She assisted us with 3 games, explained how to take more of an advantage of my rewards membership and maximize our gaming experience. Alyssa was pleasant, an expert in the gaming world and a awesome.human being. Come to this game stop for your gaming needs and a cool time.

This is agreat place. There's a dude with a beard that works here. He's my superhero. I hope he's there every time I'm there. Every time. His knowledge of video games makes me thirsty for more. If he never leaves I'll be happy forever. Keep the bearded dude. He's the greatest. I just hope he knows what he means to me, waiting there, just for ne to come in and say hello. This Gamestop is great! always can snag a few games for a decent price on the used rack! They kinda fudged up a pre order of mine once,but it was a huge game drop. They fixed the situation. Got my money back & another copy 13 days later. They put in the extra effort. I appreciate that! Customer service is alive & well at Gamestop on Tower Rd.

My account was recently hacked and my login email was changed. My payment information was stolen and I had to freeze my credit cards.
After spending days being ignored by GameStop customer service through phone and email, I got in touch with Caesar from this location. He did his best to try and track down a solution for me, going above and beyond to research a resolution.
I still don’t have access to my account, but Caesar is the only one from GameStop who has made any effort at all to fix my situation so far.

The clerk was a paragon of excellence, offering help and honesty from a pool of expertise that helped me make good selections for myself and for my friends son.

The place itself was clean and well organized, and made use of it's limited floor space without feeling cluttered.

Greatest place to go when buying a game or anything gaming related. One of my most favorite employees has to be this very kind and energetic short redheaded girl with a nose piercing, think her name is Ryn. She is one of the many people to show she loves her job the most. I would love to give my own custom star review and give this place a 1,000 out of five stars! This simple employee makes my day whenever I walk in or think of this place!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Traded in a Switch console for a newer version. They even agreed to not wipe mine until tomorrow in case the data transfer doesn't work properly.

Went to purchase a controller for my husband's B'day ,did not have it, so associate Lloyd told me that he could order it for me. He was very kind, he has very good customer skills you do see that anymore . Thank you Lloyd I appreciate you

Employee working there was incredibly friendly and helped find exactly what I wanted - even asked me to come back and tell him how the game was because he hadn't played it!

Love this place it is my home store now. Malachi is one of my favorite Gamestop employees, and coming from a store I frequented so much they all knew me by name, it's saying something. Sometimes line gets long, but there are always new gamers entering the fray and they do the best they can with the system they're given. Just because it takes time doesn't mean they're slow! Sometimes, POS systems blow.

I've had nothing but good experiences and amazing costumer service at this gamestop. Recently I traded in my xbox one system and forgot I had left my COD III game in the system. One of the employees, Kyla, was determined to help me and searched through all the used systems for my game. After that was unsuccessful, I went to the store and they gave me a brand new COD III hard case copy! Yesterday I went in to trade games and Nick was super helpful and funny.. it made my day! It's a small store but the awesome experiences I've had here make up for that for sure! Thanks Nick & Kyla!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! This gamestop has been a staple for the Far Northeast region. The current management Josh and Josh are amazing dudes!

Excellent and hardworking staff. Been going to this location recently. Even if they are out of stock for the particular item, they go to considerable lengths to find the best nearby location and deal. Extra mile effort, definitely recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tori the store manager really turned an "Ow" from another store in to a "Wow". Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store isnt the iggest nd They get really busy at times, but it's worth waiting. ❤💛💚💙💜
