Five Guys

I never really ate at Five Guys when I was in California. It was always In-N-Out. That will always be nostalgic to me, but Five Guys burgers are much better. Yes, they are more expensive, but I don't eat burgers often, so when I do it's Five Guys from now on. Also, this location is clean with friendly employees. I definitely recommend this location.

Very good burger joint. Yes a little pricey compared to other burger chains but the food is great and lots of options on the topping. And they load you with the fries straight out of Idaho.
Cannot wait till they open one on our side of town in Brighton or Lochbuie so we won't have to drive 30 minutes to the next closest one.

I don't know why, but I haven't been to a five guys in years. We went in Thursday night and the food was great. Cheeseburger, fries, and hotdogs were fresh and hot, and the milk shakes were delicious.... Service was awesome and everybody super friendly, even going so far as to make recommendations on add-ins for the shakes. You've got to try the bacon, peanut butter milkshake. .

What can I say Ryan is amazing! What a gem of an employee you have working for you. We came pretty close to close, and even though most places would be looking to shut it down Ryan went out of his way to help us out with awesome service and made us all fresh hot food across the board, and made every effort to make us really happy and feel super welcome. Probably the best five guys burger and experience I've ever had. The man is just such a genuinely good dude! Really brightened my week. And I will make this my go to five guys from here on out. Please consider him for a raise or promotion. Great help like him is really hard to find these days!

First time visiting Five Guys hamburger shop in Westminster, CO. This location is located very close to the Interstate 25 and East 144th Avenue interchange, so easy access north/south/east and west. Three of us stopped by (indoor dining area closed due to COVID-19) to pick up late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We did not order in advance online, but placed a walk-in order at the counter. A wide variety of free toppings! There were 2 or 3 people ahead of us, and we received our bag of food (Little Hamburger x 3, Large fries x 1) in about 10 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised by the burgers - we only ordered lettuce, tomato, pickles and some ketchup and the burgers were very good. I see some other reviewers' feedback that the prices are high, but I would say the prices are on par (if not less expensive) than R*d Robin, albeit with less variety/choices. I would say this place gives Smas*burger a good run for their business, perhaps? Friendly service and easy-going atmosphere. Will make a return visit soon. Recommended.

Best French fries in the history of French fries! Idaho spuds made fresh every day. A little pricey, but Five Guys always gives uou more than whatever size you order. Totally worth it.

This location has the best customer service I have experienced in so long. Please recognize all of your employees for being SO helpful and friendly! It is rare to come by these days. Great job!

It's what it is. I actually love it. You pick your own toppings so you get the experience that you order. That said, I'd suggest you pick the toppings that you would put on your homemade burger. I don't know what else to say. If you have never tried it, put it on your bucket list.

We had a messed up order with cheese and came in to get our hamburger today and they Staff here was amazing they made sure our food was corrected and even took care of our add ons.

First time eating here, you can customize the burger just about any which way you’d like very good can I complain the burger was good

Christine helped me decide on what to order and was super sweet. Every business needs employees like her. She was professional and kind and made me want to come back often.

I went to this location earlier in the week and they forgot the patties, noticed it when I got home. I reached out to customer service at Five Guys and Keely the GM at the store emailed me the next day to make it right. Just went in and had a great experience with John helping me out and making an always awesome burger for me! It was really a great experience after a hard week. Thank you Keely and John!!

Love Five Guys burgers. They are always tasty. Service is very good. Love eating the peanuts while waiting for my food to be cooked.

Food and service are always great. I am a huge fan of Five Guys when we want a fast dinner that is still high quality. I love how fresh all of their ingredients are. Not cheap, especially considering it's fast casual, but overall my husband and I agree the quality is worth the price. My only issues with this location is the lack of small tables (we ALWAYS end up taking a 6 top for just 2-3 ppl) and how busy they can get. Best to go between lunch and dinner.

So I came in and I lost my wallet and I didn't know it . I'm not sure if it was the manager or who she was but she gave both my girls free milkshakes. I only had enough to pay for my fries in exact change. These people are not only good for their food but for their hearts ♥ thank you so much who ever you were.

Never had a bad experience at a Five Guys restaurant. Food has always been prepared exactly as I ordered it. Just be prepared to be hungry. The portion size for every order I have ever made has been a bit much. They definitely don't skimp. It is quite pricy for 4 to eat. But when we are craving a burger and I don't want to gill, this is a go to place for us.

Despite a busy Friday night (swamped in the dining room and in the weeds with online delivery orders) Five Guys in Thornton earned this reviewer’s five star rating. The staff was very friendly and let us know right away that there was going to be a bit of a wait for our food. I appreciated the young staff’s hustle and enthusiasm as they got through the dinner rush without any customer complaints. The food was ready sooner than promised and was cooked to order. The restaurant was clean too. In fact, after the dinner rush multiple employees were seen cleaning up in the kitchen and the dining room. They even checked up on us and asked if we needed anything. Thank you Five Guys you worked great as a team on a very busy Friday night!

The place that I work purchased 4 hamburgers and a order of fries for us. I went in and picked it up, it was ready when I got there The French fries are the best and the cool thing is, that they actually dump a extra scoop of fries into your bag how awesome is that. Or keep up the great service we will be back and order moore.
