Edgewater Ace Hardware

Really great local Ace. Went here to get a few things. Store organized, staff very friendly, and most importantly, easy to get the items you need! Went to get some batteries, easy to locate, and got a battery tester which was also easy to locate as well. The help center they have there has really nice staff too. And checkout was quick and easy also. So, all in all, great local Ace. Will be back! Thanks Ace!

Every time I visit Edgewater Ace, I have a positive experience, from the propane refill folks who are quick and friendly, to the clerks who guide me to stuff I can't find, to the check-out crew are always friendly and efficient.

I would especially like to acknowledge Jeffrey, who often works back in the key shop, but can be found helping people throughout the store. Each of my interactions with him are positive, but on a recent visit he went WAY above and beyond.

I have an old drum set and I've been trying to fix a part for literally years to no avail. Luckily, I ran into Jeffrey. Without going into detail, he basically crafted the new part using a heavy duty bolt and the grinder in the back. Since then my drum kit has been great.

Can't say enough positive about this store and particularly Jeffrey. Great customer-oriented culture. Thank you.

As a single woman it is super nerve racking to go to a hardware store. However, Shane has made me feel confident about walking in to Ace. He has helped me time and time again. He shows me so much kindness and makes sure I leave there with no questions. I will never go to a Home Depot ever again now that I’ve seen what perfect customer service looks like. Other places have mansplained things to me and make me feel even worse than I did going in. But Shane will literally drop what he’s doing to help me. So, ladies, I highly encourage you to come to this specific Ace! You’ll feel helped and taken care of!

Shout out to Jeffrey! I needed a screw and it was hard to find anywhere else. Just got a “idk” from everyone at other competitors. He let me take out a screw from the sliding doors as reference. He found exactly what I needed right away. Great guy, great customer service!

Staff was very helpful, and attentive. I came in to find some metric hex head screws for my rc truck and found what I was looking for....fairly minimal wait in line check out on the weekend. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Or notable one for that matter.

Every time I come here, the staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful! They are very knowledgable and so nice! I love coming here for my supplies. They also have a massive wall of Yeti tumblers and other name brand insulated coozies which is a fun plus. Gotta be INSULATED ya feel me? It's a scorcher this summer.

Ace's hardware staff are very helpful. Their selection of fasteners, tools, and other home/outdoor equipment is unmatched. I found what I needed with some help in less than 5 minutes. Their staff made my part trip very quick!

Tenisha and her staff go above and beyond for what you need to get the job done. It's a large store with a great location next to a King Sooper. It's a one stop shop location. Not far from Denver, Lakewood and other major cities close by. Thank you again and we highly recommend this Ace hardware store!!

Great place to get car keys from if you need to make a duplicate anything else like screws and nuts I would recommend I used to work for advance Auto parts and I used to send my customers for screws and nuts and bolts down to Ace hardware and keep up the good word team Ace hardware
