Nate is superb! Fantastic to work with. Even though I did not, in the end purchase a car from Norfolk, through no fault of their own, the way they handled everything was exceptional! Nate went over and above in trying to resolve the issue and make sure i was as happy as I could be. Ask for Nate and trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Mike, Monica and the crew are VERY helpful about car history. No need to go through your own bank or credit union, as Norfolk has BETTER or BEST interest rates! My daughter loves her car. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful car-buying experience at Norfolk Motors. Their website drew me in with its many high quality pictures of automobiles for sale and detailed vehicle information, which included a 10 page Carfax. I first met with Whitney, and she answered my questions confidently and happily provided for a test drive. She was sweet to work with.

After changing my mind on the type of vehicle that I was seeking, I returned to the family-run dealership and this time worked with Nate. He helped me find the car that was perfect for me! Then, he quickly matched me with some financing options. Nate was a joyful, knowledgeable salesperson and clearly took pleasure in creating a positive experience for me. The process was efficient while not feeling rushed in any way. I love my new car and very much appreciate the service I was extended! Thank you, Norfolk Motors!!

I purchased an 08 BMW from Norfolk. It was in good condition and low miles, drove great. They also arranged financing for me and I was in and driving away within 2 hours. Pretty simple and positive experience. The hood needed new struts and one HID headlight was fading/off color. They agreed to take care of both, which they did. Less than two weeks after buying car, the transmission started failing. I took car in to an independent shop and they diagnosed a common problem with the ZF transmission...basically a $15 part would crack and lose hydraulic pressure so the transmission would go into safe mode and be very difficult to shift into drive or reverse, and other symptoms. Even though it was an inexpensive part, it would still cost $1k when all said and done due to labor and transmission fluid, etc...I was pretty upset and disappointed, and knowing that buying the car was "as is", I wasn't expecting Norfolk to help with the repairs.
Nate called me to follow up and I mentioned what was going on. He asked me to send him the estimate and would talk to the owner about it. They ended up paying for almost the entire repair bill, only costing me a little over $100 out of pocket. I couldn't be happier with the type of service I've received from them.

I just bought my first car from Norfolk Motors and the staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! They were so helpful, met my every need, and excited to help me with my first purchase. I worked with Ben, Mike, and Whittney and I will definitely be buying again from them in the future. They were so genuine and helped me get the deal I needed! Nate and Whitney are great. I bought my vehicle there, sold as is, and the transmission went out within the 30 days and they got the bank to cancel the loan and aloud me to buy a new car. Within that time I had a loaner vehicle at no charge. Got another vehicle and I love it. They could have told me oh well because of the ad is policy, but didn't. They made things right with me and my family. I highly recommend buying a car from here!!!! Great service and a great experience!!!!

This is exactly how the car buying experience should be, less than an hour of time from, I want this car, to buying the car. Seamless from start to finish and Nate was the best the whole way through. 10/10 recommend especially if you are having credit problems like am they were still able to help out!

Worked with Ben and Whitney for our purchase. Awesome, down-to-earth people. Very easy to do business with and love our car. It was clean and everything about the car was honest and upfront. We have had the car for several days and have not had issues with it whatsoever. We could not be happier with our whole experience. Our children are still talking about getting to meet Ben and Whitney and rock their t-shirts with great pride.

Bought a used SUV yesterday and had an excellent experience. Nate and Ben were very personable and made this the most hassle free car buying experience we have ever had. It was actually enjoyable visiting with them as opposed to all other car dealers we have worked with. Would highly recommend doing business with Norfolk Motors.

I can’t remember who helped me through the process, but she had a red ponytail on top of her head, and glasses.

Anyway. I went into the process thinking I had to have a co-signer, otherwise I wouldn’t be getting a loan for the 2012 Subaru Forester I had my eye on, on their lot. I was so pleasantly surprised to be approved with the help of the amazing lady helping us. She was so helpful in negotiating the price as the middle man with her boss, as the car did have some physical damage (nothing crazy), and there was some fluid on the outside of the fuel injectors that we couldn’t identify on the spot. We didn’t think it would be an issue, but talking the price down to keep some wiggle room incase there was an issue was very helpful. Just an overall amazing experience.

JUST WOW! The best car buying experience I have ever had. Feels like a family owed place.
1. Very kind, not pushy. NONE of this back and forth haggling with the price for hours.
2. You will work with the same person though out.
3. They work with tons of lenders to get you great rates.
4. We were in and out in 2 hrs with a trade in, with negotiating. NOT KIDDING.
5. You may even get a hug at the end!!!

I've bought my fair share of vehicles from dealerships but this one stands out for a multitude of reasons...

First, upon walking onto any dealership lot you expect the first hyena... I mean car salesman... to corner you like a wide eyed gazelle to have for dinner which is what I expected walking onto this lot. I was shocked to say the least when I walked onto the Norfolk lot and Ben introduced himself and immediately backed off to let me look with no pressure whatsoever. He let me come to him when I was ready for a test drive and handed over the keys with none of that fake "oh my god, this car's amazing, let me coerce you to buy it!" crap that I've experienced at prior dealers.

Took the car out for a test run, came back, and immediately had that "Oh my god, kill me now, I'd rather beat my head against a brick wall 5000 times" feeling because I knew financing was next... well, qualms about that were immediately dismissed after meeting Nate for financing. He was very personable, honest, and never once gave me that "well, we cold finance you if... (throw in 500 variables here) speech (does not apply to all applicants for financing because everyone has a different situation of course)... he gave it to me straight and worked it out to get me a great rate.

From there it was smooth sailing... while waiting for financing, Ben and Nate actually came over and had a conversation with me. I watched as other customers came through and what's so different about this dealership is that they are extremely personable and get to know each and every one of their customers, not to mention, extremely helpful. When transferring things out of the old into the new car I was struggling to get the steering wheel cover off (man those things are a pain in the rear!) and an older gentleman who worked there noticed and came over to do it for me.

Whether you're a first time car buyer or a seasoned pro this place would be great for anyone! They're fair with their prices, very personable, and the most helpful dealership I've ever been to. I can say that I am a very happy owner of a 2008 Honda CR-V with extremely low mileage and I got it for a great price!

If you do end up going here; Ben, Nate, Matt, and Whitney are great to do business with! I'm sure everyone there is great but those are just the people that I did business with.

Sweet P was a pleasure to work with. Found our ideal Subaru online there but the rest of their inventory looked very clean. We paid cash so can't speak to the financing process but the were very reasonable in negotiation and was on overall friendly buying experience. Did not feel pressured to buy!!
