My husband and I sat at the bar at the front of the hotel. Isaac was our bartender and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and very professional but also personable. We had dinner after inside the restaurant. The food was really good. We did the bread with the butter flight. My favorite was the huckleberry honey butter. Our waiter was Austin and he was great. Made sure our food was good, we had plenty of water, checked on us several times. I had the lamb rack and my husband had the scallops. Both were really good. We also ate breakfast there the next morning and that was just as good. Sofia was our waitress, she was very attentive. The food came out amazing and was very filling

We had one of the best experiences here tonight. Every aspect of our dinner was top notch in terms of quality and precision. Every dish we tried exceeded expectations and impressed at each bite. Not to be outdone by the food quality, the service was some of the best we've ever had. Phil was an absolute gem. He not only highlighted the subtle nuances of the menu, but also created a fun atmosphere alongside his prompt and professional service. I can't rate this place high enough. Thank you so much for an unforgettable evening.

Wow… This was an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for attentive service, accommodating staff, amazing food & drink, and elevated atmosphere, this is it.

I have to complement our server, Austin, and the Director of Food and Beverage, Craig, who stopped by our table and gave us that personal welcome that made us feel so valued as patrons. They asked if we were seeing a show and timed the entire meal to the minute of when we wanted to leave for the performance next door.

Rarely do you find a restaurant that hits every dish “out-of-the-park:” the wedge salad, the A5 hot stone wagyu, the crispy brussels sprouts, the truffle mac & cheese, and finishing with a sticky toffee pudding. Every dish was right on with flavor and temperature. I can’t recommend highly enough. WOW 🤩

I’m not from Denver so I can’t comment on the other steakhouses in town, but this experience was hands-down one of the most phenomenal dinners I’ve had since enjoying a few notably ranked Napa Valley restaurants.

Also, it’s worth the splurge. You can’t come with a concern for the price point. You’re dining at a steakhouse inside the Four Seasons, so don’t be upset if you’re spending $100-175 per person (incl. drinks), but it’s easily worth it for the experience you will get. Well done, Edge team! I will be back. 👏🏻

Had a wonderful experience, ask for Brant he is awesome. Started with the caviar, followed by a delicious hot stone wagyu, paired with a sangria. The passionfruit dessert is a must.

We had a fabulous experience tonight. Every staff member was attentive and friendly without being intrusive or overbearing - great job to this team!

We enjoyed the mussels, scallops, tomahawk pork chop, and mash potatoes - everything was incredible.

We will definitely be back - keep doing what you’re doing - it’s working!!

Had one of the most incredible and memorable dining experiences here for my third anniversary! The ambiance, food, drinks, and especially Service made this a special and wonderful occasion. Food and drinks were prepared and delivered in an exquisite manner. We came back 2 nights in a row and loved everything. My husband is from England and can be discerning about sticky toffee pudding, which is what we got as one of the desserts- he said it’s the best he’s had!

Where can you find a phenomenal steak & raw bar in Denver? EDGE Restaurant & Bar located in the Four Seasons is the spot. EDGE offers an unparalleled dining experience that is perfect for creating memories on a special occasion or enjoying a romantic date night. This is hands down one of my favorite steakhouses in Denver.

We arrived at the Four Seasons and valeted our car; then we headed inside to EDGE. The restaurant’s aesthetic was upscale and modern with clean lines & clear spaces. Our evening at EDGE was made even more delightful by our outstanding server, Christian who ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was exceptional.

I started off with a glass of Veuve Clicquot. This champagne was a sparkler on the tongue with white fruit & floral notes, ending in a hint of honey.

To begin we had the Edge Bread, Maryland Crab Soup, & the Babe Farms Beet Rose. During our meal, we had the pleasure of meeting acclaimed chef Alec Bruno who focuses on using locally sourced seasonal ingredients for his spectacular plates.

The Edge Bread was Freshly Baked & served with Whipped Nduja Butter & Confit Garlic. The bread was hot, right out of the oven. The whipped nduja butter was loaded with gorgeous flavor - a salty & smoky spreadable salume.

The Maryland Crab Soup was made with Fennel, Brûléed Orange & Bay Crab. This soup is one of my favorites in Denver - decadent and thick on the tongue with lumps of sweet bay crab.

The Babe Farms Beet Rose was made with Pear Butter, Pretzel, Marcona Almond Crumble, Dill, Raspberry Dust & Buttermilk Horseradish Dressing. This beet dish blew us away - it was visually stunning (delicious as it was beautiful). The creamy dressing and butter really tempered the earthiness of the beets which resulted in a cool sweetness that we couldn’t get enough of.

From the Raw Bar we had the Torched Salmon Nigiri and the A5 Wagyu Gunkan.

The Torched Salmon Nigiri was made with Tamari Glaze & EDGE "Steak" Spice. Christian let us know that the Torched Salmon Nigiri is one of the most popular orders from the Raw Bar and we can see why, it was incredible. The torched surface of the salmon catalyzed the deep, rich umami flavor of the tamari glaze all the while maintaining the clean flavor of the fish. The salmon was so tender, buttery, & melted in our mouths.

The A5 Wagyu Gunkan was made with Spicy Lobster, A5 NY Strip, Togarashi, Black Garlic Shoyu. This sushi piece was a showstopper. The A5 Wagyu was thinly sliced and topped with edible gold foil. The sweetness of the wagyu and lobster meat were tempered by the warm sushi rice and the tang of the shoyu.

