Walked in late on friday for a used Mercedes and talked to Mike; Quickly set off for a test drive. Made a quick no-nonsense deal on the car. Mike & Matt are realistic in their price and bargaining and not being pushy at all; make the product speak for itself.
We finished the paperwork, even though we were running past the shops opening hours.
I would definitely consider this car dealer again!

I recently purchased a BMW from Cars Direct that I am very very happy about. I've had it now for 3 months and haven't had not one thing wrong with it. The staff was very helpful in helping me find the car that fit my budget.. They even pulled a history report on the vehicle before purchasing. I have to say this was a very easy experience... I wasn't there all day signing paperwork either. I highly recommend this place for your car buying needs!! Great job fellas!

This is one of the great locations in Colorado to shop for a vehicle, no pressure sales, you easily test drive any vehicle you want, great vehicles, best deals in town. I purchased many vehicles from here over the years and I’m still very happy with my purchases, never had an issue. Very great experience.

Bought a truck for over 5000 dollars, within a week it no longer ran, there was no warranty on it. I called him, he bought it back, and even reimbursed me all the money I put into it. Matt is an awesome guy, I am so grateful for his support.

On the surface, Cars Direct might look like a lot of small independent auto dealers you see in Denver, but their approach is totally different. At most dealerships, test drives are stress inducing situations where a salesperson tries to get you super excited about a car so they can charge as much as they can. At Cars Direct, none of that pressure exists. You can test drive as many cars as you want, and you decide if you want to do the deal or not. But be careful, they are priced to sell!

Great deals . Great service . I have bought aproximately 8 - 10 cars here and have recommended several friends . All have been very satisfied with the service. I would recommend everyone who needs a car to go down and check it out . Talk to Matt he's a good man .

I bought a Toyota RAV4 from them about 4 months ago, just a couple weeks after buying the car I started having problems with the O2 sensors. I called them up and they agreed to fix them I had to take the car back four times to get the issue resolved. Here I am 4 months after purchase, I've performed all the maintenance necessary and paid some mechanics to look into issues and my transmission just died on me. Thanks for selling me a lemon.

I was driving home yesterday and the car I purchased from these guys after going through several repairs and having things looked at and all maintenance performed the engine caught on fire. The entire car is ruined it is not drivable It won't even shift gears. I called this place about 5 minutes ago and they tried to claim it is not their responsibility, when they fail to fix a car correctly in the first place and assured me that it was fine to drive even though it had warning lights on. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. They are shifty, shady, and less than a year after making a purchase with them the car catches on fire. Bad business.
