This is a great gas station that has to handle all the rift raft from the light rail. The owner is in there almost daily, and the staff exhibits great customer service with a smile!!!!!

Handicap Veteran and the ladies managing store were kind and helped me get what I needed....This store has so much stuff hard to see everything they offer....The wheelChair ramp was smooth and useful. Store was clean and organized. Definately great store

Good gas and snacks, cashiers were cool.

Very busy most of the time, is open 24/7 most of the time but sometimes they close the store due to reasons.

No public restrooms.... People's need to think more long term. YOU ARE, the "public." So start treating people liked YOU, the public, want to be treated. You'll make MORE sales by treating "the public" as I'd you really like them and want to SERVE them.

ok when they are open. but it seems like nearly half the time i try to stop they are 'closed for cleaning' i dont know if they just dont like the morning rush anymore or just cant handle the wild methers until they have had their coffee. 2nd time in 3 days theyve wasted 30 min of my morning. dumb.

The guy working this store today was a grade A douche bag. I was inline skating to meet my wife at her job across the street and needed some water. So I stopped in, and walked to get a water bottle and walked over to pay for it and he refused to sell it to me. He told me I couldn’t wear skates in the store.

I apologized and told him I didn’t know and that I was sorry and next time I know Anne I’ll take them off. He said no if you don’t take them off right now I’m not selling you this water. I honestly thought he was joking because that’s insane but he was being serious. I told him I understand for next time but I’m already at the counter and just want some water and I’m going to have to skate walk out anyway at this point regardless if I’m leaving or changing into shoes.

He said again I’m not selling you this water and called me a liability. I told him that I literally play semi pro ice hockey and moving 5 feet from the counter to the door in no way is a liability but I understand and asked politely again for the water. He said no and took the water bottle away like a power tripping child. So I left politely but I was close to saying some not so kind words.

Meanwhile there’s meth heads and opioid addicts hanging outside the store one of which came up to me when I was on my phone looking for another store to get water from in the area and he kinda threatened me because he thought I was filming him. I had to de escalate that situation because we fight people for a living and it wouldn’t have been fair to him and I know he was just tripping in his mind.

If anything those people hanging around the store are the only liability I saw. Like I said I understand but I didn’t know and was already in the store, had the water at the counter, and had to skate out the door anyway. He was a douche bag and made me skate to the 7-11 off 14th and Carr which was a fun skate, but it made me late.

Rude!!! Incredibly so,I drive part time for Uber and left lot of my rides want to be dropped off at at the gas station the clerk told me that I had to control my passengers that wasn't some kind of drug hang out, I'm not responsible what paying customers do it's none of my business and frankly it's none of his after he cursed at me Banned Me from the store refused to allow me to get gas some. bearded guy glasses it doesn't matter that he tried to ban me I would rather run out of gas and push my car the next gas station then get anything from them. That's how little I think of that place it stinks of fentanyl smokers and it's overflowing with derelict

If I could give this 0 stars I would but that’s not an option after living down the street for 6 years and spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars a year here, being harassed by their creepy attendant who always asks for my id to stare at my name and address and photo and say creepy things and asking me unrelated to gas questions (blek disgusting) I parked here for 10 minutes to use the air pump since my tire was completely flat/not filling. What I assume to be the manager/owner came out screaming at me to not park there lol. After I told him my tire was broken he tried to call the police hahaha (right like the police would care I didn’t commit any crime haha!) well needless to say I guess the guy doesn’t realize he just lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars of business since I literally come there all the time. (Won’t ever be back ever again) their prices are outrageous anyways you’re much better off going right down the street to 711, or 5 other gas stations. So he just cost himself a whole lot of money I’ve spent there and will never be again.

I work at the assisted living down the road as a med tech I literally used the restroom the other day and they let me today when I asked they were hella rude like bro

Staff during the day is an absolute nightmare. The foreign guy came from the back office to dump my purse upside down on the ground, body checked me and then came at me about to pat me down yelling where is the apple juice.

I had gotten one from the cooler changed my mind and put it back and grabbed a soda, he though I was stealing the juice. Not even an apology after he looked at the cameras and saw I put it back.

This morning i spent 15 mins in line because the manager decided it was better to organize the hot burrito section and add random cold goods to it from the fridges. Considering there was a line of 6 plus people and refused to help his only cashier. Who by the way was great and smiled the whole time knowing his boss didn't want to help him. What a POS of a boss to notice all of his customers and not helping. He complained that his new assistant didn’t show up, i wouldn’t blame her whoever she is because she most likely was told to do absolutely everything based on this guys work ethics. Keep smiling cashier dude. You did great. Sorry I didn’t get your name but Kudos to you. Your boss is lucky to have you and you deserve more respect. Never coming here again the new management is awful.

Rude, Condescending and unhelpful manager or whoever the man is who stands behind the register doing nothing.. all he doe is hassle people and try to make people feel bad for trying to get help. he should not be allowed to work with the public and should not be able to speak to people the way he does!!

Rude and unhelpful staff that tends to wander away from the registers while people are in line. Have been there a few times and it's alwats terrible. Great location though
