The reason that I'm leaving a 5 star review is specifically for the representative that helped me. I'm not sure which branch he works at, but Vincent went above and beyond to straighten everything out for me, and was very kind! He turned a nerve-wracking phone call into a very pleasant experience. Apparently, the situation with my return was very unique, and since he had never seen anything like it, he took the time to speak with his supervisors to make sure that I would get the full amount owed to me. We were accidentally disconnected, and Vincent immediately called me back to let me know that everything was taken care of. This man deserves a raise!! He's definitely the most helpful and patient tax representative that I've ever spoken to. (I was also wearing a Vincent Van Gogh shirt, which made me laugh).

Lance was the best! He was so patient, kind and informative. I am so thankful for the information and clarification he gave me.

I had to purchase a tax license for a special event because I live out of state. From the time I walked into the door there was zero confusion and it took maybe 8 minutes until I was in my car ready to leave. I had filled the documentation out in advance and they had no problem getting me what I needed.

Went in to get my CO State Tax License this morning. Went through everything with me and I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Treated with respect and kindness the entire visit by everyone I encountered. They also included additional tax info to help me with our new business. Thanks for making this process quick and easy.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about this place. My personal experience was nothing but great. We came there yesterday to get a tax statement for some other organization. After reading the reviews I was prepared for the worst, but nothing like that happened. I was greeted by the nice ladies at the front desk. They said the IRS specialist could talk to me right away. It was around 11am and I didn't see many other customers there. The lady helped me right away and gave me exactly what I needed. Everyone was very friendly, fast and helpful! I have nothing negative to say about this place and very grateful for their fast and efficient help.

Being a local small business and a licensed retailer, I prefer this location for in-person transactions. Same rep helps me EVERY time for 2 years now and he's way faster than any online method... I've tested that so I know.

Just had an amazing experience with the Colorado Dept of Revenue Discovery section. Went in just after lunch and waited in the general area for about 8 mins before being referred up to the "Discovery section." Waited about 5 mins after signing into the "Discovery Section" and then met with a lady named Quinn that was quickly able to pinpoint my issue and get a process in place to get the error corrected. Great Job!

I had the pleasure of working with a woman named Carol. She certainly did go above and beyond what she needed to do especially as a government employee.
I had sent a check from one state and the citation from another. Got there at different times. Government isn't usually the most efficient at anything except spending money so I wasn't certain about the outcome.
No worries at all as she handled it like someone that gets paid commission and not salary. Thank you Carol!

Called three times and they picked up at the third time. Then, the girl was VERY VERY helpful for solving my problem. I guess they are super busy, but once you can talk to one of them, it is a pleasant experience!

lady at the front desk was wonderful. Even though googled me to a department of revenue that does not deal with the general public. do not come here if you need help with your driver's license or anything you would normally get at the DMV. You will be wasting your time. Thanks a lot Google!

The tax forms at least for individuals are more straightforward and easier to manage than the federal government's. There's actually room enough to fit your name in the space!

Just got off the phone with Colorado Dept of Revenue. The gal on the line was helpful and friendly. I guess my only complaint would be how many phone menu items I had to go through to get to an actual person.

I needed some help with online access and fixing a mistake I made when filing. They were very helpful. Told me where I went wrong, fixed it for me and went out of their way to make sure I was completely taken care.

Went here to apply for a wage withholding license...it was super easy! Everyone was friendly and patient, even though I had really no idea what I was doing. Really impressed by the staff.

As long as you are organized then sales tax is easy through their website to calculate your payment. Thank you for everything.

I'll agree that it's impossible to get in touch with them over the telephone but in person they were extremely helpful and took the time and energy to make sure I got everything I needed. Thank you

The employees could not have been more helpful in walking me through the process to get a sales tax license and file my first return!
