I have been lucky enough to have been coming to Dr. Fein since about 2018. My girl had to have back to back TPLO surgeries before the age of 3. Dr. Fein worked diligently to make sure I was educated on all things post-op. She has extensive working knowledge of the anatomy of a dog, is specifically trained in eastern medicine and continues to do all research. Though very well equipped through the early years of my girl's injury, she never made us feel like the devastation I felt was routine. I love Dr. Fein's optimistic and clinical nature.

Years later when Bia began having severe pain and pain jolts that were very spread out, I knew exactly who to call. The day of her appointment, she could barely lift her head and couldn't lay down one direction. After years, Dr. Fein remembered us both and it was truly great to be seeing what felt like an old friend I could trust. She did a variety of therapeutic and medicinal approaches including acupuncture. It was refreshing to have Bia's pain addressed so quickly (just a few days!). I feel this process would have been more lengthy at the vet. Bonus, Bia absolutely LOVES coming here. She is pumped every time we arrive and get to play.

We are now working towards a pain free future for Bia together and I could NOT be more thankful, or recommend Dr. Fein enough!

My dog just started rehab here and so far it has been absolutely wonderful! Despite my dog symptoms being odd I have never felt blown off by them. They’ve not only listened, but been able to offer insights no other vet has. They found issues a neurologist was not able to find. They quickly came up with a plan and set very realistic expectations. They have communicated and been very considerate every step of the way. They’ve also been very friendly and approachable. It’s obvious they genuinely care about helping animals heal. I am so glad this is the place I decided to bring my boy! For the first time in over a year, I feel hopeful about my dog getting better and that is all thanks to Rocky Mountain Vet Rehab.

Dr. Fein and her team took such great care of my puppy when he was injured! They provided exercises of gradually-increasing difficulty, massage/acupuncture/laser therapy, a couple supplements, and (maybe most importantly) helped us with structure and manners while he was on orders for strict rest from his regular vet. He is doing so much better now!

I've been bringing Nutmeg, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, here for more than two years. We started to treat a leg injury. It was a long process to help her recover and everyone was always so patient and caring. Now that we have her healthy, we've continued to come in for ongoing maintenance and to keep her healthy and happy.

I am SO glad we found Rocky Mountain Veterinary Rehabilitation! Initially we were referred to them for physical therapy sessions due to my (then 12 year old) dog's shoulder injury, and thanks to Dr. Fein, Karen, and Janet his shoulder recovered 100%. We've continued to see them to work on general mobility and senior fitness - my dog is now almost 13 1/2 and shows almost no signs of slowing down.

Dr. Fein is also unique in that she is incredibly knowledgeable about eastern veterinary medicine as well: when my dog was having issues that couldn't be diagnosed with a traditional Western medicine work-up, Dr. Fein began treating him from an Eastern perspective with Chinese herbs and acupuncture, and it is helping tremendously.

Everyone at RMVR is SO good with my dog, who can be fearful and slow to trust. I wasn't sure if he would stay still for his treatments, but the team is patient and meets him where he is at behaviorally. He is always excited to go to his appointments, and although he is not always cooperative, I know he is in good hands when they are working with him.

Rocky Mountain Veterinary Rehabilitation helped to save my dobermans life. We started seeing Dr. Fein 3 weeks after my doberman Jewel had neurological surgery to remove 3 severely herniated disks in her neck. Dr. Fein and her wonderful assistant Karen help me every step of the way in rehabilitating her. On Jewel's first visit Dr. Fein and Karen helped me carry in my 90 pound pup, she could not walk at all. From the evaluation to our now monthly sessions we have received nothing but exceptional care. My dog has received massage, stretching, acupuncture, cold light laser, shock wave therapy, specialized exercises, mobility training and even Chinese herbs as part of her therapy. Rocky Mt. Vet's was an integral pet of my Jewel's recovery. My dog went from paralyzed from the neck down to being back to at least 85%. She walks, she runs, she can even get on the sofa and bed by herself. Most importantly she is happy and in no pain.

Dr. Fein and Karen also checked on ME regularly to make sure I was coping and getting thru this horrendous injury on my own. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Veterinary Rehabilitation for your pets that need specialty care.

My dog Vic is 15 and has degenerative disc disease, diagnosed about 2 years ago. When he was first diagnosed, his primary vet told me that we could expect debilitating episodes every 6 months or so. Based on his age I decided not look at surgery, but I was interested in avoiding the tremendous pain every six months! I started taking him to RMVR and the results have been amazing. Through a combination of the treatments and at-home exercises, he began to move, run, and play like he had 10+ years ago! We have had one flare in the two years that RMVR brought him back from in a matter days. I am so grateful that I found this competent team of caring individuals to make Vic's final years as vibrant and pain free as they can be.

