Walgreens Pharmacy

To be honest, this place is great. The people who work there are very nice. I am an awful customer and always forget to get my meds and they call me and remind me. Come on - how nice!

I initially was to have my prescription filled at the target pharmacy on county line road. Their pharmacist said she was too busy to fill my prescription. She suggested I go to Parker. I came to Walgreens. The pharmacy was rather busy but they had time for me and to fill my needed prescription for pain medicine! I was so grateful for their help and positive customer service

There very nice buy I miss Riteaide. The had better quality scripts

It takes them a really long time to fill a prescription. The staff is rude especially in the pharmacy. And when you order a pick up order, sometimes they'll give it to you and other times they won't. My husband had to take our daughter in the store to get Motrin while she had RSV.

It’s not the workers fault but this place is chronically understaffed and unable to deliver a basic level of reasonable customer service - Corporate Walgreens, you are harming your workers and your customers, my family is only here because your Medly transfer sent me, I will not be coming here again after never getting pre-orders right in several tries. Such a serious disappointment compared to Medly/Pharmaca customer service.

Really...the workers are great but their incredibly awful service is literally affecting people's health.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They used to be great but it takes days to fill simple prescriptions and hours to get through to talk to a human being. Really horrible customer service. They must be short staffed which makes me think Walgreens must just suck to work for but they really need to get it together at this store!!!

I've never been to a pharmacy as slow and unresponsive as this Walgreens staff is.

Text says meds ready. Online services show no meds ready. Wait in line forever at the store and no meds ready. OR ... you are on hold forever on the phone or wait in line KNOWING your meds are ready and no one answers or the line takes forever. HORRIBLY SLOW SERVICE - messed up phone line and online sucks.

Wow. Just wow. The people here try their best but corporate walgreens is a joke to under staff this place. Prescriptions are never ready on time.

This horrendous excuse for a pharmacy is an atrocity! I’ve dealt with their severe incompetency and pathetic lack of customer service for too long. I’ve been called a liar regarding a mistake in their system, I’ve been hung up on when trying to ask a question about a prescription, and was told to pay more for a prescription because they had been filling it incorrectly for months. Today the manager told me I couldn’t get a second covid booster and am not eligible because I’m not over 50 (but am immunocompromised, and am eligible according to the CDC website) when I tried to explain this, she brutally cut me off and told me I can go elsewhere. Unacceptable, completely unacceptable! This branch should be shut down, DO NOT GO HERE!! Disgusting patient abuse taking place here.

Lazy and slow staff. Have fun waiting a decade just to be told something isn’t ready

This by far is one of the worst Walgreens pharmacies. The pharmacist is horrible and the techs are so lost and have no clue what they are doing. Unfortunately the Rite Aid across the street was closed due to the Walgreens takeover. These people argue all the time with costumers because of there screw ups. I go to another Walgreens and have absolutely no problems.

This place is horrible, and the majority of the people who work in the pharmacy are horrible. They have made one mistake after another with my wife while she was pregnant, and we just discovered that they made another mistake with medication prescribed to our 4-month old daughter. And this was an egregious mistake, made more than once. I wouldn’t trust the people in this pharmacy to tie their own shoes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!

This pharmacy is a joke. Extremely rude staff, lazy, and take weeks to refill prescriptions. Sudden closures during business hours with no explanation is just the icing on the cake. Avoid Walgreens pharmacies at all costs!!

Absolutely horrible. Rude staff, slow service. It takes them WEEKS to fill a prescription, their "system is" always "down" and they simply don't care about customers. It should get negative stars.

What a trash experience, try to refill online, randomly have prescriptions cancelled or not filled. Try and call in and wait an hour with no response. Go in person and wait another 20 minutes in line.

Complete garbage.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. PHARMACIST "KAREN"ONLY FILLS PRESCRIPTIONS SHE FEELS IS NECESSARY. YOUR DOCTOR IS WRONG AND SHE MUST PROTECT AND CORRECT HER. HER LITTLE HELPERS KNOW NOTHING. ONE DAY THEY WILL COST SOMEONE THEIR LIVES IN OVERIDING A DOCTOR'S PRESCRIPTION. WALGREENS AS A CORPORATION IS HORRIBLE. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS TO SEE HOW DANGEROUS THEY ARE.

Not doing anything to make it look they care. Accepted that bad service is acceptable. Can't get prescription filled.
