experience with my first altered bridesmaid dress, I’m going back again! They truly do a wonderful job at getting the perfect fit. I’m quite petite and short at 5’2” and my dress fit perfectly and looked great in the wedding photos. Also, I usually ask how long a hemming of a dress etc would take so I don’t have expectations outside of reality. She always has been fast and efficient! I do think I bring cash but I prefer to support local and she should definitely be recognized for rheir lovely shop!

I was referred to Lucy’s around 2000 by my best friend for all of my alteration needs. I found the shop to be extremely professional and they do amazing work. In 2002 I took my wedding dress in to be altered and I was extremely impressed. Since then I have continued to take all of my alterations there as well as recommend them to family and friends who have also used Lucy’s. I wouldn’t trust my clothing to anyone else!

DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS--but well worth it. I had a fur coat with an armhole seam that split open 3 inches. I was quoted $75 and 2-3 weeks turnaround time by a furrier. This place did it for $36 and had it done the same day! It looks great-you would never know it's been repaired.
