Nick was excellent. We came in with a pretty good idea of what we wanted. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us find what we were looking for and even went above to show use some other options that would be comparable. Great customer service. Would recommend this store and Nick to friends of family.

Had a great experience at the store in englewood, I had an idea in mind of what I wanted. The sales people I worked with gave me their opinions and when I told them what I had already discovered on my own through their website they were quick to jump on board with what I was looking for. Absolute respect and a very quick interaction for all of us. I highly recommend these guys!

We went on a very snowy Saturday morning, I made the comment about getting a snow day discount. Megan was great. She is knowledgeable and explained the differences of the various mattresses. We purchased a hybrid mattress and she gave us a snow day discount. We’re looking forward to having it delivered and starting the 120 night sleep trial. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Englewood. She was knowledgeable, fun, and accommodating of our preferences and budget. She even got us waters and helped us with some complicated logistics. My partner and I had a great sales experience with John at this location. We went in expecting to just try out the mattresses’ we were looking at and ended up with a mattress and adjustable frame set due to his no pressure sales and very knowledgeable information.
