Been here a few weeks. Easy commute to work, clean, owners are nice. Quiet area. No complaints from me. Room is cozy and comforting after a long day at work

I’ve stayed here for going on two weeks now and I love it! This is the only hotel down Colfax worth spending money on. This is also one of the few hotels in Colorado that actually does housekeeping more than once a week. It’s also one The couple who run the hotel are the sweetest. I’m pretty sure they also live on the property. It actually feels safe here despite the location. My partner and I DoorDash together and this location has been really good for that as well.

Very pleasant stay. Very humble people. Clean and sanitary I see them cleaning every morning. Nice rooms for the price. Tv's, fridge, and wifi. They also have a soda machine which is nice 👌

Nice rooms. Friendly owners. A little pricey but it's about the best safest spot on West Colfax for a nights sleep.

Yeah everybody knows about the motels on Colfax, this one was clean quiet and comfortable 80 bucks a shot a bit much .If you don't want to have to deal with undesirables book at this place.

I really enjoyed staying at this Motel. The people who run this place are very friendly, and always make sure the rooms are clean, and will always fix any issues if something were to be an incovienance.