The EDGE A5 Wagyu Hot Stone was 3oz of the Chef’s Selection of A5 Wagyu Beef and served with Black Garlic Shoyu, Wafu Steak Sauce, & A5 Tallow Bearnaise. The wagyu was richly marbled & we cooked the juicy style of beef right on our hot rock at the table.

From the Grill we had the 14oz New York Strip USDA Prime from Lazy Acre Ranch, Colorado topped with Point Reyes Bleu Cheese. Lord have mercy - the New York Strip was perfection (the best steak I’ve had in a while). The cut of meat was full of flavor and succulent tenderness thanks to dry aging. The Point Reyes Bleu Cheese topping was addictive in flavor with bold hints of sweet milk and a peppery finish that complemented the taste of the beef beautifully.

For sides we had the Harissa Carrots made with Local Honey, Dill, Pistachio, & Salsa Verde.

For Dessert we had the ‘Let’s Get Peachy’ made with Yogurt Peach Mousse, Roasted Peach Raspberry Compote, & Toasted Pistachio Sponge. EDGE’s pastry chefs never cease to amaze and are constantly updating the dessert menu.

I smashed the ‘Let’s Get Peachy’ with a spoon to unveil the fluffy Yogurt Peach Mousse inside. The mousse was nice and smooth while the pillowy pistachio sponge added bounce. The peach raspberry compote added a delicate tang to the dessert. A sweet ending to an unforgettable dining experience at EDGE Steakhouse!

Beautiful, upscale, delicious spot for Brunch. I enjoyed the Banana Bread French Toast. The banana bread itself was filling without being overly dense. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the huckleberry jam with it since I’m the pickier side but it paired nicely and give a refreshing touch. Ordered a side of hashbrowns which also was great. Vanilla latte was equally delicious. My table also enjoyed the chicken and waffles and the Salmon Benedict. Be sure to ask for the house made hot sauce to try! We went on Saturday at 1pm so on the later side of brunch, but service was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name to give individual recognition but he was very attentive. We’ll absolutely be back to try dinner after our experience with brunch.

Beautiful restaurant, great servers, and the seafood salad was absolutely delicious! Lobster, crab, shrimp, super fresh veggies - so, so yummy! One of the best salads I've ever eaten.

Had brunch here and the experience overall was fantastic. The server we had was quick and accurate, but also engaging and fun. I ordered the chicken and waffle and was pleased that both the waffle and the breaded chicken was well seasoned and tasted great. It did come off slightly dry with only a slight drizzle of syrup on the outside of the plate. The waiter brought out more with a nicely spiced and flavored scratch made hot sauce, which I recommend everyone who can handle a little heat try. It brought out the depths of flavor even more and was irresistible. Plating was beautiful and had no other complaints. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier brunch for a slightly higher than normal price. Everything is elevated here. 5/5

Absolutely 1 of the best meals. They asked about any allergies before even seating us. The waiter was attentive, but didn't hover, helpful, not pushy. Friendly but not like trying to eat with you. The food was amazing. Venison steak, crab and sushi.

Edge is a gorgeous high-end restaurant downtown. It’s spacious with very nice decor, although as it’s part of a hotel it feels a bit cold. Some music would’ve been nice for the ambience. I had flat iron steak with chimichurri, which was delicious and so where the sides of creamy mashed potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve had in my entire life!! Sticky toffee pudding was also yummy.

The service was nicely paced and friendly, not intrusive at all. Definitely recommend for a nice dinner out - apparently popular spot if you’re going to see a show in the area!

I came for my partner’s birthday and all of us in the party were really pleased. The staff was amazing, especially Adrianna who was our server. She was the cherry on top for the whole night. Extremely caring, knowledgeable about the menu, and did it all with a genuine smile. Then she took the best pictures I have ever seen as a courtesy. This is not an exaggeration. She single handedly is making me want to visit again in the future. And yes the food was tasty.

EDGE, give this woman a raise to be your photographer because oh my goodness.

Enjoyed a celebratory birthday dinner with my wife. The recommended bottle of wine was spot on with our requested preferences. Steak was cooked to perfection, brussels were delicious, and the seabass was an explosion of flavors in your mouth! Potato's a bit salty and dessert was shockingly a disappointment (we had the raspberry almond tart). Overall a fantastic atmosphere and staff was great. We will be back to enjoy another evening soon!

The food and mock-tails were spectacular. Even the complementary bread of thinly sliced homemade olive bread with salted butter was some of the best I’ve had. I hadn’t eaten all day, and this place exceeded expectations.

Do yourself a favor and splurge for the lobster in the truffle Mac and cheese. This was the best truffle and lobster Mac and cheese of my life, and there was huge chunks of melt in your mouth lobster throughout. So worth the calories, and even though the Mac was amazingly rich and flavorful, the sea bass had so much flavor that it stood on its own feet and wasn’t overpowered by the Mac. The sea bass sits in a gentle yet bold curry sauce that was expertly prepared.

Edge is such a welcoming high end establishment. I feel other high end places have a very stuck-up feel but I haven't felt this at edge. They ashtrays treat me and my party with respect and give the whole experience their all. The good is very good, large portions on the sides, and staff extremely friendly. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you edge

This place is AMAZING. Great, airy atmosphere with soft lighting. Great for coming with friends or a fancy date night. Phenomenal service and delicious food. Be prepared to spend $$$ when you are here. I recommend the bread to start. It is the perfect amount of crunchy to softness and has a great spread. Paloma Rosa for a good cocktail and the Delicatta Squash and Mystic Mountain Mushrooms for a side dish! The meat was so tender and juicy, those chefs really know what they are doing!