Dr. Fein and the staff have been incredibly helpful and thorough. They are always happy to see my cat and are very gentle and respectful when working with him. My cat has made great progress and the team has been eager and creative with solutions for treatment!

I have a little rescue terrier who is a tripod-Benji. I was looking for someone to help me strengthen his core, prevent injuries, and increase his longevity with the hopes of him not needing a wheelchair. Dr. Fein and staff have been amazing to work with. They provided exercises tailored to his needs and allow us to do zoom calls for some of his physical therapy sessions as we live quite far away. Totally worth the drive though.
Dr. Fein also helped with recommendations for Benjis diet as he is a pretty picky eater. It’s rare to find doctors who take time to actually listen to problems and provide solutions and recommendations, Dr. Fein does not disappoint. I’m grateful for Rocky Mountain Veterinary Rehabilitation and I would highly recommend them for your pets needs.

We absolutely love the staff! We are very thankful to have such caring, supportive and knowledgeable staff who supports our dachshunds IVDD treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fein for your care for your dogs who are down!

She been with us every step of the way from diagnosing the correct problem, (I thought it was her shoulder, Dr. Fein figured out it's her elbows!) to teamwork and communication working in pain management, acupuncture, laser treatments, shockwave treatments, working with other specialists for more detailed diagnostics, text message check ins after procedures, and an abundance of positivity to the happy and healthy life Ruby can have. Before Ruby had surgery on her elbows, Dr. Fein communicated directly with the surgeons and saw Ruby two weeks after surgery to begin her rehab. Dr. Fein is a super smart, extremely thorough dog loving vet. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Fein walking the road to recovery with us!

This facility is absolutely amazing!! I have two senior pups that go to them, and without a doubt I know they are doing so well because of their PT. Their consultation and exams are extremely thorough. Based on your pets needs they create individualized short term and long term plans to help get them be where they need to be. I am so incredibly thankful for them, seeing my seniors happier in their golden years is worth every single penny. Highly recommend!! I wish I would have known about them sooner with my previous senior pup. Every senior pet can benefit from their care! Thank you for all that you do!! 💜

When our senior cat hurt his back for the second time, our amazing vet recommended this place. I was skeptical honestly! But willing to try anything. I absolutely know the doctors here helped Roast Beef, because I was seeing a huge improvement so quickly. The first time he was injured, it took six months to see the improvement we saw in just one month with his visits here. He’s jumping on the couch and cleaning himself like a young man! I really, really recommend this place for your furry family members.

I came to Dr. Fein with big goals: increasing my dog's strength, flexibility, and endurance in dog agility competition. She has exceeded my goals in our 2023 competition season, and we continue to raise the bar for my dog. She has developed a completely customized plan for Avy and me that is evidence-based and practical with my busy work schedule. Together, we have worked on periodization, whole body workouts, targeting weaknesses, and injury prevention. I appreciate her dedication to keeping up with the latest research in the field of canine sports medicine. She is remarkably innovative where data does not yet exist. These ladies are great and have taken amazing care of our two senior dogs. I am a veterinarian in the area, and they came highly recommended from a double-boarded orthopedic surgeon and pain specialist. I happily recommend them to any patient I see that needs PT/rehab and will continue to let them help my own doggies!

Our Bernese Mountain Dog, Atlas, had an injury to his back leg when he was about a year and a half old from a rough play date with a buddy. After seeing two other rehab vets with no results, we were referred to Dr. Fein. She quickly diagnosed that he had weakness in his back legs, particularly one side, which was causing him to walk poorly, making him prone to injury, and affecting his gait in Conformation Shows. Over a year, Dr. Fein and her team helped guide us through progressive exercises which helped him build strength and mobility in his whole body, not only in his rear legs. Now, almost 2 years since our first appointment, Atlas has vastly improved his strength and mobility which has SIGNIFICANTLY improved his gait in the show ring. He has won several shows and is on his way to being a Champion! We now consider Rocky Mountain Vet Rehab a part of our normal veterinary care for our boy to keep him strong and healthy. Atlas always gets so excited to go and loves seeing everyone at Rocky Mountain Vet Rehab and he loves working hard for all the Techs and Dr. Fein (the treats help too). We recommend them to anyone looking for rehab for their pets!

Our experience with Rocky Mountain Vet Rehab has been nothing but superb. Our 12-year-old dog tore her ACL and could barely put any weight on her right leg. From the first visit with RMVR I felt confident in the process that was recommended. They take time to explain the procedures and what to expect each visit and give detailed instructions on anything needed to do at home. I've been taking my Australian Shepherd here since he was diagnosed with a torn bicep tendon and Dr. Fein and her whole team have been so helpful with the recovery process. The whole team is communicative about expectations & approaches rehabilitation with a holistic strategy.
