The guy who was working was complaining about homeless people using the bathroom to wash up and clean themselves. Well if we had more places for them to wash themselves up there wouldn't be a problem, it's none of his business what people do in the bathroom what was he doing like ease dropping and spying on them??? Everyone needs to be more aware of the fact that they are people too and what if that was you!!

People complain will always complain. Went to the store there were no problems and no homeless waiting outside.

I use the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions and they're always on time and ready. I don't get the people saying they're late. Go when you get the notification and if you're still unsure just call them.

I've always had great service from Walgreens. People need to be concerned about the inside of the store and not worry about the cleaniness of the parking lot. Wallgreens requires you to be a customer to use the restroom. That's why it stays clean . Get a clue people.

I am shouting out Heather!!! She is always so helpful and goes out of her way to give great service. She went out of her way for me today to fill a prescription that was out of stock. Thank you Heather!!! You’re the best. I wouldn’t have been able to get my prescription tomorrow since I’m going out of town so this was really helpful thank you so much!!!! FIVE STARS!

The staff are pretty much always awesome, despite often having to deal with way too much. Pharmacy staff have been really cool about trying to help out when there's an issue.

Awesome staff. The complaint below is completely unjustified. I wish people would think before they slam an entire store for something beyond their control and the poor employees working that day probably were doing their best. If you know anything about business , why would they close unless the was a problem. In the retail business I work in when the power goes out the backup light still work and duh when you lights go out at home doesn't your phone still work, mine does ! Also they have a messaging system on their phone so if it just rings and rings then the power must be out so the the messaging didn't work so.... Don't think they were lying about the power failure and as to why the people didn't "revoke " the insurance again Einstein the computers were not working. From understanding other Walgreens can pull RX's and re-bill them but again maybe the power outage had something to do with it. I wonder if that where these people who complain work NOTHING out of the ordinary never happens and that they know exactly what to so when it does. In this human RACE we should try to be more understanding . And maybe you shouldn't run out of your meds before you re-order them.

Went there for our boosters and kids covid vaccinations. Heather was awesome and made sure my kids were comfortable. They were really nervous. Great experience.

They always bend over backwards to resolve any issues in getting my prescription. While there have been glitches between the Walgreens computer system and my insurance, the staff here is always thorough and prompt in getting me the medication I imperatively need.

Kim C. dropped everything to work as Photo tech for me, and she was the best! Even though the photo kiosk camera wasn't working, she found a way to get my passport photo taken, edited to make me look my best, and printed in 15 mins! Thank you so much!

My medications were ready quickly, and the pharmacist and assistants are friendly and helpful.

I love this store, I am in and out quick. I use the pharmacy for all my medication amd they are fast and such friendly people. Best store I have ever used.

I have been to some bad Walgreens/ downtown. Very friendly staff and they listen to you! Best Walgreens in Denver 👍
